May, many flowers are in full bloom and showing myriad of beauty. Ningbo also showed its

achievements. Ningbo successfully hosted the 3rd China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo

and the 8th China (Ningbo)-Central and Eastern European Countries Education Cooperation and Exchange

Conference. The Slovenian Studies Center was successfully unveiled at the 8th China (Ningbo)-Central

and Eastern European Countries Education Cooperation and Exchange Conference, which has provided

a valuable opportunity for the center to embark on a new journey. At the same time, Ningbo University of Technology

successfully held the Zhejiang-Central and Eastern European Countries Education Cooperation Forum and the inaugural

annual meeting of Zhejiang-Central and Eastern European Countries Education Think Tank Alliance. Experts and scholars

from both within and outside the province gathered to contribute their insights to educational cooperation between Zhejiang

and Central and Eastern European countries. The grand event in May not only provides opportunities for deepening economic

cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries but also serves as a platform for educational

exchanges between Zhejiang Province and Central and Eastern European countries.

We have high expectations for the Slovenian Studies Center and The Slovenia Quarterly journal. We hope that in the

future, the Slovenian Studies Center can truly become a bridge for educational and cultural exchanges between China and

Slovenia, exploring more cooperation opportunities in the field of education for both sides. At the beginning of this new

year, The Slovenia Quarterly has embarked on a brand-new bilingual mode, receiving much praise and encouragement in

its first issue of 2023. Moving forward with great anticipation, we will continue to pay close attention to the development of

風(fēng)從海上來(lái)，潮涌三江口。中國(guó)港口城市寧波，正以開(kāi)放之姿展現(xiàn)蓬勃生機(jī)。

中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家博覽會(huì)暨國(guó)際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)中東歐博覽會(huì)，是中國(guó)唯一面向中東歐的國(guó)家

級(jí)展會(huì)。中東歐博覽會(huì)由浙江省人民政府和商務(wù)部主辦，寧波市人民政府、浙江省商務(wù)廳和商務(wù)部貿(mào)發(fā)

局承辦。2023 年 5 月 16 日至 20 日，第三屆中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家博覽會(huì)暨國(guó)際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)于浙江寧波開(kāi)

幕。本屆博覽會(huì)主題為“深化務(wù)實(shí)合作、攜手共向未來(lái)”，博覽會(huì)以經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)為主線，輔以科技、旅游、

健康等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域，共安排 27 項(xiàng)重要活動(dòng)。

全國(guó)政協(xié)副主席王勇出席中東歐博覽會(huì)開(kāi)幕式并致辭。王勇指出，近年來(lái)，在各方共同努力下，中

國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作成果豐碩。今年是中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家合作第二個(gè) 10 年起步之年，中方愿同各方

一道，認(rèn)真落實(shí)習(xí)近平主席和中東歐國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人達(dá)成的重要共識(shí)，繼續(xù)秉持共商共建、務(wù)實(shí)均衡、開(kāi)放包容、

創(chuàng)新進(jìn)取的原則，持續(xù)推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，不斷釋放中國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家合作潛能，共同推動(dòng)

中國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家務(wù)實(shí)合作行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。

The wind comes from the sea, and the tide rushes to the three rivers mouth (The intersection of Yongjiang

River, Yaojiang River and Fenghua River). The Chinese port city of Ningbo is showing its vitality in an open

manner.

China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo & International Consumer Goods Expo, referred to

as CEEC Expo, is the only national-level exhibition for CEEC in China. CEEC Expo is hosted by the People's

Government of Zhejiang Province and the Ministry of Commerce, and organised by the People’s Government of

Ningbo, the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry

of Commerce. From May 16 to 20, 2023, the 3rd China-CEEC Expo and International Consumer Goods Expo

opened in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The theme of this year's expo is \"deepening pragmatic cooperation and working

together for the future\". The Expo takes economic and trade activities as the main line, supplemented by science

and technology, tourism, health and other fields, and a total of 27 important activities are arranged.

Wang Yong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative

Conference, attended the opening ceremony of the CEEC Expo and delivered a speech. Wang Yong pointed out

that in recent years, with the joint efforts of all parties, economic and trade cooperation between China and Central

and Eastern European countries has yielded fruitful results. This year is the beginning of the second 10-year

cooperation between China and CEECs, and China is willing to work with all parties to earnestly implement the

important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and leaders of CEECs, continue to uphold the principles of

promote high-quality joint construction of the \"Belt and Road\", continuously release the potential of cooperation

between China and CEECs, and jointly promote the steady and long-term development of pragmatic cooperation

between China and CEECs.

東錢(qián)湖碧波蕩漾，中式廊橋造型的寧波國(guó)際會(huì)議中心躍然于湖畔，這是中國(guó)－中東歐博覽會(huì)首次啟

用的新場(chǎng)館，以容納比第二屆數(shù)量上增長(zhǎng) 30% 的參展商。

既利貿(mào)易，也促投資，博覽會(huì)為推動(dòng)中國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作高質(zhì)量發(fā)展搭建了橋梁與紐帶。此

次博覽會(huì)共吸引中東歐國(guó)家 400 余家境外企業(yè)參展，展品超 5000 種，一批歐盟地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品首次亮相。

同時(shí)，首次開(kāi)設(shè)服務(wù)貿(mào)易展區(qū)，分行業(yè)、國(guó)別舉辦系列貿(mào)易投資促進(jìn)活動(dòng)。

步入智能制造展區(qū)，來(lái)自斯洛文尼亞的蝙蝠飛機(jī)以其獨(dú)特造型吸引眾多目光。

蝙蝠飛機(jī)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)總監(jiān)劉丹介紹，蝙蝠飛機(jī)于 2018 年引進(jìn)中國(guó)，是中斯兩國(guó)間規(guī)模最大的合作項(xiàng)目之一，

涉及技術(shù)引進(jìn)、航空制造、產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)、機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)、航空服務(wù)等系列業(yè)務(wù)，其計(jì)劃在華投資規(guī)模約 20 億元。

“中國(guó)－中東歐博覽會(huì)是我們每年最為重視的活動(dòng)之一。”波蘭投資貿(mào)易局駐華辦事處中國(guó)區(qū)首席

代表尤德良稱(chēng)。今年波蘭投資貿(mào)易局共組織了 10 多家企業(yè)參展，除了帶來(lái)傳統(tǒng)的美妝、農(nóng)食、琥珀等產(chǎn)

匈牙利企業(yè)家與雇主協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合主席科瓦茨表示，近三年來(lái)，全球供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)艿讲簧偻獠凯h(huán)境影響。雙

European countries. The expo attracted more than 400 overseas enterprises from Central and Eastern European

countries to participate, with more than 5,000 kinds of exhibits, and a batch of EU geographical indication

products were unveiled for the first time. At the same time, the service trade exhibition area was opened for the

first time, and a series of trade and investment promotion activities were held by industry and country.

Walking into the intelligent manufacturing exhibition area, the bat plane from Slovenia attracted many

attentions with its unique shape.

Liu Dan, marketing director of Pipistrel, said that Pipistrel was introduced to China in 2018 and is one

of the largest cooperation projects between China and Slovenia, involving technology introduction, aviation

manufacturing, industrial development, airport construction, aviation services and other businesses, and its

planned investment in China is about 2 billion yuan.

\"The China-CEEC Expo is one of the events that we attach the most importance to every year.\" Yu Deliang,

chief representative of the China office of the Polish Investment and Trade Bureau, said. This year, the Polish

Investment and Trade Agency organised more than 10 enterprises to participate in the exhibition. In addition

to bringing traditional products such as beauty, agricultural food, amber, but also added 2 new service trade

enterprises.

Kovac, co-chairman of the Hungarian Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers, said that in the past three

years, the global supply chain has been affected by many external environments. The business communities of

both sides should seize the opportunity to promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations.

Since the first China-CEEC Expo was held in 2019, it has witnessed China's opening door wider and wider,

bringing together the positive willingness of all parties for pragmatic cooperation.

合作園區(qū)……一系列務(wù)實(shí)舉措擴(kuò)大中東歐國(guó)家商品進(jìn)口，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作，共享發(fā)展機(jī)遇。

“當(dāng)前全球貿(mào)易增速明顯放緩，但中國(guó)自中東歐國(guó)家進(jìn)口長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)并沒(méi)有改變。我們有信心

實(shí)現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo)?！鄙虅?wù)部副部長(zhǎng)李飛說(shuō)。

In 2021, China proposed at the China-CEEC Summit that it plans to import goods worth more than US$170

billion from CEE countries in the next five years.

In the perennial hall of characteristic goods from Central and Eastern European countries in the Ningbo

International Convention and Exhibition Center, a huge banner with the slogan \"Central and Eastern European

goods enter the preferred place in China\", demonstrating the confidence to strive to achieve this goal.

Encouraging and supporting Central and Eastern European countries and enterprises to participate in various

exhibitions held in China, such as the China International Import Expo and the China International Consumer

Goods Fair; promoting and improving the dialogue mechanism on e-commerce cooperation between China and

Central and Eastern European countries; supporting Zhejiang, Ningbo and other places to build high-standard

China-Central and Eastern European countries economic and trade cooperation demonstration zones and industrial

cooperation parks...... A series of pragmatic measures have been taken to expand commodity imports from Central

and Eastern European countries, promote industrial cooperation and share development opportunities.

\"The current growth rate of global trade has slowed down significantly, but the long-term growth trend of

China's imports from Central and Eastern European countries has not changed. We are confident that we will

achieve the above goals. \" Vice Minister of Commerce Li Fei said.

今年是中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家合作第二個(gè) 10年起步之年。當(dāng)前，世界進(jìn)入新的動(dòng)蕩變革期，局勢(shì)越是復(fù)雜，

越要增進(jìn)合作，這也是與會(huì)各方的共同心聲。

希臘中國(guó)商會(huì)總監(jiān)布拉塔斯坦言，其希望中國(guó)同希臘的合作不限于旅游，還有清潔能源、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、

中醫(yī)藥等更多領(lǐng)域。

互利共贏，雙向奔赴。今年一季度，中國(guó)對(duì)中東歐國(guó)家全行業(yè)直接投資同比大幅增長(zhǎng) 148%，投資領(lǐng)

域涉及汽車(chē)零部件、家電、醫(yī)藥、物流、能源、礦產(chǎn)等。如，TCL 投資波蘭制造和研發(fā)中心，華大基因在

拉脫維亞建成高端智造中心和生命健康科學(xué)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)，亞太股份入股斯洛文尼亞電機(jī)公司等。

TCL 科技集團(tuán)股份有限公司董事長(zhǎng)李東生介紹，波蘭工廠生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售到歐盟地區(qū)能減免關(guān)稅，同

時(shí)中歐班列的開(kāi)通讓供應(yīng)鏈效率大幅提升，大大增強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)品在歐洲市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，正計(jì)劃在中東歐國(guó)家

建立第二個(gè)工廠。

“未來(lái)，中國(guó)和中東歐國(guó)家貿(mào)易合作前景仍十分廣闊。”商務(wù)部歐洲司司長(zhǎng)余元堂稱(chēng)將充分發(fā)揮中

國(guó)超大市場(chǎng)規(guī)模潛力和中東歐地區(qū)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，在傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域之外重點(diǎn)拓展綠色、低碳、數(shù)字、健康等新

領(lǐng)域新業(yè)態(tài)的合作，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國(guó)和中東歐國(guó)家貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

European countries. At present, the world has entered a new period of turbulence and change. The more complex

the situation, the more it is necessary to enhance cooperation, which is also the common aspiration of all parties

participating in the meeting.

Bratas, director of the Greek Chinese Chamber of Commerce, said frankly that he hopes that China's

cooperation with Greece would not be limited to tourism, but also include clean energy, medical care, traditional

Chinese medicine and other fields.

Mutual benefit and win-win, two-way rush. In the first quarter of this year, China's direct investment in

Central and Eastern European countries in all industries increased by 148% year-on-year, involving auto parts,

home appliances, pharmaceuticals, logistics, energy, minerals, etc. For example, TCL invested in a manufacturing

and R&D center in Poland, BGI built a high-end intelligent manufacturing center and a life and health science

innovation platform in Latvia, and Asia-Pacific invested in Slovenian Electric Corporation.

Li Dongsheng, chairman of TCL Technology Group Co., Ltd., introduced that the products produced by the

Polish factory can be reduced or exempted from customs duties when they are sold to the European Union region.

\"In the future, the prospects for trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European

countries are still very broad.\" Yu Yuantang, Director General of the Department of European Affairs of the

Ministry of Commerce, said that he will give full play to the potential of China's large market scale and the

location advantages of Central and Eastern Europe, focus on expanding cooperation in new fields and new formats

such as green, low-carbon, digital and health in addition to traditional fields, to further promote the sustainable

示酒類(lèi)、食品、美妝個(gè)護(hù)、工藝品、日用品等近

5000 個(gè)單品。中東歐國(guó)家特色商品常年館是實(shí)現(xiàn)

中東歐商品 365 天常年展示交易的創(chuàng)新舉措，常

年館第二期面積翻倍，旨在打造成為中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)覆

蓋最全、輻射最廣、模式最新的中東歐商品集散地。

與一期主打商品展示交易相比，常年館二期新增

了商品消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)場(chǎng)景，場(chǎng)館可看性、互動(dòng)性進(jìn)一

步增強(qiáng)，同時(shí)加速布局云端經(jīng)濟(jì)、首發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)等新

消費(fèi)模式，推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)商品貿(mào)易與直播經(jīng)濟(jì)、品牌

經(jīng)濟(jì)、首發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易有機(jī)結(jié)合，成為“永

化的櫥窗藝術(shù)、街角藝術(shù)、美陳道具等，打造出

肉來(lái)自于匈牙利，有牛肉塊、腱子肉、牛排等多

個(gè)種類(lèi)，肉質(zhì)軟嫩，受到不少市民的喜愛(ài)。除牛

肉外，場(chǎng)館內(nèi)還擺放了各種年份的貴腐酒和來(lái)自

中東歐國(guó)家的牛奶供市民挑選。

除了令人垂涎三尺的美食，常年館二期還增

設(shè)了匈牙利的高端瓷器、斯洛文尼亞滑雪設(shè)備器

材等新產(chǎn)品。

European commodity distribution center in China.

Compared with the first phase of the main commodity

display transaction, the second phase of the perennial

pavilion has added a new commodity consumption

experience scene, which further enhanced the

visibility and interaction of the venue, and accelerated

斯洛文尼亞研究中心是在寧波市教育局和寧

波市外辦共同指導(dǎo)下成立的國(guó)別研究中心，具體

由寧波工程學(xué)院人文與藝術(shù)學(xué)院承辦。研究中心

旨在通過(guò)開(kāi)展國(guó)別研究和文化交流等多種形式，

Slovenian Studies Center of Ningbo University of

Technology was held at the School of Humanities

and Arts, Ningbo University of Technology. Ms.

The Slovenian Studies Center (Center za

slovenske ?tudije) is a national research center jointly

established under the guidance of Bureau of Education

of Ningbo and Foreign Affairs Office of Ningbo,

specifically organised by the School of Humanities and

universities of the two countries through various forms

such as country research and cultural exchanges, and

promote educational cooperation and mutual learning

of cultures between China and Slovenia and other

Central and Eastern European countries. At the same

time, the center also undertakes the relevant work for

the secretariat of the Zhejiang-CEEC Education Think

Tank Alliance.

During the meeting, Xu Keming introduced

the overall development of the school around the

school's history, scale, characteristics and international

cooperation and exchanges. He said that this year is

the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Ningbo

University of Technology, the school was founded

because of Ningbo, established because of virtue,

strengthened because of practice, and the positioning

of application-oriented development has always run

through the whole process of running the university.

At present, the school is closely focusing on the

\"dual-driven\" strategy of integration of industry

and education and internationalisation, stepping up

the implementation of talent-oriented development

strategy, and has achieved commendable results

cultivating application-oriented talents. Taking

the School of Humanities and Arts as an example,

Xu Keming highlighted the school's remarkable

achievements in supporting students' innovation and

entrepreneurship. He mentioned that in recent years,

the establishment of the China-CEEC Innovation

Cooperation Research Center has provided an

opportunity to strengthen exchanges and cooperation

國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化兒童繪本非常感興趣，她對(duì)夏小滿(mǎn)通

過(guò)原創(chuàng)圖書(shū)、文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品，向全國(guó)甚至全世界的孩

Later, Ms. Mira Lesjak and her team came to the

Slovenian Studies Center, she was deeply attracted

Center for the Integration of Cultural and Creative

Industry and Education in the School of Humanities

and Arts, Mira Lesjak and her team visited the studio

and exhibition of works co-created by teachers and

students with great interest. In Xia Xiaoman's studio,

Li Meixia was very interested in the children's picture

books of traditional Chinese culture designed and

produced by school teacher Du Ying and her team, and

she appreciated Xia Xiaoman's practice of conveying

the beauty of Chinese culture to children across the

country and even the world through original books

and cultural and creative products, and exchanged

views with the school's characteristic practices in the

cultivation of humanities and art applied talents.

Wu Yuxia, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities

and Arts and Director of the Slovenian Studies

Center, introduced the goals and positioning of the

center, and expressed the needs for future cooperation

with Slovenia in country research, education,

tourism promotion and cultural exchanges. Relevant

responsible persons of the two sides discussed the

liaison between universities of the two countries,

exchanges and visits between teachers and students,

cooperation in cultural and tourism activities, and

research and development of cultural and creative

products, and reached preliminary cooperation

Recently, the third China-Central and Eastern

European Countries Expo was held in Ningbo. The

Zhejiang-CEEC Education Think Tank Alliance also

took advantage of this opportunity to hold the ZhejiangCEEC Education Cooperation Forum and the first annual

meeting around the main topic of education cooperation.

The forum was hosted by Department of Education of

Zhejiang Province and Bureau of Education of Ningbo, and

organised by Ningbo University of Technology, Secretariat

of Zhejiang-CEEC Education Think Tank Alliance, and

Slovenian Studies Center (Center za slovenske ?tudije)

of Ningbo University of Technology. Chen Weijun, firstlevel researcher of Bureau of Education of Ningbo, and Xu

Keming, vice president of Ningbo University of Technology,

attended the event and delivered speeches. About 70 people

from 30 universities and members of the Zhejiang-CEE

Education Think Tank Alliance gathered together to provide

suggestions for educational cooperation between Zhejiang

and CEE countries.

Founded in 2021, the Zhejiang-CEEC Education Think

Tank Alliance is led by the Department of Education of

Zhejiang Province, with Ningbo University of Technology

as the chairman, 4 universities in the province as vice

chairman, 17 universities as standing director , and the

secretariat of the think tank alliance is located in the School

of Humanities and Arts. The alliance aims to promote

exchanges and cooperation between Zhejiang Province

and Central and Eastern European countries in the field

of education. Since its establishment, the Zhejiang-CEEC

Education Think Tank Alliance has deeply explored the

potential and opportunities for cooperation between CEEC

countries and Zhejiang universities by holding forums,

conducting research, and forming research reports, providing

important ideas and directions for educational exchanges

and cooperation between CEEC countries and Zhejiang

popular Slovenian pastry. It's a juicy dessert stuffed

with cottage cheese, walnuts, and apples. Prekmurska

gibanica was originally just a festive dish in

Prekmurje region, and today it can be found in coffee

and pastry shops all over Slovenia.

Acutually,the English literal translation of

Prekmurska gibanica is \"Over-Mura Moving Cake\",

but the popular translation is Prekmurian Layer Cake.

Prekmurska gibanica is a protected dish, which means

that anyone producing and selling pastries in the

name of Prekmurska gibanica must comply with the

traditional recipe.

usually served with milk, yogurt and white coffee

for breakfast, and it is mainly eaten with braised

sauerkraut, sausage and stewed meat for lunch.

Jota 約塔

stocked and cooked in many ways. That's why today

jota is eaten in almost any mountain hut and stored

for several days in the refrigerator.

Mo?nik

Mo?nik is an ancient Slovenian food that

originated in Dolenjska. They are made with various

types of flour. The most popular Mo?nik is made from

milk, buckwheat and corn. In some places, Mo?nik is

also stirred into a clear soup to eat.

Tour, Suzhou Chinese Orchestra will perform

at Europe's most renowned music halls from

the Berlin Philharmonic, Gewandhausorchester

Leipzig, Salzburg Music Festival Hall to the Vienna

Musikverein. The globally-famed Suzhou Chinese

Orchestra with its charming conductor Peng Jiapeng

will perform on September 22nd in the Gallus Hall at

the Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana. The orchestra, which

consists of 90 members, will bring a true musical and

visual feast.

In the orchestra, we can hear the performance

of many traditional instruments from southern China,

which are nearly unknown in the Western world.

These instruments blend perfectly with Western

instruments in a symphony orchestra, creating an

unheard-of symphonic sound. For this reason, the

Suzhou Chinese Orchestra is unique and able to win

the hearts of audiences all over the world.

Near Shanghai, Suzhou is one of the oldest

cities in China with over 2,500 years of history. It is

known as the \"Chinese Southeastern Venice\" because

of its interlaced waterways and aesthetically-designed

parks. 42% of the city is covered by water, and there

are many lakes in the city connected by waterways

where tourists can take a boat across the canal or

stroll along them.. As early as 1276, Marco Polo

called Suzhou as \"a wonderful city\". Since the 14th

century, Suzhou has been a center of silk production

and also famous for its beautiful historical gardens.

hunting areas. Many of these gardens have been

listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list of natural

and cultural sites. Today, Suzhou has over 10 million

residents and is one of China's high-tech centers and

one of the wealthiest cities. In 2014, Suzhou's per

capita GDP exceeded $52,000, making it the highest

in China and ranking 27th in the world.

In this picturesque place, six years ago, the

Suzhou Chinese Orchestra was established under

the initiative of conductor Pang Kapang and the

support of Suzhou City and Suzhou High-Tech Zone.

The concert hall where the orchestra is located was

designed and built by Japanese architect Toyota

Yasuhisa, who has participated in the construction of

many world-famous concert halls, such as the Berlin

Philharmonic, St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theatre,

and Shanghai Symphony Hall. It took two years to

complete the construction of the concert hall.

The orchestra consists of approximately 90

string musicians with an average age of 29, who

primarily play traditional Chinese string instruments

and western classical string instruments, weaving

together to create a unique symphonic music scene. In

2021, the Suzhou Chinese Orchestra obtained special

recognition by the Austrian Music Theater Awards

and was awarded as \"Best International Orchestra\".

Pang Kapang is the artistic director of the

Suzhou Chinese Orchestra and is committed to

combining traditional Chinese music with modern

music. He learned conducting in Beijing, continued

his studies in Europe and completed his education

in Vienna. Since its establishment in 2017, the

symphony orchestra, led by string instruments, has

particularly emphasized customizing new works

with unique combinations of traditional Chinese and

western classical string instrument for composers.

Master Pang Kapang 's music has a unique modern

recreating style and has been warmly welcomed by

audiences at home and abroad. He has won numerous

awards, which recognized his contribution to

promoting cross-cultural dialogue

On Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, the Slovenian

embassy in China participated in the celebration of

Europe Day 2023 organised by the delegation of the

European Commission in Beijing. The EU delegation

held the celebration at the EU embassy in Beijing,

which focused on introducing the tourism industry.

The travel routes between Europe and China, which

were interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic,

will be reopened.

The Europe Day event had two sub-venues.

The first sub-venue was a cultural park with booths

from the 27 EU member countries and Slovenia.

At the Slovenian booth, At the Slovenian booth,

the Embassy attache Katja Kol?ek, Nina Peji? and

the assistant Victor Qi introduced the Slovenian

tourism industry to the guests, and briefed them

on Slovenia's rich food culture and premium wine

through the promotional materials of the Slovenian

orchestras from various EU member states to

present performance. Jorge Toledo Albi?ana, the EU

Ambassador to China, delivered the opening speech,

and Alenka Suhadolnik, the Slovenian Ambassador to

China, also participated in the event. Ni Leichu (Nick),

a well-known Chinese video blogger, visited the

cultural park and inquired about Slovenia's attractions

and how people's lives changed after Slovenia joined

the EU in Chinese. The event has caused a sensation

on Chinese social media.

Slovenia celebrates Statehood Day on 25 June.

On Sunday, Slovenia will mark its 32nd anniversary

of independence. The central state celebration will

take place on the eve of Statehood Day with the

President of the Republic of Slovenia, Ms. Nata?a

Pirc Musar as the keynote speaker.

On 25 June 1991 Slovenian National Assembly

adopted the Declaration of Independence of the

Republic of Slovenia.

很久以前，有一個(gè)名叫馬丁·克爾潘的人，

他來(lái)自上卡尼奧拉的山頂村，能力超群。克爾潘

的生計(jì)，是用他的老母馬從海岸運(yùn)來(lái)英國(guó)鹽并賣(mài)

畢竟當(dāng)時(shí)還沒(méi)有像現(xiàn)在這樣寬敞平坦的公路?？?/p>

爾潘牽著他的母馬，滿(mǎn)載著沉重的鹽袋，沿著這

條小路前行。此時(shí)，一輛漂亮的馬車(chē)叮叮當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)?/p>

從相反的方向駛來(lái)。馬車(chē)上坐著約翰皇帝，他正

在去的里雅斯特的路上?？藸柵耸莻€(gè)普通的鄉(xiāng)下

人，所以并沒(méi)有認(rèn)出皇帝。他只是把他的母馬和

所有的東西搬到一邊，以避開(kāi)馬車(chē)。對(duì)他來(lái)說(shuō)，

這就像為別人搬一把椅子一樣輕松。

皇帝看到這一幕，問(wèn)他是誰(shuí)，他又背著什么。

克爾潘回答說(shuō)：“我叫克爾潘，來(lái)自山頂村，離

道斯的可怕巨人出現(xiàn)在維也納。布爾道斯向帝國(guó)

的每一個(gè)人挑戰(zhàn)，要求同他們戰(zhàn)斗。應(yīng)戰(zhàn)的皇帝

手下們都被布爾道斯殺了?；实垡虼撕苁菬?。

皇帝的馬車(chē)夫聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息后，提醒皇帝，他們

之前曾經(jīng)遇到過(guò)克爾潘這個(gè)力量超群的人?；实?/p>

突然看到了希望，立即派人去找他。

當(dāng)皇帝的信使來(lái)到山頂村的時(shí)候，克爾潘正

好在對(duì)付十五個(gè)邊防軍士兵?？藸柵税岩粋€(gè)人抓

起來(lái)，并向其他的人揮舞。信使走向前去，對(duì)克

pre?ivel s svojo staro kobilo, da bi prinesel angle?ko

sol z obale in jo prodal. V tem ?asu je bila ta vrsta

zasebne trgovine s soljo strogo prepovedana. Vendar

pa so se ga mejni stra?arji bali in mu niso nikoli

prepre?ili.

Bila je zima in naokoli je bil debel sneg. Le

ozke poti povezujejo vasi, tako ozke, da so dovolj le

za navadne ljudi, da konec koncev ni bilo tam tako

?irokih in ravnih cest kot zdaj. Krpan je vodil svojo

kobilo, obtrpano s te?kimi vre?kami soli, po poti. V

tem ?asu je iz nasprotne smeri zaletela lepa ko?ija.

V ko?iji je sedel cesar Janez, ki je bil na poti v Trst.

Krpan je bil navaden pode?elski ?lovek, zato ni

prepoznal cesarja. Pravkar je premaknil svojo kobilo

in vse na stran, da bi se izognil ko?iji. Zanj je to tako

lahko kot premikanje stola.

Cesar je videl to sceno in vpra?al, kdo je in kaj

nosi. Krpan je odgovoril: \"Ime mi je Krpan, sem

z Vrha, dve uri stran. Cesar ga je vpra?al, kaj je to

blago, Krpan pa je o tem razmi?ljal in rekel, da so to

nem?ki briketi. Cesar ga je nato vpra?al, kako je lahko

tako zlahka premaknil konja. Krpan se je zgrinjal in

rekel, da lahko nosi taka dva konja dve uri ali ve?,

?e ?eli. Cesar si je mislil, da je ta oseba popolnoma

izjemna in to se mora spomniti.

Minilo je ve? kot leto dni. Nenadoma se je

nekega dne na Dunaju pojavil grozni velikan z

imenom Brdavs. Brdavs je izzval vse v cesarstvu, da

se borijo proti njim. Cesarje, ki so se odzvali na bitko,

je pobil Brdavs. Cesar je bil zelo v te?avah s tem. Ko

je cesarjev ko?ija? sli?al novico, je opomnil cesarja,

da so se prej sre?ali s Krpan, ?lovekom vrhunske

爾潘解釋道，皇帝希望他能前往維也納對(duì)付那個(gè)

搬起他的母馬的。聽(tīng)到他是維也納最后的希望之

后，克爾潘很是高興，于是他換上了休閑服裝，

上了馬車(chē)。

當(dāng)他們到達(dá)維也納的時(shí)候，整個(gè)城市都是一

片黑暗，布爾道斯當(dāng)時(shí)剛剛殺死了皇帝的兒子。

皇帝趕緊去見(jiàn)克爾潘，把他帶到了宮殿。克爾潘

瞪大眼睛，被宮殿里這一切的宏偉場(chǎng)面所震撼。

雖然克爾潘很強(qiáng)壯，但皇帝卻依然擔(dān)心他是否知

道如何使用這些武器。不過(guò)克爾潘對(duì)此頗具自信，

這也讓皇帝放下了心?；实劢o他準(zhǔn)備了面包、奶

酪和一壺酒?？藸柵藳](méi)有說(shuō)什么，因?yàn)樗?tīng)說(shuō)貴

族們本身吃得很少。他一下子就把這些吃光了。

皇帝是個(gè)聰明人，他清楚克爾潘需要吃得更多，

于是下令每天給克爾潘兩只豬腿，三只山羊。因

Ko je cesarjev glasnik pri?el na Vrh, je Krpan

imel prepir s petnajstimi mejnimi stra?arji. Krpan je

zgrabil eno osebo in jo zamahnil na druge. Glasnik

je ?el naprej in Krpanu razlo?il, da je cesar ?elel, da

gre na Dunaj, da bi boril s stra?nim velikanom, saj se

je spomnil, kako lahko je Krpan neko? dvignil svojo

kobilo. Krpan je bil navdu?en, ko je sli?al, da je on

zadnje upanje Dunaja, zato se je preoblekel v lepe

obleke in vstopil v ko?ijo.

Ko so prispeli na Dunaj, je bilo celo mesto v

temi, Brdavs pa je pravkar ubil cesarjevega sina.

Cesar je hitel h Krpanu in ga pripeljal v pala?o. Krpan

so se raz?irile o?i, ki jih je prizadela uganka vsega

tega v pala?i. ?eprav je bil Krpan mo?an, je

為克爾潘不喜歡面包中間的部分，所以皇帝給他

四塊用黃油和雞蛋做的白面包皮。除此之外，他

每天想喝多少酒就能喝多少酒。

當(dāng)克爾潘的力量如此之大，以至于他在選擇

武器的時(shí)候，所有武器都在他手中散架了。于是

他去找鐵匠，給自己做了一把類(lèi)似于屠夫斧頭的

東西，然后走進(jìn)皇帝的花園，砍下了一棵枝繁葉

茂的菩提樹(shù)。夏天時(shí)，朝臣們都會(huì)坐在這棵樹(shù)下

乘涼?；实蹏槈牧耍?yàn)樗阑屎髮幵阜艞壦?/p>

所有的馬也不愿放棄那棵菩提樹(shù)?？藸柵藢?duì)此卻

不以為然。他做了一根粗大的棍子，三英尺長(zhǎng)，

一端非常粗。此外，克爾潘還需要一匹馬。對(duì)他

而言，合適的馬需要強(qiáng)壯到無(wú)法被他從尾巴處拉

出來(lái)的，但克爾潘把宮殿里的每匹馬都這樣輕松

拖了出來(lái)。因此，他只好派人回家去找自己的母

馬。雖然長(zhǎng)得并不好看，但他的母馬非常強(qiáng)壯，

沒(méi)有人能夠把它拖到門(mén)檻上，更不用說(shuō)跨過(guò)去了。

母馬把接近它的每個(gè)人都踢到了糞堆上。

戰(zhàn)斗的日子到了。克爾潘帶著他的棍棒和斧

頭，騎上他的母馬，走出城市，來(lái)到他要與布爾

道斯決戰(zhàn)的草地上。這是一幅奇異的景象：克爾

潘的母馬是如此之小，他的腿卻如此之長(zhǎng)，幾乎

拖在了地上。他頭上戴著一頂舊的寬邊帽，穿著

一件厚厚的家紡羊毛外套。從他的神情上看，他

無(wú)所畏懼。

布爾道斯看到他時(shí)，開(kāi)始大笑著吼叫起來(lái)。

當(dāng)他們?cè)趹?zhàn)斗開(kāi)始前握手時(shí)，克爾潘用力捏住布

爾道斯的手，血從他的指尖里噴了出來(lái)。布爾道

斯心想，他不是個(gè)好對(duì)付的對(duì)手，但是轉(zhuǎn)念一想，

他雖然看上去很有實(shí)力，但畢竟農(nóng)民就是農(nóng)民，

他肯定不知道如何像冠軍一樣戰(zhàn)斗。他們把馬掉

轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái)，然后從遠(yuǎn)處向?qū)Ψ津T來(lái)。布爾道斯高高

舉起他的劍，想在第一擊中就砍下對(duì)手的頭，但

克爾潘迅速揮動(dòng)他的棍子，使布爾道斯的劍刃深

深地陷入棍子的軟木之中。在巨人能夠掙脫之前，

克爾潘從他的母馬上下來(lái)，把布爾道斯從馬背上

拽到地上，慢慢地拿起斧頭，砍下了巨人的頭。

完成使命之后，他策馬回到了城里。

從遠(yuǎn)處看到這一切的維也納人民，沖到他面

前，皇帝本人也來(lái)到他的臣民面前擁抱他。臣民

們大聲呼喊：“克爾潘拯救了我們！只要維也納

Vendar pa je bil Krpan glede bitke precej prepri?an,

zaradi ?esar je tudi cesar oddahnel. Cesar mu je

pripravil kruh, sir in vr? vina. Krpan ni ni? rekel, saj

je sli?al, da so sami plemeniti jedli zelo malo. Vse je

pojedel naenkrat. Cesar je bil moder ?lovek in vedel,

da mora Krpan jesti ve?, zato je ukazal, da se Krpan

dajo dve nogi pra?i?a in tri koze na dan. Ker Krpan

ni bil v?e? srednji del kruha, mu je cesar dal ?tiri bele

skorje iz masla in jajc. Poleg tega lahko pije toliko

vina, kot si ?eli vsak dan.

Krpan je imel tako veliko mo?, da ko je izbral

oro?ja, so vsa razpadla v njegovih rokah. ?el je h

kova?u, naredil je nekaj podobnega kot mesarjeva

sekira, nato pa od?el na cesarjev vrt in sesekal listnato

lipo. Poleti so dvorjani ponavadi sedeli pod tem

drevesom, da bi u?ivali v seni. Cesar se je prestra?il,

ker je vedel, da se bo cesarica raje odrekel vsem

konjem kot tej lipi. Krpan pa tega ni razumel. Potem

je naredil debelo palico, meter dolgo in zelo debelo

na enem koncu. Poleg tega je Krpan potreboval

konja. Zanj je moral biti pravi konj dovolj mo?an,

da bi ga potegnili iz repa, ki pa je Krpan tako zlahka

potegnil vsakega konja v pala?i. Zato je moral nekoga

poslati domov, da bi na?el svojo kobilo. ?eprav ni

dobro izgledala, je bila njegova kobila tako mo?na, da

je nih?e ni mogel vle?i do praga, kaj ?ele stopiti ?ez.

Kobile so brcnile vse, ki so se ji pribli?ali.

Pri?el je dan bitke. S palicami in sekirami je

Krpan montiral svojo kobilo in od?el iz mesta na

travnik, kjer se je hotel odlo?ilno boriti z Brdavsom.

Bil je ?uden prizor: Krpanova kobila je bila tako

majhna, pa vendar so bile njegove noge tako dolge,

da je skoraj odvlekel na tla. Na glavi je nosil star

?irok klobuk in debelo doma?o volno. Iz njegovega

izraza je bil neustra?en.

Ko ga je Brdavs videl, se je za?el smejati in

rjoveti. Ko so se rokoli pred za?etkom bitke, je

Krpan mo?no stisnil Brdavsovo roko, kri mu je

iztisnila iz kolk prstov. Brdavs si je mislil, da ni dober

nasprotnik, toda po premi?ljevanju o tem, ?eprav je

還在，就應(yīng)該贊美克爾潘！”

為了慶祝他的功勞，皇帝讓克爾潘選擇他的

獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。他甚至準(zhǔn)備讓自己的女兒葉麗薩嫁給他。

然而，皇后仍然對(duì)那棵被砍下來(lái)的菩提樹(shù)耿耿于

懷。她在門(mén)口聽(tīng)著他們的對(duì)話(huà)，進(jìn)來(lái)后表示拒

絕把女兒交給克爾潘?；屎蠼o了克爾潘五桶酒，

一百零五塊面包，二十只羊和四十八條豬腿。但

皇后同時(shí)告訴克爾潘，他應(yīng)該把這些東西都帶回

卡爾尼奧拉的家中，而不是在維也納或者路上出

售。

克爾潘非常生氣。他不明白為什么那棵樹(shù)會(huì)

如此重要。他握住門(mén)把手，似乎要離開(kāi)。克爾潘

賭氣說(shuō)他要在院子中間給自己搭個(gè)棚子，躺在那

里直到吃完所有食物。如果以后出現(xiàn)了另一個(gè)布

爾道斯一樣的可怕怪物的話(huà)，他們可以用稻草做

成他的模樣，把怪物嚇走。

皇帝讓他平靜下來(lái)。克爾潘于是說(shuō)出了他們

第一次見(jiàn)面時(shí)，他運(yùn)輸?shù)呢浳飳?shí)際上是鹽。他希

望自己能獲得一份許可，讓他能夠自由販賣(mài)英國(guó)

鹽。聽(tīng)到這番話(huà)后，格雷戈?duì)柎蟪贾鲝埌芽藸柵?/p>

立即關(guān)進(jìn)監(jiān)獄?；实蹧](méi)有理會(huì)，而是命令格雷戈

爾把克爾潘的要求一五一十地寫(xiě)下來(lái)。此外，皇

帝買(mǎi)下了皇后給克爾潘的禮物。大家對(duì)這一安排

都很滿(mǎn)意?？藸柵讼蚧实鄹孓o，踏上了回家的路途。

Brdavs je dvignil me? visoko in sku?al nasprotniku

v prvem zadetku odrezati glavo. Krpan pa je hitro

zamahnil s palico, zaradi katere je Brdavsova me?

potonil globoko v zamak palice. Preden se je velikan

osvobodil, se je Krpan izkrcal s svoje kobile, odvlekel

Brdavsa z njegovega konja na tla, po?asi pobral

sekiro in velikanu odsekal glavo. Po kon?ani misiji je

odjahal nazaj v mesto.

In dunajski ljudje, ki so vse to videli od dale?,

so hiteli k njemu, in cesar sam je pri?el k podanikom

in ga objel. Podlo?niki so zavla?evali: \"Krpan nas je

re?il! Dokler bo Dunaj ostal, je treba Krpana hvaliti! \"

Za praznovanje svojih pododlokov je cesar

prosil Krpan, naj izbere svojo nagrado. Bil je celo

pripravljen, da se njegova h?i Jerica poro?i z njim.

Vendar pa je bila cesarica ?e vedno jezna zaradi

sekane lipe. Pri vratih je poslu?ala njihov pogovor

in pri?la povedati, da h?erke ni hotela dati Krpanu.

Cesarica je Krpanu dala pet sodov vina, sto pet

kruhov, dvajset ovc in osemin?tideset nog pra?i?jega.

Toda cesarica je Krpanu tudi povedala, da jih mora

vrniti nazaj domov, namesto da jih proda na Dunaju

ali na cesti.

Krpan je bil zelo jezen. Ni razumel, zakaj bo to

drevo tako pomembno. Zajel je kljuko in o?itno od?el.

Krpan je kockal, da si bo na sredini dvori??a zgradil

?ravo in le?el tam, dokler ni pojedel vse hrane. ?e se

kasneje pojavi ?e ena grozna po?ast, kot je Brdavs, se

lahko pojavi iz slame in prestra?i po?ast.

Cesar ga je pomiril. Krpan je nato naveli, da je

bilo blago, ki ga je preva?al, ko sta se prvi? sre?ala,

pravzaprav sol. Upal je, da bi dobil dovoljenje, ki

mu bo omogo?ilo prosto prodajo angle?ke soli.

Po zasli?anju tega se je minister Gregor zana?al,

da bo Krpan takoj zaprt. Cesar je to ignoriral in

Gregorju ukazal, naj zapi?e Krpan zahtevo. Vsi so

bili zadovoljni z dogovorom. Krpan se je poslovil od

cesarja in se vrnil domov.
