龍袍新城位于南京重要的生態(tài)帶——長(zhǎng)江的下游、江河、濕地、灘

涂圩區(qū)共同構(gòu)成了龍袍新城枕江偎河的水鄉(xiāng)特征。本項(xiàng)目以“超鏈

雙軸、活力通廊、合力賦能、協(xié)同發(fā)展”為主題，力求從人的角度

出發(fā)，通過(guò)尺度變化營(yíng)造精細(xì)景觀，創(chuàng)造城市意象，構(gòu)筑城市靈

魂，打造“整體統(tǒng)一、富有韻律、層次鮮明、色彩豐富、獨(dú)具地域

風(fēng)格”的城市道路景觀。設(shè)計(jì)范圍有龍袍大道、龍騰路、北六路、

創(chuàng)業(yè)路四條主要道路。其中包含道路景觀、道路節(jié)點(diǎn)景觀、邊側(cè)

綠帶及邊側(cè)防護(hù)綠地景觀工程，道路總長(zhǎng)9.7千米，道路綠地面積

60690平方米，邊側(cè)防護(hù)綠地687740平方米。

Longpao New Town is located in the downstream of the Yangtze

River, an important ecological belt in Nanjing, rivers, wetlands,

and mudflat, which together constitute the water town characteristics of Longpao New Town. The theme of this project is “super

chain dual axis, dynamic corridor, collaborative empowerment, and

collaborative development”. It strives to create a fine landscape from the perspective of humans, create urban imagery, and

construct the soul of the city through scale changes, creating

an urban road landscape that is “unified as a whole, rhythmic,

layered, colorful, and unique in regional style”. The design

scope includes four main roads: Longpao Avenue, Longteng Road,

Beiliu Road, and Chuangye Road. This includes road landscape,

road node landscape, side green belt, and side protective green

space landscape engineering. The total length of the road is 9.7

kilometers, with a road green space area of 60690 square meters

and side protective green space of 687740 square meters.

赤山湖度假區(qū)規(guī)劃布局共分為五大板塊，243 省道東西向橫穿園區(qū)，全長(zhǎng) 7220 米，由西向東依次穿過(guò)原生園、桃李春風(fēng)、赤山湖濕地公園、

文創(chuàng)小鎮(zhèn)四大板塊，赤山景區(qū)不在 243 省道邊側(cè)。

The planning and layout of Chishan Lake Resort is divided into five major sections. Provincial Highway 243 runs through the park in an east-west direction, with a total length of 7220 meters. From west to east, it passes through four major sections: Yuanyuan, Taoli Chunfeng, Chishan Lake Wetland

Park, and Cultural and Creative Town. The Chishan Scenic Area is not located on the side of Provincial Highway 243.

Dongfang Honghebin Park Base is located at the junction of Puyun Road,

Kanghua Road and Kangping Road, Pukou District, Nanjing City. It is a

green park and is surrounded by residential areas. The base is adjacent

to the Dongfang Red River, and the existing park Caopo is connected to

the riverbank, and in the future, Caopo will be transformed into the

northern extension of the main road Puyun Road. Covering an area of approximately 12000 square meters, the surrounding area is mainly residential, office and other businesses, with a large pedestrian flow.

東方紅河濱公園基地位于南京市浦口區(qū)浦云路與康華路、康平路交

界段，現(xiàn)狀為綠地公園，周邊為住宅區(qū)?；嘏R近東方紅河，公園

內(nèi)現(xiàn)有草坡與河岸相連，未來(lái)草坡將改造為主干道浦云路北延段。

占地面積約 1.2 萬(wàn)㎡，周邊是以住宅、辦公等業(yè)態(tài)為主，具有較大

的人流量。

玉蘭廣場(chǎng)是一個(gè)改造街角公園廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目，周

邊有大量的居住區(qū)，改造宗旨在于利用有限

的造價(jià)，著重針對(duì)不舒適、不便捷、不友好、

不協(xié)調(diào)的場(chǎng)地空間體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行改造優(yōu)化，最終

達(dá)到突出城市界面形象、提升空間使用體驗(yàn)、

改善生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量的目標(biāo)。

The Free Trade Light Plaza is located in the core

area of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing. As a longterm development plot of the core area, the design

objectives are determined as follows:Transform the

messy venue into a comfortable and open leisure

area;Strictly control the project cost;Adapt to

local conditions, shape the terrain, and balance the

earthwork on site;Highlight the image characteristics of the free trade zone and organically coordinate with the surrounding environment.The renovated

square has become an excellent place for citizens’

daily leisure, and the open space effectively complements the functions of the surrounding parks,

enhancing the image of the area.

自貿(mào)之光廣場(chǎng)位于南京市江北新區(qū)核心區(qū)，作為

核心區(qū)遠(yuǎn)期開(kāi)發(fā)地塊，設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)確定為：將凌亂

的場(chǎng)地改造成為舒適開(kāi)放的休閑場(chǎng)地；嚴(yán)格控制

工程造價(jià)；因地制宜，塑造地形，并就地平衡土方；

突出自貿(mào)區(qū)形象特征，并與周邊環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)。改造

后的廣場(chǎng)成為市民日常休閑的絕佳場(chǎng)所，開(kāi)闊的

場(chǎng)地有效地與周邊公園形成功能的互補(bǔ)，提升了

片區(qū)形象。

提升生態(tài)效應(yīng)； 通過(guò)雕塑、文化墻、小品、等表現(xiàn)方式，展示中國(guó)法制文化、普及法制文化、提升法制觀念； 兼顧社區(qū)居民休閑、集會(huì)、

活動(dòng)的需求。

This project will be upgraded under the existing site conditions to create a legal culture park in Luhe District. Make full use of the water landscape

resources in the site, give play to the display effect of Sponge city construction, and enhance the ecological effect; Display Chinese legal culture,

popularize legal culture, and enhance legal concepts through sculptures, cultural walls, sketches, and other forms of expression; Balancing the needs

of community residents for leisure, gatherings, and activities.

設(shè)計(jì)采用的策略有：以中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展建設(shè)過(guò)程中重要

記事為線索，展示黨建文化；以耐候鋼板為主要的景觀構(gòu)

筑物材料，通過(guò)不同的表現(xiàn)方式，弘揚(yáng)黨建文化；改造并

利用現(xiàn)有的地形地貌和植被條件，營(yíng)造自然野趣之美。

This project aims to effectively utilize and transform existing site conditions and resources, and create a citizen

leisure park with the core goal of showcasing party building

culture. The strategies adopted in the design are as follows:

to show the culture of party building with the clue of important records in the development and construction of the

CPC; Using weather resistant steel plates as the main material

for landscape architecture, promoting party building culture

through different ways of expression; Transform and utilize

existing terrain, landforms, and vegetation conditions to create the beauty of natural wilderness.

場(chǎng)采用盤(pán)龍遺址出土的“銅鉞”造型，兩側(cè)設(shè)置文化墻，展示足球文化元素

The south side of the base is adjacent to the Panlong Ruins Park, and the layout of the entrance

square incorporates elements of the Panlong Ruins to unify them. The entrance square is in the

shape of a “bronze axe” unearthed from Panlong Site, and cultural walls are set on both sides to

display the elements of Association football culture

萬(wàn)壽河是一條天然河流，該河自星甸鎮(zhèn)石窯村向北東至陳橋過(guò)斬龍橋，由蔣夏入滁河，全線長(zhǎng) 14.6 公里。本次設(shè)計(jì)長(zhǎng)度約 6.5 公里，總投入

8000 萬(wàn)，目標(biāo)是打造王園、萬(wàn)壽河沿線風(fēng)光帶，凸顯星甸街道鎮(zhèn)區(qū)水路主軸。萬(wàn)壽河景觀打造共分為 5 個(gè)功能區(qū)，分別為：自然風(fēng)光景觀區(qū)、

樂(lè)活宜居休憩區(qū)、濱河漫步形象區(qū)、生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)休憩區(qū)、生態(tài)屏障景觀區(qū)。

Wanshou River is a natural river that flows northeast from Shiyao Village in Xingdian Town to Chenqiao and crosses the Zhalong Bridge. It enters the Chuhe River

from Jiangxia and has a total length of 14.6 kilometers. The length of this design

is about 6.5 kilometers, with a total investment of 80 million yuan. The goal is

to create a scenic belt along the Wangyuan and Wanshou Rivers, highlighting the

main waterway of Xingdian Street and town. The landscape construction of Wanshou

River is divided into five functional areas, namely: natural scenery landscape

area, Lehuo livable rest area, riverside stroll image area, ecological conservation rest area, and ecological barrier landscape area.

星甸濕地公園位于南京市浦口區(qū)，南臨 X204 縣道，基地四周被城市道路包圍，交通便利、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。該濕地公園現(xiàn)狀多為苗圃水塘，基

地北側(cè)有規(guī)劃道路通過(guò)，上位規(guī)劃中將基地北側(cè)定位為居住和商業(yè)等用地，為協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃，基地北側(cè)種植大量草花，形成大地藝術(shù)；基地水塘

作為濕地核心區(qū)域，疏通水系，挖湖堆島，打造濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。形成“星甸綠心、城市海綿”的生態(tài)格局，為星甸鎮(zhèn)提供一個(gè)可觀、可賞的

濕地環(huán)境。

Nanjing Xingdian Central Wetland Park

Xingdian Wetland Park is located in Pukou District of Nanjing City, bordering on County Road X204 in the south. The base is surrounded by urban roads,

with convenient transportation and obvious regional advantages. The current status of the wetland park is mostly nursery ponds, with planned roads

passing through the north side of the base. In the upper planning, the north side of the base is positioned as residential and commercial land. In

order to coordinate planning, a large number of grass flowers are planted in the north side of the base to form Land art; The base pond serves as the

core area of the wetland, dredging the water system, digging lakes and islands, and creating a wetland ecosystem. Forming an ecological pattern of

“Xingdian Green Heart and Urban Sponge”, providing a considerable and enjoyable wetland environment for Xingdian Town.

央商務(wù)區(qū)核心位置，毗鄰濱江大道，是江

北國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)最核心的地段。設(shè)計(jì)以花間

渡為主題概念，通過(guò)花海，苗圃，人造湖

的方式，打造立體化、多樣化的景觀體驗(yàn)，

使其成為展示新區(qū)風(fēng)貌的窗口，城市綠化、

彩化的試驗(yàn)田，具有游賞、科教、可持續(xù)

發(fā)展的生態(tài)銀行。

Huahaiti, the center of Jiangbei New Area, is

located at the core of the central business

district of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing,

adjacent to Binjiang Avenue. It is the most

core area of Jiangbei National New Area. The

design focuses on the concept of crossing

between flowers, creating a three-dimensional and diverse landscape experience through

a sea of flowers, nurseries, and artificial

lakes, making it a window to showcase the

style of the new area, a test field for urban

greening and color, and an ecological bank

with tourism, science and education, and sustainable development.

大洋灣景區(qū)位于鹽城市的東北角，跨新洋港兩岸，自然環(huán)境好，交通發(fā)達(dá)，

公交直通，緊鄰城市中心和南洋機(jī)場(chǎng)，距大市區(qū)核心區(qū) 5 公里，距鹽城

火車(chē)站 4 公里，具備獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)，倚靠 100 多萬(wàn)人口的

大市區(qū)，配套設(shè)施完備，有利于為游客提供良好周到的服務(wù)，具有良好

的游客集散條件。

The Ocean Bay Scenic Area is located in the northeast corner of Yancheng

City, spanning both sides of Xinyang Port. It has a good natural environment,

developed transportation, direct public transportation, and is adjacent to

the city center and Nanyang Airport. It is 5 kilometers away from the core

area of the metropolitan area and 4 kilometers away from Yancheng Railway

Station. It has unique geographical and environmental advantages and relies

on the metropolitan area with a population of over 1 million. The supporting

facilities are complete, which is conducive to providing good and thoughtful

services for tourists and has good conditions for tourist distribution.
