業(yè)。坐落于工業(yè)發(fā)達、交通便利的寧波市鎮(zhèn)海區(qū)。目前公司注冊資金3200萬元，總投資超過1億元，占地

40余畝，職工220人（其中鑄造160人，機械加工60人）。

HAP-80自動澆鑄機、60T/時粘土砂生產(chǎn)線，第九代變頻節(jié)能電爐HM240-110高速轉(zhuǎn)子混砂機拋、拋丸處

理沖、沖砂機械等鑄造設備，以及馬扎克、大隈、哈斯等先進加工中心60余臺、我司還建有中心實驗室，擁

有比較完善的檢測設備，有進口直讀光譜元素分析儀，拉力試驗機金相顯微鏡，探傷儀，三坐標、投影儀，

二次元測高儀，SM型砂在線質(zhì)量控制儀等設備，從材料檢驗，過程控制，成品檢驗到供應商評估，建立了

嚴格的控制程序，對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量進行全過程檢測控制。

Ningbo Kaisi Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is a joint-stock enterprise that integrates research and

development, casting, mechanical processing, trade, etc. Located in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, with developed

industry and convenient transportation. At present, the company has a registered capital of 32 million yuan and a

total investment of over 100 million yuan. It covers an area of over 40 acres and has 220 employees (including 160 for

casting and 60 for production and processing).

The company focuses on internal quality management and corporate honor, actively promotes modern enterprise

systems, continuously strengthens internal management with quality as the main line, and has successively passed

the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification; Safety standardization three-level

certification; Pollutant discharge permit, and the introduction of advanced ERP production management computer

system, to implement scientific data tracking management for the entire production process of the company. The

products produced by the company are spread throughout the fields of petroleum, textiles, chemicals, electricity,

automobiles, shipbuilding, construction, mining, and general machinery, meeting the special design and process

requirements of customers in various aspects. The products are sold to more than ten countries and regions such as

Europe, America, Japan, Taiwan, and are highly praised and loved by users.

The enterprise has advanced production processes, strong technical strength, and complete testing methods. The

company has introduced two Japanese AMF-lll-07R automatic molding lines, HAP-80 automatic casting machines, a

60T/h clay sand production line, the ninth generation variable frequency energy-saving electric furnace HM240-110

high-speed rotor sand mixing machine for polishing, shot blasting, punching, sand punching machinery, and more

than 100 other advanced processing centers such as Mazak, Okuma, and Hass There are hundreds of other

processing equipment such as Mazak turning milling compound. Our company also has a central laboratory and

relatively complete testing equipment, including imported direct reading spectral element analyzer, tensile testing

machine metallographic microscope, flaw detector, three-dimensional coordinate, projector, anime altimeter, SM

molding sand online quality controller and other equipment. From material inspection, process control, finished

product inspection to supplier evaluation, we have established strict control procedures, Conduct full process

testing and control of product quality.
