設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)

立式混流泵。進(jìn)水部分為吸入喇叭或進(jìn)水彎管，

出水管路可任意選擇在基礎(chǔ)上方或下面。采用賽龍

導(dǎo)軸承/新型合成材料等?？梢匀芜x泵的抽出型式，

即泵轉(zhuǎn)子為可抽出式或不可抽出式。

抽軸式設(shè)計(jì)

泵頂部泵蓋拆開后，泵抽芯部分包括整個(gè)泵軸

部件，水潤滑軸承，葉輪，葉輪室，導(dǎo)葉和內(nèi)接管

都可以被抽出。而與出水管路相聯(lián)的整個(gè)泵外筒體

依然固定在泵基礎(chǔ)上。

非抽芯式設(shè)計(jì)

泵轉(zhuǎn)子及非轉(zhuǎn)子部件組裝成一體，檢查泵內(nèi)部零

部件時(shí)，泵要被吊出并拆開。

泵的安裝

“CD”安裝形式，即出水彎管布置在基礎(chǔ)樓板下

方。泵由出水彎管上方的基礎(chǔ)樓板支撐。驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)

通過電機(jī)座與泵法蘭式相連。

“EB”安裝形式，出水彎管布置在基礎(chǔ)樓板上方，

泵支撐在出水彎管下方的基礎(chǔ)樓板之上。驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)

通過電機(jī)座與泵法蘭式相連。

Pull-out Design

After opening the pump’s casing cover arranged on

top,the complete shaft unit,the water-lubricated shaft

bearings,pump impeller,wear ring,diffuser and

suspension pipe.

The complete pump casing, connected with the

discharge pipe,remains bolted on the pump foundation.

Non-pull-out Design

The rotating and non-rotating components of the

pump constitute an assembly unit.For inspection of

internal pump components,the pump is lifted out and

dismantled.

Pump Arrangement

The type of installation is “ CD ” ,this means the

discharge nozzle is arranged below floor.The pump is

suspended above the discharge elbow and above

floor.The drive is flange-mounted to the pump by means

of a motor stool.

The type of installation is “EB”,this means the

discharge nozzle is arranged above floor.The pump is

suspended beneath the discharge elbow and above

floor.The drive is flange mounted to the pump by means

“EJ” 安裝形式，即出水彎管布置在基礎(chǔ)樓板

下方。泵支撐在出水彎管下方的基礎(chǔ)樓板之上。驅(qū)

動(dòng)電機(jī)安裝在另一單獨(dú)的基礎(chǔ)樓板之上。

進(jìn)水室

開式，特殊型：為保證良好的進(jìn)水流態(tài)，規(guī)定了

開式進(jìn)水管的特殊土建尺寸。

開式，常規(guī)式：對(duì)于進(jìn)水，選用常規(guī)的開式進(jìn)

水室。此型進(jìn)水室無特殊土建尺寸。

閉式：為保證良好的進(jìn)水狀態(tài)，規(guī)定了閉式進(jìn)

水室的特殊土建。

進(jìn)水彎管式：為保證進(jìn)水均勻加速的流向水泵，

進(jìn)水彎管布置在泵的底部。進(jìn)水彎管開始為正方形

截面，此截面沿水流方向均勻減小直至過渡為管狀

截面。

進(jìn)水錐

為保證泵穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，要求泵進(jìn)水流態(tài)均勻。因此，

在泵進(jìn)水喇叭下面布置一進(jìn)水錐。

軸承/潤滑

軸的徑向支承可選耐磨陶瓷軸承，此時(shí)泵為介質(zhì)

自潤滑。也可選用賽龍/橡膠軸承/新型合成材料，

泵軸有護(hù)軸套保護(hù)，軸承由外接清潔的壓力水潤滑。

若所輸送液體為清水，賽龍/橡膠軸承/新型材料也

可采用自潤滑形式，不必設(shè)置護(hù)軸套管。承受軸向

力的推力軸承，可選在泵內(nèi)或電機(jī)內(nèi)。

軸封

軸封為軟填料（非石棉），軸封處軸套可更換。

聯(lián)軸器

上軸和下軸由剛性聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接。泵和電機(jī)用可調(diào)

的剛性聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接。按需要也可以用彈性聯(lián)軸器。

出水方向

出水管水平布置在泵基礎(chǔ)的上面或下面。

The type of installation is “ EJ” ,this means the

discharge nozzle is arranged above floor.The pump is

suspended beneath the discharge elbow and above

floor.The drive is set in place on a separate floor.

Intake Chamber

Lined:For optimum inflow,special constructional

measures in the open intake chamber have been

specified.

Unlined:For inflow,an open intake chamber has been

specified.This is a type without special constructional

measures.

Covered:For optimum inflow,special constructional

measure in the covered intake chamber have been

specified.

Intake elbow type :For good inflow with uniform

acceleration towards the pump,an intake elbow is

arranged underneath the pump.Starting with a square

cross-section,the cross-section reduces uniformly in the

direction of flow until reaching the pipe cross-section.

Entry Cone

In order to ensure a smooth pump operation,a

uniform inflow is an absolute requirement.Therefore,an

entry cone will be arranged underneath the inlet nozzle

of the pump.

Bearing/Lubrication

The shaft radially supported by wear-resistant KSB

RESIDUR?ceramic bearings or rubber bearings.If the

former is used,the pump is lubricated by the medium

handled.The Thordon/rubber bearing can be lubricated

with external clean water supply.The shaft is protected

by enclosed tubes.The Thordon/rubber bearings can

also be lubricated by the medium handled if it is clean. In

this case the shaft shall not be protected by enclosed

tubes.Thrust bearing provides axial support and is

arranged either at the pump or in the motor(optional).

Shaft Seal

Asbestos-free soft packing.The shaft has removable

sleeves in the vicinity of the seal.

Couplings

The shafts are connected with disc couplings.The

connection,between the pump and motor is effected with

a flexible or adjustable rigid of coupling.

Nozzle Orientation

The discharge nozzle is located horizontally above or

below the pumps foundation.
