Established in September 2000, Chongqing Zhongyou Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“CYIT” or the “Group”,

formerly known as Chongqing Chongyou Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., an enterprise invested by Chongqing

University of Posts and Telecommunications) is a reliable and excellent service provider of digital intelligence system (ICT, AI,

CYIT has become progressively involved in the areas of communication and information networks infrastructure

construction since 1993. Based on its strong technical force and rich experience on communication and information networks

infrastructure construction, operation and maintenance, CYIT has been providing related whole-process services for

operators, equipment manufacturers, government agencies, and customers from both private parts and public institutions.

采購、施工、監(jiān)理、驗收、審計、評估等建設全過程）、運維、運營一體化服務能力，同時正全力打造全過程

咨詢和項目總承包運作模式，已成功完成多個大型重點工程項目。

CYIT is improving its service capabilities of new ICT infrastructure construction (including project suggestion, feasibility

study, tendering, survey, design, procurement, construction, supervision, acceptance, assessment, and other related services),

operations and maintenance, which all are related to the digital economy. At the same time, CYIT is polishing up its two main

operation patterns: whole-process consulting and EPC model. For now, CYIT has successfully finished many major large-scale

engineering projects.

同時，中郵信科是我國最早從事具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的移動通信標準和終端核心技術開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化的單位之

一，在移動通信新技術、通信信息網(wǎng)絡理論研究及實踐運用等領域，取得許多創(chuàng)新型成果。

CYIT is one of the first entities in China to develop and industrialize mobile communication standards and terminal

core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and it possesses many innovation results in areas such

as theoretical research and practical application of new mobile communication technologies and communication and

information network .

工作站于 2010 年獲批設立，是重慶市首批市級博士后科研工作站，2013 年升級為國家級博士后科研工作站。

研究方向涵蓋通信、計算機、光電、材料學、管理、生物醫(yī)學等學科。

自建站以來走以產(chǎn)、學、研相結合并相互促進的發(fā)展之路，有針對性地開展具有理論性、戰(zhàn)略性、前沿性、

實用性的課題研究，平均每年招收近 50 名博士后，獲國家級科研項目 40 余項，驅動企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新，取得積

極成果。

Set up in 2010, the Programme is one of the first batch of postdoctoral programmes approved to set up at the city

level. It was then upgraded to be a national Programme, with researches covering communication, computer science,

photoelectricity, materials science, management, biomedicine and etc.

Since its establishment, the Programme has followed the development path of cooperating with universities and

research institutes, conducted targeted research projects that feature theoretical, strategical, cutting-edge and practical

characteristics. It employs 50 postdoctoral talents annually, conducts more than 40 national research projects, expedites

technological innovations of enterprises and reaps abundant harvest.
