Simple Modification

頻繁的人事重組使辦公室布局調(diào)整變得尤為重要。

漢爾姆裝配式模塊化墻體系統(tǒng)具備多種實用特性，

不同墻體模塊可進(jìn)行不同組合，通過BIM、ERP、

MES等建筑信息化系統(tǒng)賦予每個部件“身份證”，

通過簡單的二維碼掃碼即可查看該部件所有信息，

為快速改裝提供精準(zhǔn)幫助。

The building information system gives each

component an “ID card” through BIM, ERP,

MES, etc., and all information of this part can be

viewed through simple QR code scanning, which

承插式結(jié)構(gòu)，滿足多次拆裝的要求；在特定條件下可

采用特殊設(shè)計的彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)與頂面、地面的連接，不破

壞頂面、地面材料，便于墻體進(jìn)行非破壞性移除，做

到整個空間循環(huán)使用，既節(jié)省時間和成本，也更利于

環(huán)保。

can be recycled. In this way, it not only saves

HMLS prefabricated partition system can satisfy requirements of

different design styles. With building block combination mode, any

variety of design requirements can be met. For raw materials, steel

plate, glass, porcelain plate, calcium silicate plate and other inorganic

environmental protection materials can be used; for facing, wood grain,

plain color, texture, stone grain and other materials can be selected. The

process seams between the wall modules can be mounted with

cabinets, desks and other furniture equipment, so the whole wall can be

a multi-functional platform.

準(zhǔn)訴求，無論是布線、隔音還是防火性能等。

30min、60min、90min。

隔音性能：可滿足不同區(qū)域的的隔音性能需求，隔音等級分為

40dB、45dB、50dB、55dB。

H M L S prefabricated partition system can satisfy the

requirements of modern class A office space, whether in

terms of wiring, sound insulation or fire resistance.

Fire resistance: able to meet the fire resistance requirements of different areas, and fire protection times are:

30min, 60min and 90min.

Soundproof: able to meet the sound insulation requirements of different areas, and the sound insulation levels

are: 40dB, 45dB, 50dB and 55dB.
