鲅魚(yú)圈保利大劇院地上建筑部分為三層，主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括可容納 1200 人左右的適合歌舞劇表演的大型歌舞劇

場(chǎng)和可容納 400 人左右的適合話劇、戲曲表演的多功能劇場(chǎng)各一座。大劇院主體歌舞劇場(chǎng)上方采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)拱形穹頂設(shè)

計(jì)理念，具有國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的旋轉(zhuǎn)、開(kāi)啟、閉合功能，劇場(chǎng)內(nèi)部按照意大利傳統(tǒng)歌劇院馬蹄形平面多層包廂形式設(shè)計(jì)，分

為正廳一層，樓座二層和樓座三層，兩層樓座由馬蹄形的圓弧相疊形成；劇場(chǎng)以自然聲源為主，將觀眾廳的體積控制

在每座 7.7 立方米左右，總體積約為 12300 立方米，可根據(jù)演出節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容的不同需要對(duì)劇場(chǎng)內(nèi)的混聽(tīng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行變化設(shè)置。

相對(duì)于標(biāo)志性的大劇院，圖書(shū)館更希望是一個(gè)文化氣質(zhì)強(qiáng)烈一點(diǎn)的建筑。首先圖書(shū)館要和大劇院形成呼應(yīng)，必然

要在體量上做點(diǎn)文章；其次它緊鄰公園，景觀是非常重要的設(shè)計(jì)條件；第三我理想中的圖書(shū)館是一個(gè)室內(nèi)外空間交融

的建筑。于是有了現(xiàn)在這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的雛形，上下扭轉(zhuǎn)是為了營(yíng)造一個(gè)三角形的內(nèi)庭園以滿足基座中心部位閱覽室的采光

和通風(fēng)，三樓的平臺(tái)和四樓的玻璃體是從景觀考慮。四樓的體量扭轉(zhuǎn)之后擁有 270 度的公園景觀，并且提供給三樓一

個(gè)灰空間。

The above-ground building part of the Mackerel Poly Theatre is three-story high, and the main construction includes a large cabaret theater that

can accommodate about 1200 people and a multi-functional theater that can accommodate about 400 people for drama and opera performances.

The main opera theater applies the steel structure arch dome design concept, with advanced features of rotation, switching status between open and

close, theater interior in accordance with the Italian traditional opera house horseshoe-shaped plan and multi-layer box form design, divided into the

main hall one layer, building block two layers and building block three layers, two layers of building block by the horseshoe-shaped arc overlapping

formation; the main theater sound source comes from the nature, and each seat shares 7.7 cubic meters among the entire volume of the audience

hall. The total volume is about 12,300 cubic meters, and the mixing audio time in the theater can be set up according to the different needs of the

performance program.

Compared with the iconic theater, the library is expected to be a building with a stronger cultural feeling. First of all, the library should echo with

the theater, so it is necessary to do something about the volume of the mass; secondly, it is adjacent to the park, so the landscape is a very important

design consideration; thirdly, the ideal library is a building with a blend of indoor and outdoor space. So there is now the prototype of this design.

The twist of the top and bottom is to create a triangular inner garden to meet the light and ventilation of the reading room in the center of the base,

and the terrace on the third floor and the glass body on the fourth floor are for landscape consideration. The fourth floor volume is twisted to provide a

270 degree view of the park and to provide a covered space on the third floor.
