智能化環(huán)保型涂料成套裝備集自動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)進(jìn)料、高速分散、循環(huán)研磨、

槳式攪拌、自動(dòng)過濾、自動(dòng)灌裝、自動(dòng)壓蓋、自動(dòng)調(diào)色、混油及碼垛等整套生

產(chǎn)工藝于一體，還包括實(shí)時(shí)記錄工藝參數(shù)，生成管理報(bào)表等，能保證涂料產(chǎn)品

質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，并提升涂料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等級(jí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了涂料的密閉、連續(xù)、高效、自動(dòng)

1、粉料底部真空進(jìn)料

粉料采用底部真空進(jìn)料方式，進(jìn)料距離短，進(jìn)料速度快，自動(dòng)控制，避

免了由于人工操作不準(zhǔn)確造成的漿料倒流、抽空等現(xiàn)象。吸進(jìn)的粉料被水包

住，不存在粉塵污染和堵塞問題，可實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)吸粉料，2分鐘可吸500kg左右

的粉料，效率高。而傳統(tǒng)的真空吸料，粉料從罐頂吸入，需要25分鐘才能吸

完，并且粉料容易被真空吸走和粘附罐壁，造成物料損耗。

Vacuum Powder Feeding from Bottom

Powder material is sucked from tank bottom by vacuum, with short

feeding distance and fast feeding speed. It is automatic control,

avoiding problems of slurry backflow, evacuation, etc. Powder sucked

into tank will be surrounded by water, without powder pollution and

blockage, realizing continuous powder suction. Two minutes can suck

about 500kg powder. While in traditional vacuum suction, powder is

fed from top of tank, requiring 25 minutes, and powder is easily sucked

away and sticking on the inner wall, wasting materials.

整套設(shè)備中的核心部件是高速分散機(jī)，而高速分散機(jī)的重心是分散盤，所以

分散盤是提高生產(chǎn)效率和質(zhì)量的重中之重。雙層強(qiáng)力分散盤采用耐磨材質(zhì)，具有

高剪切力，高線速度，分散效率是傳統(tǒng)分散盤的幾倍。

Dispersing plate is core of high speed dispersing machine, which is

essential part of the whole production line, so quality and production

efficiency of dispersing plate is priority among priorities. Double-layer

mighty dispersing plate adopts wear-resistant material, having high

shearing force, high speed and high dispersing efficiency, which is many

times of traditional dispersing plate.

3、不帶冷卻水的機(jī)械密封

傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)備是敞口的攪拌罐，采用人工投料方式，粉塵污染大。我公司采用全密封生產(chǎn)方式，真空負(fù)壓

進(jìn)料，在密封容器中安裝高速分散機(jī)，無粉塵污染。高速分散機(jī)采用不帶冷卻水的機(jī)械密封、NSK軸承、彈

性聯(lián)軸器等工藝，品質(zhì)保證，維修方便。

Mechanical Sealing without Cooling Water

Traditional equipment is open type mixing vessel, which adopts manual feeding, with serious dust

population. SDL equipment adopts totally closed production method, vacuum negative pressure

feeding, install high speed dispersing machine within closed containers, with no powder pollution.

High speed dispersing machine adopts mechanical sealing without cooling water, NSK bearing, elastic

coupling, etc., with high quality and convenient maintenance.

4、全封閉人孔

整套設(shè)備要求全封閉、真空負(fù)壓輸送，如果罐體密封不嚴(yán)就會(huì)造成整個(gè)設(shè)備無法使用。人孔中密封硅膠

在操作過程中經(jīng)常接觸物料會(huì)造成密封不嚴(yán)，我司人孔將密封硅膠安在人孔蓋上，避免物料的接觸，使密封

更嚴(yán)密。

Totally Closed Manhole

The whole production line requires total close and vacuum negative pressure conveying. Sealing

gasket at manhole don’t seal well if often contact materials during production, so SDL change the

position of sealing gasket to the cover of manhole, avoiding material contact, making it seal better.

6、雙頭灌裝機(jī)

調(diào)漆罐可生產(chǎn)0%鈦白含量和20%鈦白含量的產(chǎn)品，通過雙頭灌裝

機(jī)，可調(diào)配成不同鈦白含量的產(chǎn)品，灌裝到包裝桶內(nèi)，以滿足不同客戶

需求。

Double Head Filling Machine

Paint mixing tank can produce products with 0% titanium content

and 20% titanium content, and through double head filling machine,

products with other titanium content can be made, meeting different

requirements of customers.

5、刮壁式自動(dòng)過濾器

我司采用的是刮壁式自動(dòng)過濾器，通過高效的機(jī)械清洗方式來自動(dòng)

一、助劑上料

1、助劑儲(chǔ)罐配有液位計(jì)，與計(jì)算機(jī)連接。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)液位低于低液位時(shí)，聲光報(bào)警，提示補(bǔ)料。

2、開啟 2# 真空氣動(dòng)閥門抽真空，再打開 1# 手動(dòng)閥門，將助劑吸入到 A1X 罐內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存。

3、當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)液位達(dá)到上限液位時(shí)，聲光報(bào)警，真空氣動(dòng)閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，人工關(guān)閉手動(dòng)閥門。

二、助劑稱重計(jì)量

對(duì)助劑儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)行加壓，打開稱重罐進(jìn)料閥門，通過計(jì)算機(jī)控制稱重罐內(nèi)重量，達(dá)到設(shè)定重量時(shí)，進(jìn)料氣動(dòng)閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉。

一、乳液上料存儲(chǔ)

乳液由槽罐車運(yùn)輸進(jìn)廠后通過隔膜泵打入乳液儲(chǔ)罐存放。

二、乳液稱重計(jì)量

1、先在計(jì)算機(jī)上設(shè)定好要用的乳液數(shù)量。需要進(jìn)乳液時(shí)，開啟稱重罐進(jìn)料氣動(dòng)閥門，對(duì)應(yīng)的隔膜泵連鎖開啟；將乳液打入稱重罐進(jìn)行稱量；

2、計(jì)算機(jī)控制稱重罐稱重量，當(dāng)重量達(dá)到配方所需量后進(jìn)料氣動(dòng)閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，隔膜泵連鎖關(guān)閉，停止進(jìn)料。

三、乳液進(jìn)料

打開稱重罐出料及生產(chǎn)罐進(jìn)料氣動(dòng)閥門，同時(shí)打開真空閥門，通過真空將已經(jīng)稱量好的乳液吸入生產(chǎn)罐。

Latex Weighing

1. Preset latex amount by computer. When latex is required, open pneumatic feeding valve of weighing tank, and corresponding

2. Computer controls weighing tank, when weight reaching recipe amount, feeding valve will auto close, and corresponding diaphragm

valve will turn off, feeding will stop.

一、反滲透處理

二、清洗用水

1、配方中部分純水可用于清洗液料稱重罐和管道內(nèi)的殘留液料，提高稱重準(zhǔn)確性。

2、預(yù)先設(shè)定用水量，清洗時(shí)開啟進(jìn)水閥及進(jìn)水隔膜泵，純水被打入稱重罐。

3、稱重罐內(nèi)配置自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)清洗球連接進(jìn)水管，水進(jìn)入后向罐壁自動(dòng)噴灑，將殘留液料沖洗掉。

4、開啟相應(yīng)進(jìn)出料閥門及真空閥門，通過真空將殘留液料吸入生產(chǎn)罐。

Tap water is processed by reverse osmosis unit before production, when reaching production standard, it will be made into pure water storage tank.

Cleaning Water

1. Some pure water required in the recipe can be used to clean liquid weighing tank and remains in the pipeline, in order to improve weighing precise.

2. Preset water amount, when cleaning, open water inlet valve and diaphragm pump, and pure water is made into weighing tank.

3. There is auto–rotate cleaning ball in the weighing tank, which connects with water inlet pipe, water will auto spray after entering and clean the remaining liquid.

4. Open corresponding feeding valve, discharging valve and vacuum valve, and suck remaining liquid into production tank through vacuum.

同時(shí)開啟倉頂除塵器。達(dá)到上限料位時(shí)，上料閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉。

二、粉料稱重計(jì)量

1、打開螺旋輸送機(jī)，將預(yù)先設(shè)定好的粉料輸送到稱重罐進(jìn)行稱量。

2、計(jì)算機(jī)控制稱重罐計(jì)量，當(dāng)重量達(dá)到配方所需量后螺旋輸送機(jī)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，停止進(jìn)料。

三、真空吸粉料

It is consist of high-precise double-end filling machine, imported

automatic tinting machine. capping machine and automatic

Filling machine has two filling end, one is for filling of 0% Titanium

content paint, the other is for 20% Titanium. It adopts two level

charging (rough charging and fine charging), which is

controlled by pneumatic valve. Filling speed is 3 bucket/min, if

tinted.
