辦的拍賣活動(dòng)均依據(jù)本圖錄中所附之買家業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則、重要通告、

競(jìng)投登記須知、財(cái)務(wù)付款須知以及可向本公司索取之賣家業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)

則進(jìn)行，參加拍賣活動(dòng)的競(jìng)投人須仔細(xì)閱讀並予以遵守。該等業(yè)

務(wù)規(guī)則及規(guī)定可以公告或口頭通知之方式進(jìn)行修改。

拍賣品之狀況

競(jìng)投人應(yīng)於拍賣前之展覽會(huì)上審看拍賣品，並對(duì)自己的競(jìng)投行為

承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。如欲進(jìn)一步了解拍賣品資料，請(qǐng)向業(yè)務(wù)人員諮

詢。如圖錄中未說明拍賣品之狀況，不表示該拍賣品沒有缺陷或

瑕疵（請(qǐng)參閱載於本圖錄之買家業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則第五條）。

受限制物料

(一)附有 符號(hào)之拍賣品於編制圖錄當(dāng)時(shí)已識(shí)別為含有受限制物

料，而有關(guān)物料可能受到進(jìn)出口之限制。有關(guān)資料為方便競(jìng)投人

查閱，而無附有該符號(hào)並非保證該拍賣品並無進(jìn)出口之限制。由

植物或動(dòng)物材料（如珊瑚、鱷魚、鯨骨、玳瑁、犀牛角及巴西玫

瑰木等）製成或含有植物或動(dòng)物材料之物品，不論其年份或價(jià)

值，均可能須申領(lǐng)許可證或證書方可出口至香港境外，且由香港

境外國家進(jìn)口時(shí)可能須申領(lǐng)其他許可證或證書。務(wù)請(qǐng)注意，能取

得出口許可證或證書並不能確?？稍诹硪粐胰〉眠M(jìn)口許可證或

證書，反之亦然。競(jìng)投人應(yīng)向相關(guān)政府查核有關(guān)野生動(dòng)物植物進(jìn)

口之規(guī)定後再參與競(jìng)投。買家須負(fù)責(zé)取得任何出口或進(jìn)口許可證/

或證書，以及任何其他所需文件（請(qǐng)參閱載於本圖錄之買家業(yè)務(wù)

規(guī)則第三十條）。

(二)香港法例第586章《保護(hù)瀕危動(dòng)植物物種條例》已於2018年6月

8日作出相應(yīng)的立法修訂，以履行2016年《瀕危野生動(dòng)植物種國際貿(mào)

易公約》修訂中對(duì)黃檀屬所有種的規(guī)定。修訂列明的新物種包括黃檀

屬所有種將受許可證管制。新管制措施將於2018年11月1日生效，

該條例規(guī)定，凡進(jìn)口、從公海引進(jìn)、出口、再出口或管有列明物種的

標(biāo)本或衍生物，均須事先申領(lǐng)漁農(nóng)自然護(hù)理署發(fā)出的許可證。

(三)《2018年保護(hù)瀕危動(dòng)植物物種（修訂）條例》已於2018年1月

30日通過，旨在加強(qiáng)管制進(jìn)口及再出口象牙及象狩獵品。禁止進(jìn)口

及再出口象狩獵品及《公約》前象牙及《公約》後象牙（古董象牙除

外）的規(guī)定已經(jīng)實(shí)施。在領(lǐng)有許可證情況下，為商業(yè)目的而管有的

《公約》前象牙及《公約》後象牙可進(jìn)行本地貿(mào)易。為了保護(hù)文物，

古董象牙（指1925年7月1日前發(fā)生《修訂條例》規(guī)定情況的象牙）

可獲豁免。但進(jìn)口及再出口古董象牙需領(lǐng)有進(jìn)出口許可證及《公約》

前證明書。自2021年12月31日起，禁止為商業(yè)目的管有任何象牙，

包括《公約》前象牙及《公約》後象牙（古董象牙除外）。

電器及機(jī)械貨品

所有電器及機(jī)械貨品只按其裝飾價(jià)值出售，不應(yīng)假設(shè)其可運(yùn)作。

電器在作任何用途前必須經(jīng)合格電器技師檢驗(yàn)和批核。

本公司買家業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則、賣家業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則、載於圖錄或由拍賣官公佈

或於拍賣會(huì)場(chǎng)以通告形式提供之所有其他條款、條件、通知、表

格等文件以及本圖錄中拍賣品之描述，均以中文文本為準(zhǔn)，英文

文本僅為參考文本。

版權(quán)

本公司已盡一切合理努力查找、聯(lián)繫和確認(rèn)版權(quán)擁有者。如本圖

The auction to be held by China Guardian (Hong Kong) Auctions Co.,

Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will be conducted in

accordance with the Conditions of Sale, Important Notice, Important

Notice about Bidding Registration, and the Important Notice about

Payment contained in this Catalogue as well as the Conditions of Business

for Sellers which are available from the Company, and Bidders wishing

to participate in the auction must carefully read and comply therewith.

Such Conditions and rules may be revised by way of an announcement

or verbal notifi cation.

Condition of the Auction Properties

The Bidder should view the Auction Properties at the pre-auction

exhibition, and will be legally liable for his or her bidding. For more

information on the Auction Properties, please consult our business staff .

The absence of a description of the condition of an Auction Property in

the Catalogue does not mean that the Auction Property is free of fl aws

or defects (please refer to Article 5 of the Conditions of Sale contained

in this Catalogue).

Restricted materials

(1) Auction Properties marked with a symbol were identified as

containing restricted materials at the time of compiling the Catalogue,

and the relevant materials may be subject to import and export

restrictions. The relevant information is provided for the convenience

of Bidders, and the absence of such a symbol on an Auction Property

does not ensure that it is not subject to import and export restrictions.

For items made of or containing botanical or animal materials (coral,

crocodile, whale bone, tortoise shell, rhinoceros horn and Brazilian

Rosewood, etc.), regardless of their year or value, may require

application for permits or certifi cates before exportation outside Hong

Kong, and application for other permits or certifi cates may be required

when importing into countries outside Hong Kong. Please note that

the securing of an export permit or certifi cate does not ensure that an

import permit or certifi cate can be secured in another country, and vice

versa. The Bidder should enquire about the regulations for the import

of wild fl ora and fauna to the relevant government before participating

in an auction. Buyers are responsible for obtaining any export or import

permits/certifi cates and any other documents required (please refer to

Article 30 of the Conditions of Sale contained in this Catalogue).

(2) The corresponding legislative amendments have been made to the

Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance,

Cap. 586 (“the Ordinance”) in Hong Kong on 8 June 2018, concerning

the amendments to Appendices of the Convention on International

Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (“the CITES”)

which has been adopted in 2016. The newly scheduled species

include Dalbergia Species will be subject to licensing control. The new

controls will become effective on 1 November 2018. According to

the Ordinance, unless exempted or otherwise specified, the import,

introduction from sea, export, re-export or possession of endangered

species or its derivatives, requires a license issued by Agriculture,

Fisheries and Conservation Department.

(3) The Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants

(Amendment) Ordinance 2018 (“Ordinance”) was enacted on 30 January

2018, which aims to enhance regulation on import and re-export of

elephant ivory and elephant hunting trophies. New control measures banned

the import and re-export of all elephant hunting trophies and pre-Convention

ivory and post-Convention ivory items. The commercial possession of

pre-Convention ivory and post-Convention ivory items are allowed to

conduct local trading, which subject to licensing control. As a measure

to protect culture relics, the trade in antique ivory (ivory that occurred

before 1 July 1925 with the circumstances as prescribed by the

Ordinance) will continue to be allowed. Import and re-export of antique

ivory require a License to Import/ Re-export and a Pre-Convention

Certifi cate. The possession for commercial purpose of all ivory (save for

antique ivory) including pre-Convention ivory and post- Convention ivory

will be prohibited from 31 December 2021.

Electrical appliances and mechanical goods

All electrical appliances and mechanical goods are sold as is, and

should not be assumed to be in working order. Before use, electrical

appliances must be inspected and approved by a qualifi ed electrical

technician.

Language

The Chinese versions of the Conditions of Business for Buyers, Conditions

of Business for Sellers, and all other documents such as the terms,

conditions, notices, forms, etc. contained in the Catalogue, announced

by the Auctioneer or provided in the auction venue, as well as of the

descriptions of the Auction Properties in this Catalogue shall prevail, and

the English versions are for reference only.

Every reasonable effort has been made to locate, contact and

acknowledge copyright owners. If any proper acknowledgement has

not been included here, copyright owners are encouraged to notify the

Company. The Company also welcomes any information that clarifi es

the copyright ownership of any material displayed.

The copyrights in this Catalogue vest in the Company. Without the

written permission of the Company, no part of this Catalogue may be

競(jìng)投登記須知

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT BIDDING REGISTRATION

一、閣下參與競(jìng)投登記時(shí)須填寫競(jìng)投人登記表格並提供有關(guān)身份

證明文件，繳納保證金，以辦理登記手續(xù)。

二、競(jìng)投登記時(shí)須提供之文件：

1、個(gè)人：政府發(fā)出附有照片的身份證明文件（如居民身份證

或護(hù)照），及現(xiàn)時(shí)住址證明（如身份證明文件未有顯示現(xiàn)

時(shí)住址），如公用事業(yè)賬單或銀行月結(jié)單。

2、公司客戶：公司註冊(cè)證書以及股東證明文件。

3、代理人：代理人的身份證明文件，代理人代表的競(jìng)投人士

/單位之身份證明文件，以及該人士/單位簽發(fā)的授權(quán)書正

本。敬請(qǐng)注意，中國嘉德（香港）國際拍賣有限公司不接

受第三方付款，此規(guī)定亦適用於代理人。如閣下代表他人

參與競(jìng)投，中國嘉德（香港）國際拍賣有限公司僅接受委

託人之付款。

4、新客戶以及未在中國嘉德國際拍賣有限公司集團(tuán)投得拍賣

品的客戶，須提供銀行發(fā)出之信用證明。建議首次參與競(jìng)

投的新客戶於拍賣會(huì)前至少24小時(shí)辦理登記，以便有充足

的時(shí)間處理登記資料。

三、本場(chǎng)拍賣會(huì)保證金為港幣伍拾萬元，如閣下是首次參與競(jìng)

投，或曾在本公司拍賣會(huì)辦理過競(jìng)投登記手續(xù)，但尚未成功

競(jìng)投者，保證金為港幣一百萬元。（中國嘉德國際拍賣有限

公司自2012年5月1日實(shí)施“嘉德註冊(cè)客戶計(jì)劃”，此計(jì)劃同

樣適用於本場(chǎng)拍賣會(huì)。）閣下亦可透過本公司認(rèn)可的同步代

拍服務(wù)參與競(jìng)投，並按指示繳納保證金。

四、所有保證金必須以電匯或信用卡/銀聯(lián)卡以港幣付款（閣下必

須親自使用您名下的信用卡/銀聯(lián)卡）。

如閣下未能投得任何拍賣品，中國嘉德（香港）國際拍賣有

限公司將安排在拍賣結(jié)束後十四個(gè)工作日內(nèi)退回閣下已付的

保證金（不包含利息）。中國嘉德（香港）國際拍賣有限公

司可用保證金抵銷閣下在中國嘉德國際拍賣有限公司集團(tuán)的

任何欠款。任何涉及退款的兌換交易損失或費(fèi)用，將由閣下

承擔(dān)。

五、本公司有權(quán)要求競(jìng)投人提供財(cái)務(wù)狀況證明、擔(dān)保、存款證明

及/或本公司可絕對(duì)酌情要求競(jìng)投人為其有意競(jìng)投的拍賣品提

供的其他抵押。本公司保留調(diào)查競(jìng)投人資金來源的權(quán)利。

Ⅰ. When you register to bid, you must fi ll in a Bidder Registration

Form, provide the relevant identity document, and pay a

deposit in order to carry out the registration formalities.

Ⅱ. Documents that must be provided at the time of bidding

registration:

(1) Individuals: identity document with photo issued by the

government (such as a resident identity card or passport)

and proof of current address (if the current address is not

shown on the identity document), e.g. utility bill or bank

statement.

(2) Corporate clients: a certifi cate of incorporation and proof of

shareholding.

(3) Agent: identity document of the agent, identity document of

the Bidder represented by the agent, and the original of the

letter of authorization issued by the Bidder. Please note that

China Guardian (Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. does not

accept payment from third parties, and this also applies to

agents. If you bid on the behalf of another, China Guardian

(Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. will only accept payment

from the principal.

(4) New clients and clients who have yet to successfully bid

on an Auction Property under the auspices of the China

Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd. group must provide a proof of

creditworthiness issued by a bank. We would recommend

that new clients who are to bid for the fi rst time register at

least 24 hours before the auction so as to allow suffi cient

time for processing of the registration materials.

Ⅲ. Deposit for this auction is HKD500,000. If you are our new

client or you have not won the bid in the past, the deposit

is HKD1,000,000. (China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd.

implemented the “Guardian Registered Client Programme” on

May 1st, 2012. The programme is applicable to this auction.)

You can also attend the auction through Live Auction Platform

authorized by the Company and pay deposit as require.

Ⅳ. All deposits must be paid in HK dollars by electronic transfer

or credit card/UnionPay Card (you must yourself use the credit

card/UnionPay Card issued in your name).

If you fail to successfully bid on any Auction Property, China

Guardian (Hong Kong) Auctions Co., Ltd. will arrange to

refund your deposit (without interest) within 14 working days

after conclusion of the auction. China Guardian (Hong Kong)

Auctions Co., Ltd. may use the deposit to off set any amounts

that you may have outstanding with the China Guardian

Auctions Co., Ltd. group. Any losses or charges relating to

conversion of the refund will be borne by you.

Ⅴ. The Company has the right to require the Bidder to provide

proof of his or her fi nancial standing, security, proof of bank

deposit and/or other collateral that the Company may, at

its absolute discretion, require the Bidder to provide for

the Auction Property that he or she intends to bid for. The

Company reserves the right to check the source of the Bidder’s

funds.

財(cái)務(wù)付款須知

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT PAYMENT

一、拍賣成交後，買家應(yīng)支付落槌價(jià)﹑傭金以及任何買家之費(fèi)

用。拍賣成交日起七日內(nèi)，買家應(yīng)向本公司付清購買價(jià)款

並提取拍賣品。

Ⅰ. After a successful bid, the Buyer shall pay the Hammer Price, Buyer’s

Commission and any Buyer’s Expenses. The Buyer shall pay the

purchase price to the Company in full and collect the Auction Property

within 7 days from the Sale Date.

二、自拍賣成交日起的第三十一日起，買家須為本次拍賣會(huì)未

領(lǐng)取的拍賣品支付儲(chǔ)存費(fèi)，每件每月港幣800元。儲(chǔ)存不

足一個(gè)月者，亦須繳付整月儲(chǔ)存費(fèi)。儲(chǔ)存費(fèi)不包括其他額

外費(fèi)用，如保險(xiǎn)和運(yùn)輸費(fèi)，其他額外費(fèi)用將會(huì)另行收取。

三、本公司接受以下幾種付款方式：

電匯 付款方式可以以電匯的方式直接轉(zhuǎn)入本公司的銀行賬戶。

須受有關(guān)條件與條款約束。

支票 本公司接受以香港銀行港元開出之個(gè)人支票與公司

支票及銀行本票，但請(qǐng)留意買家須於支票或銀行本票承兌

後方可提取拍賣品。本公司不接受旅行支票付款。

現(xiàn)金 如以現(xiàn)金繳付款項(xiàng)，則可立即提取拍賣品。惟本公

司恕不接受以一筆或多次付款形式用現(xiàn)金支付超過港幣

80,000元或同等價(jià)值外幣之款項(xiàng)。

四、所有價(jià)款應(yīng)以港幣支付。如買家以港幣以外的其他貨幣支

付，應(yīng)按買家與本公司約定的匯價(jià)折算或按照香港匯豐銀

行於買家付款日前一工作日公佈的港幣與該貨幣的匯價(jià)折

算，並以本公司所發(fā)出之單據(jù)上所列之匯率為準(zhǔn)。本公司

為將買家所支付之該種外幣兌換成港幣所引致之所有銀行

手續(xù)費(fèi)、傭金或其他費(fèi)用，均由買家承擔(dān)。

五、本公司將向競(jìng)投人登記表格上的姓名及地址發(fā)出售出拍賣

品的賬單，且登記的姓名及地址不得轉(zhuǎn)移。

六、本公司不接受除買家外的任何第三方付款。此項(xiàng)規(guī)定亦適用於

代理人。如代理人代表他人參與競(jìng)投，僅接受委託人的付款。

除接受買家付款外，本公司保留拒收其他來源付款的權(quán)利。

每件拍品落槌價(jià)適用傭金比率之級(jí)距 傭金比率

Ⅱ. Where an Auction Property has not been collected, the Buyer must pay

a storage Fee at the rate of HKD800 per lot per month starting from the

31st day following the Sale Date. For any period of storage of less than

one month, the Storage Fee for a whole month must nevertheless be

paid. The Storage Fee does not include other additional charges, such

as insurance and freight, which shall be charged separately.

Ⅲ. The Company accepts the following payment methods:

transfer, with the payment transferred directly into the Company’s bank

Credit Card/UnionPay Card: if the Buyer opts to pay the purchase

price by credit card or UnionPay Card, he or she shall be required to

bear the bank service charges in an amount equivalent to a certain

percentage of the payment in accordance with the bank’s regulations,

and the Buyer must carry out the payment by presenting himself or

herself in person at the Company with the card. The Company accepts

payments by credit card up to a maximum of HKD1,000,000 per

auction sale, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Cheque: the Company accepts personal and company cheques and

cashier order drawn in HK dollars in Hong Kong banks, but please

keep in mind that the Auction Property may be collected only after such

a cheque or cashier order has been cleared. The Company does not

accept payment by traveller’s cheque.

Cash: if payment is made in cash, the Auction Property may be

collected immediately. However, the Company does not accept sums

exceeding HKD80,000 (or an equivalent amount in foreign currency)

paid in cash either in a single or multiple installments.

Ⅳ. All payments shall be made in Hong Kong Dollars. If the Buyer makes

payment in a currency other than the Hong Kong Dollar, the conversion

shall be made at the rate agreed between the Buyer and the Company

or at the exchange rate between the Hong Kong Dollar and the currency

in question posted by The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation

Ltd. on the working day preceding the date of payment by the Buyer,

and the exchange rate indicated on the document issued by the

Company will prevail. All of the bank service charges, commissions and

other charges incurred by the Company in converting the currency paid

by the Buyer into Hong Kong dollars shall be borne by the Buyer.

Ⅴ. The Company will send an invoice for the sold Auction Property in the

name and to the address indicated on the Bidder Registration Form, and

the registered name and address may not be transferred.

Ⅵ. The Company does not accept payment from any third party other than

the Buyer. This provision applies to agents as well. If an agent bids on

the behalf of another, we will only accept payment from the principal. In

addition to accepting payment from the Buyer, the Company reserves

the right to refuse payment from other sources.

本期「應(yīng)物希古」呈現(xiàn)中國古代陶瓷三十二件套，大都徵集自日本、臺(tái)灣、香港等國家

或地區(qū)，為藏家或古董商早年入藏或經(jīng)手。其中不乏海內(nèi)外知名收藏機(jī)構(gòu)、團(tuán)體及名家遞藏，

如臺(tái)灣鴻禧美術(shù)館、香港求知雅集、史蒂芬 ? 瓊肯三世、徐展堂、沐文堂、北美十面靈壁山

居等。也有著名古董商的經(jīng)手記錄，如埃斯卡納齊（Eskenazi）、藍(lán)理捷（J.J. Lally）、壺中居

（Kochukyo）、拉爾夫 ? 查特藝?yán)龋≧alph M. Chait Galleries）、傅蘭寇藝?yán)龋‥&J Frankel）等。

本次專場(chǎng)，特別選取十件套北宋至金代的定窯瓷器，與大家分享。按考古發(fā)掘獲得的資料，

定窯燒造白瓷始於唐代，北宋至金達(dá)到繁盛。其產(chǎn)量與傳世量，裝飾題材的豐富與技法的精湛，

都是其他幾大名窯所不能企及的。

在此圍繞「定州花瓷」，介紹個(gè)中幾件。

定窯劃花，多以細(xì)挺的直刀線條搭配寬斜的刀法，有的還以齒狀、篦狀工具表現(xiàn)紋飾細(xì)節(jié)，

工匠運(yùn)刀如筆，行雲(yún)流水，一氣呵成。LOT 1154「北宋定窯白釉刻劃牡丹紋葵口碗」，以直刀

雕刻紋飾線條輪廓，以齒狀曲線修飾花葉邊緣，以篦劃紋表現(xiàn)花葉脈絡(luò)，多種技法靈活轉(zhuǎn)換，

爐火純青。LOT 1156「北宋定窯白釉刻劃萱草紋蓋盒」，簡(jiǎn)單數(shù)刀就勾勒出花形，運(yùn)刀如運(yùn)筆

染墨，流暢如畫。

定窯印花，獨(dú)佔(zhàn)鰲頭。LOT 1160 和 1161，一碗一盤，皆取材「蓮池小景」。內(nèi)底圓形下

凹模印水波雙游魚，口沿一圈回紋，內(nèi)壁紋飾稍異，前者為蓮荷等水生植物，後者除此之外

加飾兩組遊鴨，且空隙處皆為細(xì)密的渦形水波紋，線條疏密一致，充滿律動(dòng)感。二者印紋格

外清晰，精美絕倫，裝飾意味強(qiáng)，又安排有致，繁而不亂，體現(xiàn)出定窯繁盛期爐火純青的印

花技藝。此類印花繁密的定窯瓷，要整件器物紋飾完美無瑕並非易事，對(duì)工匠拍模、脫模手

法要求極高，即使同樣的模具，同一個(gè)工匠，手法、力道不一，也難達(dá)成。另外，這兩件印

花定窯都保存原裝銅扣，襯以牙白色釉水和精美的紋飾，更顯典雅高貴。

定州花瓷，以其「花」與「白」獨(dú)步天下，它柔和悅目，溫潤(rùn)恬靜，含蓄雅緻，變化萬千。

西晉．越窯青釉獸面雙繫盤口壺

拍品形制與故宮博物院藏品幾近相同（參見《故宮博物院藏文物珍品

大系——晉唐瓷器》，頁14，圖11），乃西晉青瓷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器，器風(fēng)古拙

自然，具有很高的歷史及學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。西晉對(duì)江南的統(tǒng)治雖只有短短的

三十六年，但瓷業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速。以越窯為例，在上虞一地就發(fā)現(xiàn)西

晉時(shí)期的瓷窯遺址一百二十餘座，比三國時(shí)期猛增了三倍。

此壺盤口，短頸，豐肩，斂腹，平底。外口兩道凹弦紋，肩上模印網(wǎng)

格紋一周，上下各戳印圓形朵花紋一周，每條紋飾帶之間以陰刻弦紋

相隔。三國兩晉時(shí)期，瓷器上裝飾網(wǎng)紋者較多，係繼承陶器裝飾之

故。早在新石器時(shí)代仰韶文化的陶器上，網(wǎng)紋就十分流行。壺的肩部

前後面對(duì)稱貼塑銜環(huán)獸面一對(duì)，左右兩側(cè)各立一橋形繫，繫面上模印

幾何紋飾。外壁施釉至下腹，控釉技術(shù)高，釉色明凈。

舊配日本松木雙層套盒，內(nèi)附紫色棉袱包裹器身。木盒外壁附墨書紙

箋，內(nèi)層盒書「古越磁獸環(huán)雙耳壺」，外層盒書「重要美術(shù)品」「古

越磁獸環(huán)雙耳壺」。整體包裝風(fēng)格極近繭山龍泉堂雅蓄者。

六朝．岳州窯青釉蓮瓣五管燭臺(tái)

岳州窯位於湘江下游的湘陰縣境內(nèi)，六朝時(shí)期亦是岳州窯青瓷燒製的

第一個(gè)高峰，其青瓷產(chǎn)品器型豐富，質(zhì)量上乘，且部分產(chǎn)品曾供宮廷

或官府使用，其窯址曾發(fā)現(xiàn)一件六朝時(shí)期的壓印「太官」款的殘片，

可作例證。

本品施淡青釉，釉面光潔，釉色勻淨(jìng)透明，透出釉下的細(xì)碎開片。

底足露胎，胎體緻密，呈淺灰色，留有墨書痕跡「陳□」。再看其

造型，兩頭寬，中間窄，比例均衡且協(xié)調(diào)，上方作五燭管，排布呈十

字型，甚為特殊。中間以竹節(jié)紋圓柱相連接。下方作覆蓮座，蓮瓣飽

滿，瓣尖外翹，生機(jī)盎然。覆蓮座具有典型的時(shí)代特徵，漢代燈具甚

少裝飾蓮紋，至六朝佛教流行，蓮紋作為佛教藝術(shù)的一部分，逐漸成

為六朝器物中的常見裝飾，廣泛出現(xiàn)在多種工藝美術(shù)作品上。

整器造型挺拔精妙，融合了異域色彩，釉色青綠猶翠，裝飾巧致端

莊，裝點(diǎn)著魏晉士人的清雅日常。

目前查閱公私館藏資料，僅有數(shù)件蓮瓣底座五管狀燭臺(tái)，均為橫排並

列，與此件相類者尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)，應(yīng)屬存世孤例，足見珍罕。

隋．鞏縣窯白釉辟雍硯

隋代白瓷以河南鞏義窯及河北邢窯的燒製技術(shù)最為先進(jìn)，其堅(jiān)實(shí)細(xì)膩

的胎體，潔白純淨(jìng)的釉色，極簡(jiǎn)的造型，在中國古代陶瓷中獨(dú)樹一

幟。

本品作圓形硯臺(tái)，硯面稍鼓，外沿有一圈凹槽，用以承存墨汁。硯底

圈足上設(shè)多個(gè)熊獸形足作裝飾，獨(dú)具匠心。胎質(zhì)潔白細(xì)膩，除硯面外

皆施白釉，釉色光潔瑩潤(rùn)，積釉處微泛青，有開片。

辟雍硯的造型靈感源於辟雍。辟雍本為周天子為教育貴族子弟設(shè)立的

大學(xué)，校址圓形，圍以水池，前門外有便橋。東漢以後，歷代皆有辟

雍，作為尊儒學(xué)、行典禮的場(chǎng)所。後世陶瓷工匠，極盡巧思，模仿辟

雍而設(shè)計(jì)出的辟雍硯，典雅而富內(nèi)涵，南北朝至隋唐時(shí)期十分流行。

尺寸不一，大小皆有，但如本品精巧者所見不多。

波士頓美術(shù)館藏一幅傳北齊楊子華作《北齊校書圖》，畫面中心一位

坐在榻上的士大夫手執(zhí)筆，旁側(cè)則置一辟雍硯，作為一種文人貴族身

份的象徵。

唐．鞏縣窯白釉大蓋盒

唐代陶瓷盒具的生產(chǎn)與使用十分盛行，傳世數(shù)量也頗為豐富。鞏縣

窯、耀州窯、越窯、長(zhǎng)沙窯等皆有生產(chǎn)，但製作水準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量最高

者還推鞏縣。

本品製作精細(xì)，盒體扁圓狀，體量大，不尋常，形制規(guī)矩之至。盒身

與盒蓋子母口扣合，嚴(yán)絲合縫。蓋及底慢拱隆起，中間趨平。盒底澀

胎，其餘滿釉，盒內(nèi)亦施釉。通體光素?zé)o紋，全憑瑩潤(rùn)的釉質(zhì)與簡(jiǎn)約

大氣的造型取勝，宛如一輪皎潔明月，貴氣難掩。

唐代瓷盒大都較小，可裝脂粉、香料、藥材等。如本品這般直徑逾

十五公分者罕見。陝西何家村唐代窖藏品中見有此般體量之銀盒數(shù)

件，按其盒身墨書及實(shí)物，盛裝有「次光明砂」、「光明紫砂」、

「紅光丹砂」、「大粒光明砂」、「光明碎紅砂」等。這些丹砂既是

煉製丹藥的原材料，也是上乘的藥材。由此可推本品功用之可能。但

古人一器多用的現(xiàn)象十分普遍。另還有說鏡盒者。

唐．邢窯「盈」字款白釉玉璧底碗

本品屬邢窯白瓷中的細(xì)白瓷，敞口，淺弧腹，底承玉璧狀寬矮圈足，

十分規(guī)整。足心陰刻「盈」字款。胎骨堅(jiān)實(shí)緻密，瓷化程度較高，叩

之作金石聲。除足底，內(nèi)外滿釉，包含足心，釉薄均勻，釉色瑩潤(rùn)。

玉璧底碗始見於唐，為中晚唐至五代時(shí)期經(jīng)典器形，其以底足形同玉

璧而得名，時(shí)南北方瓷窯均有燒造，邢窯、定窯、耀州窯、越窯等皆

有實(shí)物或標(biāo)本傳世。其中邢窯、越窯者皆為陸羽《茶經(jīng)》所載，可見

當(dāng)時(shí)就備受推崇。拍品式樣的「盈」字款者，除邢窯窯址外，在西安

地區(qū)的唐大明宮、西明寺、青龍寺等皇家官府遺址皆有標(biāo)本發(fā)現(xiàn)，可

證其品級(jí)。

對(duì)於邢窯中帶「盈」、「大盈」、「翰林」、「官」等款識(shí)器物的解

讀，目前學(xué)術(shù)界普遍認(rèn)為是官府定燒器，或與唐代大盈庫有關(guān)。唐代

「大盈庫」見於文獻(xiàn)記載，稱「百寶大盈庫」，簡(jiǎn)稱「大盈庫」，屬

皇帝直接支取的「私庫」，庫中之物的取用取決於皇帝旨意，而且多

以宦官主領(lǐng)其事。庫中之物的去向，一為賞賜，二是用於緊急國情下

的支出。

唐至五代．白釉刻劃模印貼花長(zhǎng)方枕

枕作長(zhǎng)方體，體量適中，具晚唐五代時(shí)期瓷枕風(fēng)格。胎質(zhì)精白，釉色

純淨(jìng)瑩潤(rùn)，色澤幽雅雋永，予人以清水出芙蓉之感。此枕獨(dú)特之處在

於裝飾風(fēng)格，其以金銀器裝飾風(fēng)格為靈感，枕面以淺劃線作菱形開光

四葉花紋，取法於鏨刻，線條灑脫流暢。四壁略呈梯形，中間平凹，

四邊高起形成開光，內(nèi)模印貼塑菱形花片，或三個(gè)一組，或單個(gè)成

畫?；ㄆ夏Ｓ〕黾y飾，四邊圍以聯(lián)珠紋，粒?？梢?，中間為四瓣花

葉紋，整體藝意匠可追金銀器之錘揲，紋飾風(fēng)格傳統(tǒng)與異域相交融。

相似裝飾手法的器物可參見陝西歷史博物館藏唐乾封二年白釉堆花高

足缽（參見《千年邢窯》，文物出版社，2011年，頁57）。

邢窯瓷枕歷來罕見，可參考一例中國國家博物館藏品（參見《中國

陶瓷全集?6?唐五代》，上海人民美術(shù)出版社，2002年，頁171，圖

182），枕面細(xì)線刻劃牡丹紋，四壁有凹框但無貼花；另有一例山西

省長(zhǎng)治市博物館藏「盈」字款白釉素身枕（參見《千年邢窯》，文物

出版社，2011年，頁97），其餘未見。如本品這般胎釉精製、工藝

精湛、風(fēng)格獨(dú)具者，尚未見他例，堪為一件古代陶瓷枕珍品，值得藏

納。

唐．鞏縣窯黃綠彩單柄杯

拍品尺寸精巧，造型源自粟特金銀把杯。敞口外撇，折肩，圓腹，圜

底，杯身一側(cè)塑環(huán)狀柄。外施黃釉，內(nèi)施綠釉，二色濃豔，對(duì)比鮮

明。值得注意的是，腹部?jī)芍芟壹y、把手的稜邊等細(xì)節(jié)，處理精道，

圓中帶方，富於變化，成其特色。

小杯精緻，盈手可握，配以晶瑩明豔的黃綠二色，俏皮可愛，是一件

難得的唐代三彩小品。

唐．鞏縣窯綠釉折腹大碗

本品為唐代碗式經(jīng)典造型，源自金銀器，可參考陝西何家村窖藏?cái)?shù)例

素面折腹金碗，時(shí)代風(fēng)格鮮明。碗型端正，氣韻雍容。唇口外撇，深

弧腹，腹中凸起弦紋一道，是為折腹。下承圈足，足際外侈。外壁施

瓜皮綠釉，青翠朗潤(rùn)。內(nèi)裡施淡黃釉，口沿見細(xì)碎開片。

陝西歷史博物館收藏一例綠色滿釉折腰大碗（參見《中國陶瓷全

集?5?隋唐》，上海人民美術(shù)出版社，2000年，頁208，圖226），

可作比較。

唐．鞏縣窯白釉藍(lán)斑蓋罐

此式蓋罐為唐代經(jīng)典造型，也稱「萬年罐」，流行於盛唐至中唐時(shí)

期。唇口外翻，短束頸，豐肩，陰刻弦紋兩周，鼓腹向下漸斂出平

底。上置原裝蓋，寬平沿，蓋面隆起，蓋頂置寶珠鈕，精神備至。蓋

罐施釉下不及底，上延伸至內(nèi)口沿。乳白色底釉上加施藍(lán)彩，或成斑

塊，或成條帶，垂淌自然，灑脫天成。唐三彩器一般多使用黃、綠、

白、褐色裝飾，加藍(lán)彩者稀少而名貴。且據(jù)考古發(fā)現(xiàn)，加藍(lán)彩者大多

出自兩京地區(qū)，可知等級(jí)不凡。

本品造型渾圓飽滿，端莊豐盈，雖無華麗裝飾，大唐氣度難掩。原蓋

一併保存，極為不易。

遼．黃褐釉注子與注碗一套

注子、注碗是中國古代一種配套使用的高規(guī)格酒具，它由唐代的注子

發(fā)展而來，瓷質(zhì)較多，也見金、銀、銅、玉質(zhì)等，在五代、遼、宋時(shí)

期的上層社會(huì)十分流行，這在繪畫、壁畫中都得到了印證。如五代南

唐顧閎中的《韓熙載夜宴圖》、河北宣化遼代壁畫等，畫面中皆出現(xiàn)

了注子注碗。使用時(shí)，把盛有酒的注子放在注碗內(nèi)，再在注碗內(nèi)加熱

水，便能有溫酒作用，故今人也稱其注子溫碗，但宋代文獻(xiàn)只見「注

子注碗」這一名詞。

拍品為注子、注碗一套，注子形制還是五代至北宋時(shí)期所流行的中原

執(zhí)壺式樣，管狀口，寬折肩，圓鼓腹，寬淺圈足。左側(cè)出細(xì)彎流，右

側(cè)置帶狀曲柄。流的根部、曲柄上貼塑三圈紋飾，其上戳印，仿皮

革。上置塔式蓋，一側(cè)打雙孔。注碗直壁斜收，內(nèi)外滿釉，內(nèi)底三個(gè)

支釘痕。注子、注碗是為原裝，造型規(guī)整，施釉近底，釉光滋潤(rùn)。低

溫釉不易保存，剝釉乃正?，F(xiàn)象，此套注壺注碗保存完好，十分不

易。

遼．黃褐釉鳳首瓶

拍品式樣者乃遼瓷中極具地域和民族特色的產(chǎn)品，黃釉、綠釉、白

釉者皆見。本品五曲花瓣形杯式口，細(xì)長(zhǎng)頸，其上刻劃八道規(guī)整的

弦紋，圓肩長(zhǎng)腹，近底內(nèi)斂出圈足，足壁外展?？凇㈩i相接處，以貼

塑、刻劃、戳印等工藝展現(xiàn)鳳首，其口、眼、眉、鼻、耳、頸、尾、

羽毛等皆現(xiàn)，其上花式杯口似鳳冠，整觀此瓶，宛若一只斂翅佇立的

鳳鳥，亭亭玉立。粉紅色陶胎，細(xì)膩緻密，其上罩乳白色化妝土，之

後滿施黃釉至足脛，截釉線整齊，施釉工藝考究。釉質(zhì)勻淨(jìng)薄透，色

偏棕紅，鮮亮明麗，釉面滿布細(xì)小開片。綜上，本品在造型、施釉、

裝飾技法等方面，皆為同類器中的佼佼者，又品相完整，殊為難得。

對(duì)於此類鳳首瓶的定名早已約定俗成，但細(xì)緻觀察比對(duì)後，鳳首造型

並不完全相同，有研究者專門撰文論述（參見王冬冬《遼代鳳首瓶

〈壺〉定名辨析——以朝陽博物館館藏文物為例》，載於《遼金曆史

與考古（第八輯）》，科學(xué)出版社，2017年10月，頁288-292），認(rèn)

為拍品式樣者，嘴尖下勾，雙目鼓突，形象特徵更似鷹首而非鳳首，

其威風(fēng)凜凜，驍勇兇悍，而非鳳所代表的吉瑞祥和之氣。在有遼一代

的契丹文化中，鷹的形象屢見不鮮，如海東青，它們更是契丹人心中

崇拜的生靈，在此是為一說，值得探討。

五代至北宋．定窯「官」字款白釉盤口瓶

拍品器形簡(jiǎn)約，體量不凡。上出盤口，下接細(xì)長(zhǎng)頸。長(zhǎng)鼓腹，斂收出

圈足。各部分比例勻稱，挺拔優(yōu)雅。通體無花紋，僅肩部幾道弦紋為

飾。除足底外，滿罩釉，釉色純凈光潤(rùn)，澀胎處可見胎質(zhì)堅(jiān)細(xì)縝密，

瓷化程度高。足底近釉處可見輕微的粘砂，這也是早期定窯的特徵之

一。足內(nèi)陰刻「官」字，表明器用屬性。

據(jù)故宮博物院呂成龍先生《定窯瓷器研究綜述》（參見《定窯瓷

器》，故宮出版社，2016年，頁8-18）一文，署「官」及「新官」

的白瓷「基本上都是定窯產(chǎn)品……可能有極少量邢窯產(chǎn)品」。他還提

到，「官」、「新官」款是標(biāo)誌，署有這類款的瓷器，應(yīng)是官方認(rèn)可

的、達(dá)到一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、可供宮廷或官府使用的瓷器。他在文中還提

到，「以往出版物中，有不少明顯是定窯燒造的白瓷卻被定為遼代瓷

窯產(chǎn)品」。在他列舉的幾例誤判中，就有一例遼寧省博物館藏的拍品

式樣的同類器，被認(rèn)為是「內(nèi)蒙古赤峰缸瓦窯」燒造。這些都有待更

正。

相似者可見幾例海內(nèi)外館藏，遼寧省博（參見馮永謙《遼寧省建平、

新民的三座遼墓》，載於《考古》1960年第2期，頁20，圖五:3，圖

版3:2）、美國波士頓美術(shù)博物館、納爾遜博物館（參見《世界陶瓷全

集?12?宋》，日本小學(xué)館，1976年，圖版1；頁57，插圖22）等。市

場(chǎng)上也見有兩例，先後於香港佳士1992年9月29日、1995年4月30日

拍賣，前者當(dāng)時(shí)售價(jià)達(dá)374萬港元。

北宋．定窯白釉刻蓮瓣紋蓋罐

本品樣式的蓋罐，於北宋早期流行，且級(jí)別很高，相似者可見河北定

州博物館、首都博物館藏品（參見《定瓷藝術(shù)》，河北教育出版社，

2002年，頁73、74，圖95、96）。

蓋罐體量不大，精工細(xì)作。通體施白釉，釉色瑩白無瑕。蓋沿平侈，

蓋面隆起，刻水波紋，中央置寶珠鈕。罐身折肩，鼓腹，下部斂收出

圈足，足內(nèi)滿釉，足底漏胎處可見胎質(zhì)潔白細(xì)膩。肩上劃刻水波紋一

周，於蓋面呼應(yīng)。肩腹交接處飾弦紋一道，腹部剔刻三重仰蓮瓣紋，

每?jī)傻冻梢话?，清晰立體，具淺浮雕效果。

此類蓋罐造型圓中帶方，折肩極具氣勢(shì)。白釉臻美，淨(jìng)度驚人，貴氣

自來。原蓋一併保存，實(shí)屬難得。

北宋．定窯白釉刻劃牡丹紋葵口碗

定窯所產(chǎn)的高檔精細(xì)白瓷早在晚唐、五代時(shí)期就已為上層社會(huì)所用，

北宋至金代，定窯白瓷作為貢瓷的情況更是屢見於文獻(xiàn)記載。又據(jù)

《武林舊事》載，二月二日「宮中排辦挑菜御宴」，南宋皇帝的賞賜

物中就有「官窯、定器之類」，宮中賞花也要準(zhǔn)備「官窯、定器」，

表明定器還受到南宋宮廷的青睞，甚至與官窯瓷器地位等同。

本品作六瓣葵花式，豐腴端莊，敞口，弧壁，淺圈足。通施白釉，芒

口。釉色如象牙般溫潤(rùn)恬靜，悅目脫俗。胎體輕薄，胎質(zhì)細(xì)膩。碗口

瓣曲清晰，外壁呼應(yīng)花口，於低陷處豎劃陰線，微向內(nèi)壓入。碗內(nèi)通

壁呈現(xiàn)一朵折枝牡丹，典雅貴氣。單朵大花盛開於枝端，葉片伸展兩

側(cè)。紋飾以直刀雕刻，以齒狀曲線修飾花葉邊緣，以篦劃細(xì)平行線表

現(xiàn)花葉脈絡(luò)，多種刻劃技法靈活轉(zhuǎn)換，爐火純青。牡丹紋飾在定窯瓷

器中使用較少，且存世數(shù)例多為清宮舊藏，彌足珍貴。

北宋．定窯白釉弦紋花口洗

洗敞口，作六瓣花形，斜腹，平底。通體光素，唯外壁兩圈凸弦紋裝

飾，細(xì)挺利落，是為精工。整器滿釉覆燒，芒口處包鑲銅扣。釉面勻

淨(jìng)、薄透，弦紋等積釉處色顯黃綠，氣泡密集而豐富。

此式定窯弦紋洗並不多見，相似者可比故宮博物院一例內(nèi)底刻芙蓉花

者（附圖），尺寸略大。
