A: Violence, bulling or any form of harassment is not tolerated in our hotel. We take allegations of this nature

very seriously. Should you feel that someone is behaving inappropriately towards you please speak to your

supervisor or Talent and Culture Department immediately. Any Talent who is found to be involved in such a

matter will be subjected to the appropriate investigations and potentially disciplinary action and therefore

potential termination of employment.

Talents should discuss with the Talent and Culture department should they wish to raise a grievance. The

hotel recognizes the value and importance of full discussions when resolving the concerns. The Talent and

Culture Department will report to GM for a final decision if concerns are unable to resolve within the

department. All complaint and grievance handling procedures are strictly confidential. Any grievances please

follow the procedures as below:

Where the grievance is resolved by management, the Talent should be informed in writing. Once acknowledged,

A: Need to know: the dangerous of fire in our working place, how to prevent the fire, how to put out the fire,

how to evacuate from fire. Be able to do: call the police for help, use the fire extinguisher, put out the earlier

fire and organize others to evacuate from fire.

四懂:懂本崗位火災危險性;懂預防火災的措施;懂火災的撲救方法;懂疏散逃生的方法;

四會:會報警;會使用滅火器;會撲救初起火災;會組織疏散逃生。

9. Q: What’s the ‘Four Don’ts and Two Dos?
