碳素企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中使用傳統(tǒng)耐火磚，安裝過程費

時費力。我公司生產(chǎn)的裝配式窯爐可大大節(jié)約更換安裝時

間，對于企業(yè)來講時間就是第一生產(chǎn)力。在不耽誤企業(yè)其他

窯爐生產(chǎn)的情況下，本產(chǎn)品就可以進(jìn)行更換安裝施工。

本產(chǎn)品的使用壽命比傳統(tǒng)的耐火磚超出 3 倍以上。

企業(yè)使用傳統(tǒng)耐火磚會造成刮擦、破裂。本產(chǎn)品采用一

體澆注成型 , 更加結(jié)實牢固，有效避免了企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過

程中的刮擦損壞。

本產(chǎn)品更加節(jié)能環(huán)保，設(shè)計有專門的除塵煙道。碳

素企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的大量煙塵、粉塵，可通過煙

道進(jìn)入除塵器凈化。另外，經(jīng)過特殊設(shè)計的煙道密閉性好，

能有效阻止粉塵煙塵泄露，減小熱源流失。

理化指標(biāo)及物理化學(xué)性能技術(shù)參數(shù) :

一級高鋁磚的 Al2O3 含量在 72%-80%，含鋁量越高，耐火溫度就越高，耐火度大于 1750 度，在 0.2MPA 荷重軟化

溫度為 1510 度，體積密度大于 2.5g/cm3，高致密，穩(wěn)定性能好，每塊磚的重量達(dá)到 4.4KG, 每噸有 227 塊，采用托盤包裝。

一級高鋁磚產(chǎn)品特點 : 1、抗渣性高鋁磚中 Al2O3 較多，接近于中性耐火材料，能抵抗酸性渣和堿性渣的侵蝕，

由于其中含有 SiO2 , 所以抗堿性渣的能力比抗酸性渣的能力弱些。2、耐火度高鋁磚的耐火度比粘土磚和半硅磚的耐

火度都要高，達(dá) 1750~1790C，屬于高級耐火材料。3、荷重軟化溫度因為高鋁制品中 Al2O3 高，雜質(zhì)量少，形成易熔的

玻璃體少，所以荷重軟化溫度比粘土磚高，但因莫來石結(jié)晶未形成網(wǎng)狀組織，故荷重軟化溫度仍沒有硅磚高。

主要用于砌筑高爐、熱風(fēng)爐、電爐爐頂、鼓風(fēng)爐、反射爐、回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)襯。此外，高鋁磚還廣泛地用做平爐蓄熱式格子磚、

澆注系統(tǒng)用的塞頭、水口磚等。

剛玉澆注料以剛玉為骨料和粉料，外加一些結(jié)合劑所制備的耐火澆注料。具有比高鋁耐火澆注料和莫來石耐

火澆注料更高的機械強度和抗磨蝕等性能，但抗熱震性能稍差些。主要用做鍋爐、高爐熱風(fēng)爐、加熱爐、陶瓷窯

爐等各種窯爐的內(nèi)襯材料。
