Established in 1897 as Haiho Conservancy Board, CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. (TDC), a subsidiary of China Communications
Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CCCC) ranking in the top 100 on the Fortune Global 500 list, is the first specialized dredging organization
in China.
TDC focuses on businesses of port & channel dredging, ecological & environmental protection, water conservancy, municipal
engineering, marine engineering, and engages in survey & design, resource development, engineering commodity trading, and
featured real estate. TDC has nearly 70 qualifications, including super-class general contracting for port & waterway engineering;
first-class general contracting for municipal public works, water conservancy and hydropower engineering; first-class professional
contracting for ground & foundation engineering, environmental protection engineering, electronics and intelligent engineering;
Grade A for engineering design of waterborne transportation industry; Grade A for environmental engineering design; Grade A for
comprehensive engineering survey qualification; Grade A for surveying and mapping; Grade A for engineering consulting, etc.. TDC

TDC has a modern dredging fleet of more than 70 dredgers with a total installed power of nearly 600,000kW and a yearly
dredging capacity over 350Mm3. Tian Jing Hao, the so-called Dredger of Merit, implemented many major strategic projects; Tong Tu
and Tong Cheng, are jumbo TSHDs independently designed; Tian Kun Hao is the first heavy-duty self-propelled CSD with independent
intellectual property rights. TDC owns 1 state-level and 4 ministerial-level technology centers, 6 national high-tech enterprises, 1
ministerial-level key laboratory, 2 post-doctorate workstations and 1 eco-environmental protection research institute. Over the years,
