In order to ensure the quality of raw materials, the foreign

objects are removed by the rotary iron remover before entering

the metering bin from the temporary storage silo. The metering

bin is set up with single point dust collector to avoid the

influence of the balance tube on the dosing accuracy,

meanwhile to ensure no dust spillage during the incoming

material above.

Low-speed Kettle Dryer is used for dewatering and drying materials. It

adopts the low-speed stirring process to avoid the damage of coating

layer and the increase of powder crushing rate caused by the extrusion

and collision between material particles. It is mainly used for the battery

materials production.
