Wuxi Zhong′s Machinery Co.,Ltd. (Wuxi Zhongqiao Special Textile Machine Parts Factory) started

developing the suspended flyers for roving in 1984, and manufacturing newly developed bracket

flyers in 1998. With the continuous effort in many years , Zhong’ s flyer can match with all roving

frames made in China, and it can also supply for import roving frames such as TOYOTA, HOWA,

RITER, ZINSER and MARZOLI etc. Zhong’ s flyer occupies the leading position of the same domestic industry: New Creation, Quality Control, Full specifications, Production Scale, Market

Occupation and Exporting Quantity. Domestic market share is up to 90% in China. The

annual production capacity of this company is 240,000 sets of suspended flyers and

120,000 sets of bracket flyers,360,000 pressers. Our company regards the service of

textile factory as the business philosophy of the enterprise, and

considers the customer's satisfaction as the product quality standard of the enterprise; it is the fundamental policy of enterprise to

In 2014, as the only flyer manufacturer, Zhong’ s participated in

drafting the standard for the Cotton Spindle Automatic Doffing Suspension Frame.

In 2015, Zhong’s became a member of the Spinning, Dyeing and

Finishing Machinery of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee.

In 2016, “Zhong’ s” was identified as “ Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province”.

XDYB系列上錠桿閉式懸錠錠翼

閉式懸錠錠翼對(duì)溫濕度敏感性小、粗紗斷頭率低、紡

紗質(zhì)量好、適應(yīng)高速高產(chǎn)、自動(dòng)化程度高、操作工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)

度低，是現(xiàn)代粗紗機(jī)使用最廣泛的錠翼。

The closed suspended flyer has less sensitivity to temperature and humidity and lower

end bredking. It is suitable for high speed operation in a full automatic production line with

fine spinning quality, and the most extensive

flyers used on the modem roving frames with

lower labor intensity of the operators.

等導(dǎo)紗角錠翼

粗紗機(jī)上由前后排高低錠桿構(gòu)成等導(dǎo)紗角紡紗，可

使前后排粗紗的無(wú)捻三角區(qū)相同，從而減少前后排粗紗

的伸長(zhǎng)率差異和粗紗結(jié)構(gòu)差異，對(duì)三羅拉牽伸效果更顯

著。

During the spinning the equal guide angle

composed of both front and back row spindle

blades can make the non-twisting angle zone

equal for the front and back roving. Therefore the elongation and structure differences

between the front and back row roving can

be reduced, and it is more effcetive for

three-roller drafting.

錠桿錠翼彎曲后，由拆卸專業(yè)工具拆下軸承座后，

經(jīng)過(guò)錠桿校正工具校正后即可正常使用。

中氏公司提供完整的成套錠翼，特殊的內(nèi)齒式防松

墊圈保證錠翼長(zhǎng)期可靠工作，專用拆卸工具使拆卸軸承

座時(shí)不損壞任何其他零件。

通道清潔軟軸是采用新工藝用

專用紡織機(jī)把高質(zhì)棉紗紡織在芯軸

（芯軸為彈性軟軸）上而成，使包裹在

芯軸上的機(jī)制紗更加均勻、緊密，從

而使軟軸清潔效果更好，使用壽命更

長(zhǎng)。

The channel cleaning flexibie shaft is made by

special knitting machine which adopts new technology to knit high-quality cotton yarn in shaft centre(

shaft centre is flexible shaft). It makes cotton yarn

covered shaft centre more uniformly and tightly so

that make sure the cleaning effect of flexible shaft

is better with longer service life.
