Guangdong Yuejian Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and
completed the state-owned enterprise restructuring in 2006. It has a Class A qualification
in construction engineering and a Class B qualification in urban and rural planning. We
are a comprehensive design enterprise that provides customers with industrial and civil
architectural design, national spatial planning, full process engineering consulting, and
engineering general contracting services.
The company has strong design capabilities and complete professional facilities. At
present, there are more than 400 professional and technical personnel, including 58
registered practicing engineers, 60 personnel with professor level senior engineering and
above titles, and 182 personnel with intermediate or above titles. More than 3000 design
projects have been completed, covering 29 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions
across the country. Has won over 100 national, provincial, and municipal awards in the
selection of excellent engineering survey and design projects, and has been awarded
awards such as Excellent Supplier, Best Service Quality Unit, and Best Scheme Design
by leading real estate development enterprises such as Wanda, Vanke, Poly, Country
Garden, and Guanlan Lake. In recent years, the company has increased its technological
investment, actively participated in academic exchanges in the design industry, compiled
intellectual property achievements, and obtained five patent technology certifications from
the National Patent Office.
The company has established a nationwide service network, with branches and offices
set up in cities such as Nanning, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Foshan, Zhanjiang, Huai'an, Wuxi,
