平方米，擁有先進(jìn)螺絲生產(chǎn)設(shè)備 200 余臺(tái)以及進(jìn)口熱處理生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)兩條，
是華北地區(qū)螺釘釘業(yè)品種最齊全，生產(chǎn)規(guī)模較大的生產(chǎn)廠家之一。目
前公司共有員工 60 人，其中科技及管理人員 10 人。?

Tianjin Yiou Hardware Products Co.,ltd is a production, scientific research,
sales in one of the production enterprises, located in Jinnan District Station
Development Zone, the factory covers an area of more than 3000 square meters, with
more than 200 advanced screw production equipment and imported heat treatment
production lines, is the most complete variety of screw industry in North China, one
of the larger production manufacturers. At present, the company has a total of 60

The company mainly produces countersunk head drilling tail nail, washi
drilling tail nail, pan head drilling tail nail, dry wall nail, self-tapping nail, fiberboard

天津市億歐五金制品有限公司授權(quán)品牌區(qū)域代理權(quán)，經(jīng)銷(xiāo)合作商全額投資，設(shè)立專(zhuān)賣(mài)店并進(jìn)行
經(jīng)營(yíng)，獨(dú)立核算，自負(fù)盈虧，在形象上及經(jīng)營(yíng)上接受天津市億歐五金制品有限公司的管理和監(jiān)督。
1、具有較強(qiáng)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理及市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作能力，能組建優(yōu)秀的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)；
2、具有法人資格或合法經(jīng)營(yíng)資格；
3、有良好而廣泛的當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)關(guān)系和行業(yè)資源尤佳。
二、店面要求
1、店面應(yīng)位于當(dāng)?shù)刂饕ú募⒌鼗虼笾行徒ú某?;
2、北京代理商店面占地面積至少要在 20 平米以上，非北京代理商占地面積不得少于 40 平米 ;
3、選擇有獨(dú)立門(mén)頭做專(zhuān)營(yíng)店面。

天津市億歐五金制品有限公司與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商簽定合同按自然年算，一年一簽，時(shí)間為 1 月 1 日至 12
月 31 日。如經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商未達(dá)到天津市億歐五金制品有限公司的合作要求 , 天津市億歐五金制品有限
公司有權(quán)立即終止與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的一切合作關(guān)系。
