石材打底清潔晶面處理劑

STONE PRIMER CLEANING AGENT

性能特點

本品適用于大理石、水磨石等各種石材，是特別針對一些新鋪裝和不干凈的石材而進行表面處理，它具有清

潔和結(jié)晶兩種功能。CR-1 和 CR-2 或 CR-8 結(jié)合使用能達到更佳的結(jié)晶效果。CR1 可配合各種粉劑調(diào)成糊

狀進行拋磨，配合花崗石拋光粉會有不同的質(zhì)感，起到增加厚度覆蓋細微劃痕的效果。

操作步驟

1. 確保地面干燥和清潔。

2. 使用前先將藥劑搖勻。

3.在石材表面噴灑少量CR-1（用量約5-10毫升/平方米），然后用晶面機（重量55-65公斤，轉(zhuǎn)速175轉(zhuǎn)/分，

功率 2 匹）配 0# 或 1# 鋼絲棉打磨，直至將藥劑磨干為止，每次打磨面積約 2 平方米。切記∶將盤好的鋼

絲棉平穩(wěn)放置在機器底座，避免機器晃動，否則會影響做晶面的效果。如需達到更佳的效果，可多打磨 1~2 遍。

4. 最后用塵推將粉塵清除干凈。

DESCRIPTION

It is enhancer top on CR-1,removes all kind of dirt residues from the pavement,sealing the pores

and creating a crystallization base which improves and nnakes easier the futher crystallization

with CR-2 or CR-8. It must be always used when a floor is crystallizaed for first time,even if the

floor has been previously or stripped,and also in recrystallization works when the floo is very dirty.

DIRECTIONSFORUSAGE

本品適用于大理石、水磨石等各種石材，“CR-1+”是 CR-1 的加強型產(chǎn)品，其特點是比 CR-1 清潔效果更好，

效率更高。能輔助其他產(chǎn)品做出超高清晰度，可配合 CR 系列其他石材晶面產(chǎn)品使用，是不可替代的輔助材料。

操作步驟

本品適用于大理石、水磨石，能使受磨損的石材迅速回復光澤，具有防水性和耐磨性好的特點，是石材日常

維護保養(yǎng)的理想產(chǎn)品。配合 CR-1 使用效果更好。

操作步驟

1. 確保地面干燥和清潔。

2. 使用前先將藥劑搖勻。

CR-8. Its periodical use guarantees a good protection of the pavement, and the highest level of

shine, being specially recommended for use on white marbles.

本品適用于各種大理石、水磨石和部分花崗石，對一般米黃類軟質(zhì)石材有很強的增厚的效果，能有效修復石

材劃痕，而對于黑色大理石能更好地將石材紋理還原成瑩潤色澤，如鏡般清澈，并具有打磨時間短、出光快

的特點，而且具有較強的抗磨性、防滑性和防水性。如用于人造崗石 CR-8 與 CR-1puls 按 2 ∶ 1 混合使用，

同樣具有很好的效果。

操作步驟

難于出光的石材，如雅士白、爵士白等具有明顯效果。其特點是∶打磨時間短、出光快，光澤清澈透亮，并

具有極強的抗磨性和防水性，是目前最好的石材護理劑。

操作步驟

1. 確保地面干燥和清潔。

2. 使用前先將藥劑搖勻。

3. 在石材表面噴灑少量 CR-10（用量約 5-10 毫升 / 平方米），然后用晶面機（重量 55-65 公斤，轉(zhuǎn)速

175 轉(zhuǎn) / 分，功率 2 匹）配 0# 或 1# 鋼絲棉打磨，直至將藥劑磨干為止，每次打磨面積約 2 平方米。切記：

Shake the container strongly before using. Do not dilute or mix with other products. Pour or

spray a little quantity of CR-10 (approx. 40 ml.) COn a surface of about 2m, spread the product

uniformly with a shining machine fitted with asteel wool pad and rub until the product gets

completely dry. Repeat the process until covering all the surface to be treated.

DIRECTIONSFORUSAGE

It provides a high level of lasting and resistant sshine in first crystallizations, being also suitable for

periodical maintenance of floors already crystallized. Its use guarantees the maximum protection

for the pavement for long time. It is specially recommended for use under wet or cold weather

conditions.

石材除堿晶面處理劑

ALKALI REMOVAL AGENT FOR STONE CRYSTAL

性能特點

本品是專門針對石材返堿而研制的結(jié)晶劑，能有效清除石材表面的鹽堿性物質(zhì)及石灰漬并能有效抑制石材返

堿，延長石材返堿周期，同時對大理石也有結(jié)晶作用。如需達到更佳效果可再使用 CR-8 或 CR-10 打磨。

操作步驟

1. 確保地面干燥和清潔。

2. 使用前先將藥劑搖勻。

3. 避免與其它產(chǎn)品混合使用。

4. 使用噴壺將適量藥劑噴灑在地面上（用量約 5-10 毫升 / 平方米），然后用晶面機（重量 55-65 公斤，轉(zhuǎn)

速 175 轉(zhuǎn) / 分，功率 2 匹），配 0# 或 1# 鋼絲棉打磨，直至將藥劑磨干為止，每次打磨面積約 2 平方米。

注意：

【1】噴灑藥劑后要盡快將其打散，避免停留太長時間否則藥劑會在石材表面留下印跡。

【2】對于吸水性較強的石材，可首先使用“石材防護劑”打底，然后再使用 CR-11，則可避免藥劑在石材表面留下印跡。

如果返堿比較嚴重，可多打幾遍，直至將石材表面的堿性物等污漬清除干凈。

5. 最后用塵推將粉塵清除干凈。

注意∶

【1】本品只能解決石材一般性返堿，如果石材出現(xiàn)嚴重返堿，則首先使用 DC-1 強力酸性除漬劑將鹽堿物清洗干凈，如

石材出現(xiàn)鹽蝕、侵漏等嚴重問題，則需要通過石材翻新或工程整改來解決。

【2】在返堿問題沒有得到徹底解決之前，除 CR-11 以外不要用任何結(jié)晶產(chǎn)品。待返堿不再出現(xiàn)后，再使用其他產(chǎn)品增光

增厚。

【3】如果曾經(jīng)使用過其他結(jié)晶產(chǎn)品，則需要 CR-1plus 或者淺翻墊將原晶面層去除，再使用 CR-11。

DESCRIPTION

This product removes most of the salt and lime stains which may appear in the marble floors coming from the

back side of the tiles,leaving the floor internally sealed for avoiding the apparition of new stains in the future.

Furthermore,it makes the surface more compact and harder,improving the results of the further crystallization

with CR-8 or CR-10,specially in porous and soft marbles and limestones.

DIRECTIONSFORUSAGE

1/Make sure the floor is dry and clean. Shake well before use.Avoid mixing with other products.Use a watering

can to spray the appropriate amount of pesticide on the ground (dosage is about 5-10ml/m2), and then use

a crystal machine (weight 55-65kg, speed 175rpm, power 2)1 # steel wool grinding, grinding until the agent

until each polished area of about 2 square meters.

生的發(fā)烏現(xiàn)象，在梅雨季節(jié)或空氣潮度較大時使用該產(chǎn)品也是不錯的選擇，同時對白色大理石也有比較理想

的效果。

操作步驟

1. 確保地面干燥和清潔。

2. 使用前先將藥劑搖勻。

This system is composed by two components \"A\" (poowder) and “B”(liquid)which must be used

together to get a perfect crystallization on granite surfaces. It completeely recovers the original

shine of the granite when used after polishing the floor, and retrieves about a 60% of te original

shine when the floor has not been previously polished. The regular application of CR-7-B is

enoughto keep a high level of shine on previously crystallized surfaces.

DIRECTIONSFORUSAGE

The surface must be clean and dry. Shake the container before use. Don’t dilute nor mix with

other products. Pour about 20 grs. of CR-7A (powder) per sq.mt. and mix on the floor with 25

working on dark granites, or with a white fiber pad when working on medium and ligght granites,
