鋸齒尾緣構(gòu)型降低圓柱-葉柵干涉噪聲的實驗研究 *

摘 要:通過在葉柵上游放置圓柱產(chǎn)生各向異性的湍流尾跡,并與下游葉片相互干涉產(chǎn)生干涉噪
聲,研究了仿生學鋸齒尾緣構(gòu)型對圓柱-葉柵干涉噪聲的影響。針對西北工業(yè)大學航空葉輪機氣動力學
與氣動聲學實驗室 (TAAL) 低壓渦輪平面葉柵,在不同來流速度的情況下,使用遠場圓弧陣列測量了
葉柵遠場噪聲,并基于CLEAN-SC數(shù)據(jù)處理算法使用由31個傳聲器組成的線陣列測量識別了不同葉柵
的尾緣噪聲,得到了圓柱尾跡來流下鋸齒尾緣構(gòu)型的降噪效果。實驗結(jié)果表明,不同鋸齒尾緣構(gòu)型的降
噪效果存在差異,當來流為圓柱尾跡時,對葉柵尾緣噪聲的識別測量結(jié)果顯示此時鋸齒尾緣降噪效果有
限,最佳降噪量僅為1.296dB,當來流速度較高時,采用的鋸齒尾緣構(gòu)型無法降低圓柱-葉柵干涉尾緣
噪聲。

Abstract: The influence of bionic serrated trailing edge configuration on cylinder cascade interference
noise is studied. A cylinder was placed upstream of the cascade to produce anisotropic turbulent wake and then
the anisotropic turbulence interfered with the downstream blade to produce interference noise. For the low-pres?
sure turbine plane cascade of the Turbomachinery Aerodynamics & Acoustics Laboratory (TAAL) of Northwest?
ern Polytechnical University, a far-field arc array was used to measure the far-field noise of the cascade under
the condition of different incoming flow velocities. And based on the CLEAN-SC array data processing algorithm,
the trailing edge noise of different cascades was identified by using the line array which composed of 31 micro?
phones, and the noise reduction of serrated trailing edge configurations under the cylindrical wake was obtained.
