聽(tīng)力損失是全球發(fā)病最廣的感覺(jué)器官致殘性疾病，據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織估計(jì)，隨著世界人口的增長(zhǎng)與

老齡化以及疾病、工作和娛樂(lè)噪聲的傷害等因素，全球人口（76.39億）的6.1％（4.6６億）患有

聽(tīng)力殘疾，據(jù)估計(jì)，如果不采取行動(dòng)，到2050年，將有超過(guò)7億人，即十分之一人口發(fā)生殘疾性聽(tīng)

力損失。

根據(jù)我國(guó)目前現(xiàn)狀，我國(guó)對(duì)殘障人士的需求還不夠重視

以無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)作為基礎(chǔ)，和在通用理念的影響下，通用化設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)不僅僅是針對(duì)于殘障人士，更

以社會(huì)全體大眾作為對(duì)象，滿足各類人士的需要。

可見(jiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)缺乏通用化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使聽(tīng)障者和其他殘障者在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下會(huì)有所困擾，日常出行非常不便。 動(dòng)因形成

Hearing loss is the most common sensory organ disabling disease in the world.

According to the World Health Organization, with the growth and aging of the world

population, as well as the injury caused by disease, work and entertainment noise,

6.1% (466million) of the global population (7.639 billion) suffer from hearing loss.

It is estimated that if no action is taken, more than 700million people, or one tenth

of the population, will suffer from hearing loss.

According to the current situation in China, China does not pay enough attention to the needs

of the disabledBaesd on barrier free design and under the influence of universal concept, the

realization of universal design is not only for the disabled, but also for the whole society to

meet the needs of all kinds of people It can be seen that there is a lack of universal

standards in China, which will make the hearing-impaired and other disabled people troubled in

complex environments, and the daily travel is very inconvenient.

是中國(guó)南派武術(shù)的主要發(fā)源地；

其“剪紙”“年畫(huà)”“獅頭”“龍舟”等構(gòu)

區(qū)位分析 建了深厚的民族文化底蘊(yùn)。

Foshan is a national famous historical and cultural city. Historically, it is

one of the four gathering and four famous towns in China, and one of the

birthplaces and prosperous places of Guangfu culture, a branch of Lingnan

culture;Among the four gardens in Guangdong, Qinghui garden and Liangyuan

garden are here, and Qinghui garden is known as one of the top ten famous

gardens in China;The architectural complex "ancestral temple" with Lingnan

characteristics.

區(qū)位分析

廣東省佛山市南海區(qū)桂城街道桂瀾北路千燈湖地鐵站B出口所對(duì)的空地

The open space opposite to exit b of qiandenghu subway station,

Guilan North Road, Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan

City, Guangdong Province

面積空置率高，雜草叢生，寥寥無(wú)幾。

原先曾作為綠地景觀向市民開(kāi)放。但由于向日葵展花期已過(guò)，后期無(wú)人維護(hù)。景

點(diǎn)沒(méi)有熱點(diǎn)，沒(méi)有游客，目前處于閑置的狀態(tài)。

The vacancy rate of the area is high and there are few weeds.It was originally

opened to the public as a green landscape. However, because the flowering

period of sunflower has passed, there is no maintenance in the later stage. There

are no hot spots and tourists in the scenic spot. At present, it is idle.

路面材質(zhì)有瀝青、紅磚、水泥、路面透水磚、砂石、石材等。瀝青路面及地

磚較嶄新平坦，間距寬，視野開(kāi)闊。

基地周邊有部分小路呈原生態(tài)，雜草叢生。 道路 road

基地墻體用料以及造型都偏現(xiàn)代化，表現(xiàn)了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、區(qū)域核心越

來(lái)越集中的節(jié)奏。

The wall materials and shapes of the base are modern, which shows the

rhythm of the rapid development of urban economy and the increasing

concentration of regional core.

設(shè)計(jì)理念

Design concept 一 是 方 便 性 ， 所 有 設(shè) 施 、 空 間 都 要 通 用 、 便 利 、 可 達(dá) 、 安 全 ；

二 是 理 論 性 ： 要 建 構(gòu) 無(wú) 障 礙 理 論 、 無(wú) 障 礙 學(xué) 科 、 無(wú) 障 礙 城 市 學(xué) 、 無(wú) 障 礙 設(shè) 計(jì) ；

三 是 文 化 性 ： 要 養(yǎng) 成 市 民 文 化 包 括 平 等 權(quán) 利 獲 得 、 市 民 尊 殘 文 明 習(xí) 俗 、 人 文 關(guān) 懷 、

技 術(shù) 革 命 、 多 元 除 障 服 務(wù) 方 式 ；

四 是 物 理 性 ， 包 括 城 市 形 態(tài) 、 空 間 安 排 、 環(huán) 境 營(yíng) 造 、 設(shè) 施 設(shè) 備 無(wú) 障 礙 化 。

“ 無(wú) 障 礙 ” 這 個(gè) 概 念 可 以 理 解 為 “ 去 - 障 礙 ” ， 即 “ 消 除 障 礙 ” ， 也 可 以 理 解 為 通

過(guò) 城 市 建 設(shè) ， 消 除 障 礙 ， 形 成 和 諧 包 容 的 城 市 目 標(biāo) 。

First, convenience. All facilities and spaces should be universal, convenient, accessible and

safe;

Second, barrier free theory: barrier free theory;

Third, culture: we should cultivate citizen culture, including equal rights, civilized

customs of respecting the disabled, humanistic care, technological revolution and diversified

obstacle removal services;

The fourth is physical, including urban form, spatial arrangement, environmental construction

and barrier free facilities and equipment.The concept of "accessibility" can be understood as

"removing obstacles", that is, "eliminating obstacles", or as eliminating obstacles through

urban construction to form a harmonious and inclusive urban goal

Conceptual analysis

從聲波與香云紗的擬態(tài)入手，結(jié)合香云紗獨(dú)特的文里形成建筑的平面。建筑的立面通過(guò)聲波的錯(cuò)位與重疊，

體現(xiàn)出即富有律動(dòng)的立面，又打破建筑一貫的沉悶感，讓整體建筑更富有趣味性。

推理探索 Reasoning exploration

Starting with the mimicry of sound wave and fragrant cloud yarn, the plane of the building is

formed by combining the unique text of fragrant cloud yarn. Through the dislocation and overlap

of sound waves, the facade of the building reflects not only the rhythmic facade, but also breaks

the consistent dull feeling of the building, making the whole building more interesting

空間功能 Spatial function 功能梳理 一個(gè)包括交流、治療、康復(fù)與休閑游玩的多功能綜合體， 集中體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷的無(wú)障礙交流公共空間 空間一、二樓為綜合交流公共空間，主要為開(kāi)放空間， 空間主要以靈活的空間，能滿足不同功能的需求；三、 六樓為空中花園，主要提供休閑娛樂(lè)的，為半開(kāi)放空間； 四、五樓為治療康復(fù)空間，為患者與工作的需求，更傾 向于私密的空間，讓人擁有良好的隱私感。 Function combing A multifunctional complex including communication, treatment, rehabilitation and leisure play,An accessible public space for communication that embodies humanistic care The first and second floors of the space are public spaces for comprehensive communication, mainly open spaces. 啞光低調(diào)的淺色墻面，為建筑帶來(lái)沉穩(wěn)感，透明玻璃讓建筑更明亮，

鏤空的花紋鋼材為建筑帶來(lái)幾分趣味。

The matte and low-key light color wall brings a sense of calmness to the

building, the transparent glass makes the building brighter, and the hollowed
