Main application HPMC is one of the main dispersants in PVC industry. During

suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride, it can reduce the

interfacial tension between vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and water, and help VCM to be evenly and stably dispersed in the

主要用途

HPMC在陶瓷上主要應(yīng)用于蜂窩陶瓷領(lǐng)域。蜂窩陶瓷

工性能都有重要影響。合理摻量的羥丙基甲基纖維素可以

在相當(dāng)長的時(shí)間里保持砂漿中的水份。羥丙基甲基纖維素

對(duì)砂漿具有一定的緩凝作用。隨著纖維素醚摻量的增大，

砂漿的凝結(jié)時(shí)間隨之延長。

羥丙基甲基纖維素對(duì)自流平砂漿的粘結(jié)性能影響較

大，羥丙基甲基纖維素可以增強(qiáng)砂漿的可塑性和柔韌性，

使得砂漿與基材界面過渡區(qū)的剛性減小，降低了界面之間

的滑移能力，在一定程度上增強(qiáng)了砂漿與基材之間的粘結(jié)

效果。
