3 基本操作

3.1 安全須知

PMF635A 電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置遵循:GB/T 15479-1995。

在操作分析儀之前,請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀本說明書中關(guān)于操作安全和操作規(guī)范的相關(guān)描述。否則,可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生意外,對(duì)使用者人身或者設(shè)備造成傷害。

為避免觸電或引起火災(zāi),請(qǐng)注意下列安全條款:

? 使用裝置及其配件之前,請(qǐng)先完整閱讀用戶使用說明書。? 為盡可能保障使用者人身安全,請(qǐng)?jiān)诙嗳伺惆榄h(huán)境下使用裝置。? 切勿在爆炸性的氣體附近使用裝置。

? 只能使用裝置所附帶,或經(jīng)本公司指示適用于本電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的連接導(dǎo)線。

? 使用前,仔細(xì)檢查裝置連接導(dǎo)線、端子排等附件絕緣部分是否有損壞的情況。如有損壞,應(yīng)立即更換。

? 對(duì)于未使用的連接導(dǎo)線、端子排,應(yīng)拆卸單獨(dú)放置。

? 接地輸入端僅可作為裝置接地之用,不可在該端施加任何電壓。? 不要施加超出裝置額定值的輸入電壓。

? 不要施加超出裝置所標(biāo)額定電壓值的電壓。

? 在安裝和拆卸連接線時(shí)要特別小心:注意斷開被測(cè)設(shè)備的電源或穿上合適的防護(hù)服。

? 不要將金屬物件插入接頭。

3.2 裝置外觀及結(jié)構(gòu)

裝置外觀如圖 3- 1 所示:

裝置采用整面板形式,面板上包括液晶顯示器、信號(hào)指示燈、操作鍵盤等。采用加強(qiáng)型單元機(jī)箱,能有效抵抗強(qiáng)振動(dòng)與強(qiáng)干擾,確保裝置在條件惡劣的環(huán)境條件下仍具備高可靠性。不論組屏或分散安裝均不需加設(shè)交、直流輸入抗干擾模塊。裝置的外形尺寸如圖3- 2 所示:

3.3 平臺(tái)說明

電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置采用許昌智能繼電器股份有限公司新一代32 位基于ARM+DSP雙核技術(shù)的通用硬件平臺(tái)。全封閉機(jī)箱,硬件電路采用后插拔式的插件結(jié)構(gòu),CPU電路板采用 6 層板、元器件采用表面貼裝技術(shù),裝置強(qiáng)弱電回路、開入開出回路合理布局,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。

軟件平臺(tái)采用自主開發(fā)的 RTOS 系統(tǒng) Aworks,Aworks 平臺(tái)經(jīng)過許昌智能繼電器股份有限公司的嚴(yán)格測(cè)試,在其內(nèi)部多個(gè)項(xiàng)目中已有應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,可以保證軟件系統(tǒng)的高度可靠性。3.4 接口說明

主要插件說明

1) 插件 1:包含微處理器 CPU、RAM、ROM、Flash Memory、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊電路等;此外還包括 GPS 報(bào)文對(duì)時(shí)、IRIG-B 碼對(duì)時(shí)接口。本插件采用6 層印制板和表面貼裝工藝,采用了多種抗干擾措施,大大提高了抗干擾性能。高性能的微處理器CPU為 32 位雙核處理器,主頻達(dá) 600MHz。集成電路全部采用工業(yè)品或軍品,使得裝置有很高的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。

2) 插件 2:交流變換部分包括電流變換器 TA 和電壓變換器 TV,用于將系統(tǒng)TA、TV的二次側(cè)電流、電壓信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為弱電信號(hào),供保護(hù)插件轉(zhuǎn)換,并起強(qiáng)弱電隔離作用。本插件的 6 個(gè) TA 分別變換 IA、IA’、IB、IB’、IC、IC’、IO、IO’六個(gè)電流量,4 個(gè)TV分別變換母線電壓 UA、UB、UC、UN。

3) 插件 3:將外部提供的交或直流電源轉(zhuǎn)換為監(jiān)測(cè)裝置工作所需電壓。本模塊輸入直流 110V~370V 或交流 85V~265V (根據(jù)需要選擇相應(yīng)規(guī)格),輸出+5V。+5V 電壓用于裝置數(shù)字器件工作,再通過轉(zhuǎn)換電路輸出±9V 電壓用于 A/D 采樣。還包括兩路開入和兩路繼電器輸出。

3.5 按鍵功能說明

裝置共有 6 個(gè)按鍵,全部位于屏幕下側(cè),面板布局如圖 3-4 所示:

4 接線說明

4.1 接線要求

在裝置的后面板有 4 個(gè)插件,分別為電源插件、交流插件、I/O 插件和CPU插件。在開始接線之前,須先根據(jù)將要測(cè)量的電力系統(tǒng)線路電壓、頻率及接線方式等需求,設(shè)置好分析儀器。若有可能,請(qǐng)盡量斷開電源系統(tǒng),再做接線操作,并盡可能穿戴防護(hù)設(shè)備。接線前要將連接導(dǎo)線擰緊,以防導(dǎo)線絲裸露在端子排外面發(fā)生短接,接線時(shí)請(qǐng)按照裝置后面板各插件所示參數(shù)相對(duì)應(yīng)接線,要將螺母擰緊,以免發(fā)生松動(dòng)。

4.2 典型接線圖

PMF635A 共支持 3 種測(cè)量模式,在連接測(cè)量導(dǎo)線之前,請(qǐng)正確配置儀器的測(cè)量模式,詳細(xì)流程見后面接線方式配置。各種測(cè)量模式的接線,請(qǐng)參考下面連線示意圖。典型接線圖包括三種,見以下各圖:

6 實(shí)時(shí)波形

“實(shí)時(shí)波形”頁面顯示當(dāng)前監(jiān)測(cè)到的各項(xiàng)電網(wǎng)參數(shù),主要包括電壓(電流)有效值、系統(tǒng)頻率、電壓偏差、相位角(向量圖)、電能功率以及波動(dòng)閃變的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),可以第一時(shí)間了解到電網(wǎng)用電情況。

6.1 電壓/電流

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“電壓/電流”選項(xiàng)卡,可以看到電壓/電流各相的波形圖、有效值以及頻率,相位與波形線顏色對(duì)應(yīng)情況:A 相-黃、 B 相-綠、C 相-紅。

6.2 有效值/相位

8 錄波分析

“錄波分析”頁面主要用于配置定時(shí)錄波與觸發(fā)錄波, 終端軟件會(huì)根據(jù)設(shè)置的配置項(xiàng),在特定事件發(fā)生的時(shí)候進(jìn)行錄波,并將波形文件保存于 SD 目錄下,文件路徑為/sd0/export/record,波形文件已 IEEE 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電力系統(tǒng)暫態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交換通用格式COMTRADE 進(jìn)行保存。

8.1 定時(shí)錄波

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“定時(shí)錄波”選項(xiàng)卡,支持“立即錄波”與“預(yù)約錄波”:1. 立即錄波:點(diǎn)擊“立即錄波”按鈕,設(shè)備會(huì)開始進(jìn)行錄波,錄波結(jié)束保存的comtrade

文件名會(huì)顯示于界面上,錄波時(shí)長可以在界面中進(jìn)行配置;2. 預(yù)約錄波:點(diǎn)擊“預(yù)約錄波”按鈕,設(shè)備會(huì)在設(shè)定的時(shí)間點(diǎn)到達(dá)后,自動(dòng)開始進(jìn)行錄波,錄波時(shí)長與開始錄波的時(shí)間可以在界面中進(jìn)行配置。圖 8- 2 錄波分析-定時(shí)錄波

8.2 觸發(fā)錄波

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“觸發(fā)錄波”選項(xiàng)卡,可以配置事件觸發(fā)錄波,當(dāng)特定事件發(fā)生如穩(wěn)態(tài)告警、外部電平改變發(fā)生,設(shè)備就會(huì)開始進(jìn)行錄波:

1. 告警錄波:告警類型支持頻率上/下越限,電壓/電流負(fù)序不平衡,電壓上/下越限,電壓總畸變率越限,如果界面中已經(jīng)勾選相應(yīng)時(shí)間并保存配置,事件發(fā)生即會(huì)開始錄波;

2. 電平錄波:PMF635A 支持外部觸發(fā)錄波,當(dāng)外部電平改變且配置已關(guān)聯(lián)開入某個(gè)動(dòng)作, 設(shè)備就會(huì)開始進(jìn)行錄波。

9 事件告警

“事件告警”頁面主要用于顯示過去發(fā)生的告警事件,告警事件分兩大類:穩(wěn)態(tài)告警和暫態(tài)告警,事件列表按降序排序,最近發(fā)生的事件排在最頂端,可以將光標(biāo)定位到列表進(jìn)行翻頁查看,同時(shí)支持按日期查詢,對(duì)過去發(fā)生的事件查看,快速正確的定位電能質(zhì)量問題。9.1 暫態(tài)告警

暫態(tài)告警事件的閥值配置可以到“參數(shù)設(shè)置”進(jìn)行更改,暫態(tài)事件類型主要有:電壓暫升、電壓暫降、電壓中斷以及沖擊電流。

當(dāng)暫態(tài)事件發(fā)生后,PMF635A 設(shè)備告警燈會(huì)進(jìn)行閃爍提示,并保存對(duì)應(yīng)的暫態(tài)事件記錄, 內(nèi)容包括暫態(tài)事件開始時(shí)間、結(jié)束時(shí)間以及暫態(tài)事件類型,幫助您第一時(shí)間分析與解決電能質(zhì)量問題。

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“校時(shí)設(shè)置”選項(xiàng)卡,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的校時(shí)方式進(jìn)行配置,主要的校時(shí)方式有手動(dòng)校時(shí)、SNTP 校時(shí)、B 碼校時(shí)和 PPS 校時(shí)。

操作說明如下:

◆ 光標(biāo)定位到協(xié)議類型選擇框,選擇想要的校時(shí)方式;

◆ 配置所選擇的校時(shí)方式參數(shù);

◆ 點(diǎn)擊保存按鈕,在彈出界面中輸入密碼;

◆ 除手動(dòng)校時(shí)外,其他校時(shí)方式如果校時(shí)成功,界面會(huì)做相應(yīng)提示,以便知道設(shè)備當(dāng)前校時(shí)狀態(tài)。

11.5 繼電器

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“校時(shí)設(shè)置”選項(xiàng)卡,可以對(duì)系統(tǒng)繼電器進(jìn)行配置,PMF635A 設(shè)備有兩個(gè)繼電器,通過將光標(biāo)定位選擇繼電器選擇框切換繼電器 1/2,對(duì)繼電器狀態(tài)查看與配置,外部通過檢查繼電器狀態(tài)了解當(dāng)前設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況。

繼電器 2:用于關(guān)聯(lián)設(shè)備部分穩(wěn)態(tài)告警事件與暫態(tài)事件,當(dāng)勾選的事件發(fā)生時(shí)繼電器閉合,事件結(jié)束繼電器斷開。

11.6 高級(jí)設(shè)置

導(dǎo)航菜單選擇“高級(jí)設(shè)置”選項(xiàng)卡,可對(duì)系統(tǒng)語言以及系統(tǒng)密碼進(jìn)行設(shè)置,默認(rèn)進(jìn)入頁面為語言設(shè)置,當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)支持中文及英文兩種語言,設(shè)置完成后保存即可應(yīng)用。圖 11- 7 系統(tǒng)設(shè)置-語言設(shè)置

將“其他參數(shù)”選項(xiàng)框切換至“密碼”,可以對(duì)系統(tǒng)密碼進(jìn)行設(shè)置,系統(tǒng)密碼用于防止非工作人員更改設(shè)備配置,在更改配置進(jìn)行保存的時(shí)候,設(shè)備會(huì)提示輸入密碼。密碼驗(yàn)證有超時(shí)機(jī)制:輸入密碼后在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)不用輸入密碼,以便用戶更快操作,密碼超時(shí)如果再次更改配置需要重新驗(yàn)證密碼。

將“其他參數(shù)”選項(xiàng)框切換至“關(guān)閉屏幕”,可對(duì)屏幕關(guān)閉時(shí)間進(jìn)行設(shè)置,出廠默認(rèn)關(guān)閉屏幕時(shí)間為 10 分鐘,可選項(xiàng)包括從不、十分鐘、30 分鐘、60 分鐘。設(shè)置完成后保存即可應(yīng)用。
