WORKSBeijing Humax Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, and merged with several wellknown architectural design firms of Beijing in 2007. After re-expansion and reformation, Huamx
presently is qualified with Class A Design Qualification of Construction & Engineering, Class A Planning
Qualification, Class A Specific Landscape & Engineering Design Qualification issued by National
Ministry of Construction, and Engineering Consultation Qualification issued by National Development
and Reform Commission.Humax has become an influential and comprehensive architectural design
company in China.
HUMAX is professional, experienced and providing high quality services in over 10 fields, such as
architecture, structure, electricity, HVAC, plumbing, ancient architecture, landscape, interior decoration,
environmental arts and engineering consulting. It consists of series of design departments and the
chief engineer office; and 556 employees, of which over 70% are with intermediate or senior technical
titles. Among the technical professionals, there are 26 Class one National Registered Architects, 18
Class One National Registered Structural Engineers, and other senior engineers in HVAC,lumbing, electricity, environmental art. Leadership of HUMAX is built up with senior architects and professionals
with strong technical background. The chief engineer office of the company is founded by experienced
senior professional experts, and responsible for guidance and review of construction engineering.
HUMAX’s business scope includes: urban planning and design, residential community planning
(residence,villa, high grade apartment, etc.), public facilities (office, commercial building, education
building, medical building, hotel, ect.), Chinese classical building (ancient style), landscape design,
interior design, preliminary planning of the construction project and feasibility research, and its total
design area now is up to millions of square meters.
