茲申請并委托廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司就下列編號拍賣品及價格進行競買，并承諾接受如下條件：

一、若競買成功，須按照廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司刊印在本圖錄上的《拍賣規(guī)則》的規(guī)定，向本公司支付落槌價及相當于落槌價百分之十五的傭

金及其他各項費用，并領(lǐng)取拍賣品 ( 包裝及搬運費用自負 )；

二、委托人知悉廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司對拍賣標的真?zhèn)渭?/ 或品質(zhì)不承擔瑕疵擔保責任；

三、廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司本著從客戶利益出發(fā)的原則，以盡可能低的價格為委托人代為競買，落槌價格不得高于表列委托價，或現(xiàn)場電話指示

委托價。委托人授權(quán)受委托人現(xiàn)場代為簽署《拍賣成交確認書》。若競買人未填寫表列委托價， 或現(xiàn)場電話指示更改表列委托價，則受托人應(yīng)在

拍賣成交后 7 日內(nèi)向委托人發(fā)送《拍賣成交確認付款單》，若委托人在拍賣成交后 10 日內(nèi)未收到《拍賣成交確認付款單》應(yīng)主動聯(lián)系受托人確認

成交價格并聯(lián)絡(luò)受委托人領(lǐng)取《拍賣成交確認付款單》。若委托人收到《拍賣成交確認付款單》后對其內(nèi)容有任何異議，應(yīng)在收到《拍賣成交確

付款單》后 5 日內(nèi)主動聯(lián)系受委托人確認成交價格或提出異議，否則視為委托人已同意、理解并接受《拍賣成交確認付款單》內(nèi)容；

四、廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司《拍賣規(guī)則》之委托競買之免責條款為不可爭議條款。本公司及其工作人員對競買未成功或代理競買過程中出現(xiàn)的

疏忽、過失或無法代為競買等不負任何責任；

五、為使委托人的出價得以接受而不延誤，委托人須不遲于拍賣日前二十四小時向廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司出具本委托競買授權(quán)書，并同時繳納

保證金人民幣叁拾萬元。如在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)本公司尚未收到保證金，恕不接受該委托；

六、委托人承認已仔細閱讀刊印于本圖錄上的廣州華藝國際拍賣有限公司《拍賣規(guī)則》及《競買須知》，并同意遵守該拍賣規(guī)則的各項條款。

2. 填寫此授權(quán)書時，須填寫所有項目，包括圖號、拍賣品名稱、出價等，否則無效。如兩個或兩個以上委托人以相同委托價對同一拍賣品競買成功，

則本公司最先收到授權(quán)委托書者為該拍賣品的買受人。如果委托人以電話方式委托本公司競買，請用信件或傳真確認。

fi e Bidder hereby requests and authorizes Guangzhou Holly International Auction Co., Ltd. to bid on his/her behalf for the following lots according to the price as indicated for

each numbered lot and accepts the terms below:

1.If the bid is successful, subjects to the terms of the Conditions of Sale printed in this Holly’s catalogue, fi e Bidder is obligated to pay Guangzhou Holly International Auction

Co., Ltd the Hammer Price plus 15% of Hammer Price as the commission and any other expenses, and to collect the Lot (fi e Bidder is responsible for the costs of packaging

and cartage).

2.fi e Bidder understands Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the authenticity and/or the quality of any lot.

3.Practicing the principle of acting in the best interests of our clients, Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd. will attempt to execute an absentee bid at the lowest possible

price, and the Hammer Price shall not be higher than the prices that are indicated below or instructed over the live Telephone Bid. fi e Bidder authorizes the auctioneer to sign

Written Conff rmation of a successful bid at the auction on fi e Bidder’s behalf. If fi e Bidder indicates no prices in the list, or does no instruction of diffl erent price over the live

Telephone Bid, the auctioneer should mail the Purchase Invoice within 7 days of the successful bid; if fi e Bidder does not receive the Purchase Invoice 10 days of the successful

bid, fi e Bidder should contact the auctioneer to conff rm the Purchase Price, and to ask for the Purchase Invoice. After receiving the Purchase Invoice, if there is any objection, fi e

Bidder should contact the auctioneer within 5 days, otherwise it will be considered as fi e Bidder agrees, understands, and accepts the content in the Purchase Invoice.

4.fi e disclaimer clause in the Conditions of Sales of Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd. is an incontestable clause. Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co.,

Ltd. and its employees do not accept liability for any unsuccessful bid or negligence, fault and failure in absentee bidding.

5.For this order to be accepted and without delay, fi e Bidder must submit this Absentee Bid Form to Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd. at least 24 hours prior

to the auction date, and pay the deposit of RMB300,000. If the Guangzhou Holly’s International Auction Co., Ltd. did not receive the deposit 24 hours before the sale date,

this order will not be accepted.

6.fi e Bidder conff rms that he/she/it has already carefully read through the Terms and Condition of Sale and Bid Notice as set forth in the in this catalog, and agrees to conform

to every clauses.
