The project is situated in the eastern part of Tunxi

District, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. The planned area covers approximately 11,000

mu, while the existing construction land spans

around 1,200 mu. It primarily focuses on

farms, and resort villas as an integrated product

340 mu with a planned total investment of 2 billion

yuan. It aims to establish an internationally renowned

comprehensive demonstration zone for the life and

health industry, showcasing distinguished hospitals, esteemed medical professionals, exceptional dining

establishments, and premium products.

Relying on rich traditional village resources, the first

batch of 50 Huizhou ancient village projects has been

mapped out. These projects can be collectively

operated as an entire village or individually managed

as separate entities. Various approaches such as

leasing, purchasing and cooperative development will
