MBBR 工藝運用生物膜法的基本原理，充份利用了活性污泥法的優(yōu)點，又克服了傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法及固定式生物膜法的
缺點。技術(shù)關(guān)鍵在于研究和開發(fā)了比重接近于水，輕微攪拌下易于隨水自由運動的生物填料。生物填料具有有效表面
積大，適合微生物吸附生長的特點。填料的結(jié)構(gòu)以具有受保護的可供微生物生長的內(nèi)表面積為特征。當(dāng)曝氣充氧時，
空氣泡的上升浮力推動填料和周圍的水體流動起來，當(dāng)氣流穿過水流和填料的空隙時又被填料阻滯，并被分割成小氣

OZONE ADVANCED OXIDATION TOWER
臭氧催化氧化設(shè)備，也稱為臭氧反應(yīng)器、臭氧混合塔、臭氧投加裝置等，是實現(xiàn)臭氧高級氧化反應(yīng)的關(guān)鍵裝置。
主要采用曝氣管、曝氣頭、汽水混合器等設(shè)備實現(xiàn)臭氧與廢水的混合。臭氧在水中具有高達 2.7V 的氧化還原電位，氧
化能力僅次于氟，能與水中各種形態(tài)存在的污染物質(zhì)（溶解、乳化、懸浮、膠體及微生物等）起反應(yīng)，將復(fù)雜的有機
物轉(zhuǎn)化成簡單有機物、酸及醛等，將氨氮、總磷轉(zhuǎn)化成酸和鹽類，同時也能夠有效去除濁度、色度、臭味以及殺菌等

離器，下部為污泥懸浮層區(qū)和污泥床區(qū)，廢水由

生活污水處理工藝主要用于賓館、飯店、學(xué)校、機關(guān)和工廠的生活污水凈化，使處理后的污

1、采用水解酸化與生物接觸氧化相結(jié)合的方法，有效提高了處理效果，處理后的水可達到國家排
放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、產(chǎn)生污泥量少，各階段產(chǎn)生的污泥可以回流消化，最終污泥定期抽取。
3、工藝流程可以有機結(jié)合在一起，可以設(shè)在地表下或地下室，也可采取地埋式。當(dāng)埋入地下時在

工藝特點廢水首先自流通過人工隔柵，除去廢水中的漂浮物，自流進入調(diào)節(jié)池，均衡原廢水的水質(zhì)水量。
為防止 SS 在調(diào)節(jié)池中沉淀，在調(diào)節(jié)池中安裝幾根曝氣軟管，起攪拌作用，同時調(diào)節(jié)池具有水解、
酸化池的功能， 可將部分大分子有機污染物降解為小分子污染物，去除部分有機污染物。
在調(diào)節(jié)池中設(shè)置潛污泵，將污水提升至接觸氧化池，在接觸氧化池中，有機污染物被生物膜
上的好氧微生物深度降解，達到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或優(yōu)于達到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；接觸池出水自流進入二沉池，沉
淀后出水達標(biāo)排放。
剩余污泥、刪渣進入污泥井，然后用污泥泵提升到污泥干化場，經(jīng)自然干化脫水后外運處置。
干化脫水產(chǎn)生的濾液回流到調(diào)節(jié)池，再通過處理系統(tǒng)處理。

工藝特點廢水經(jīng)引水渠自流經(jīng)格柵過濾粗大物質(zhì)后，進入集水池，用泵提升至微濾機回收纖維自流進

應(yīng)時廢水經(jīng)“破乳”電性中和吸附作用，形成細(xì)小礬花，機前加入二號藥，依靠二號藥的絮凝作
用，網(wǎng)撲卷掃，礬花變成礬花絮團在曝氣反應(yīng)筒內(nèi)密集氣泡群的浮升作用下，絮團和水固液相分
離在水面富集，在水流的推進作用下，刮泥機沿液面運動，將懸浮物推入污泥排放管道，靠重力
自流將浮渣送入收集器排出至污泥干化池自然干化或壓濾，干化壓濾后的污泥外運填埋或拌煤燃
燒，清水由下部調(diào)節(jié)板溢流出水，經(jīng)管道進入生化處理模塊，經(jīng)生化處理的水達標(biāo)排放或回收。
工藝上采用簡單高效的活性污泥法并通過加藥沉淀來提高懸浮物的去除率，活性污泥法耐沖擊負(fù)
荷能力強，有機物去除率高，處理效果穩(wěn)定可靠。曝氣系統(tǒng)采用我公司研制的推流式液下曝氣機，
曝氣效果、占地、噪音、動力消耗和操作維護等都明顯優(yōu)于其它曝氣設(shè)備。綜合所述，混合廢水
通過上述處理后，完全可以確保達標(biāo)排放。

工藝特點重金屬廢水在生產(chǎn)過程中使用了大量強酸、強堿、重金屬溶液，甚至包括鎘、氰化物、鉻酐
等有毒有害化學(xué)品，在工藝過程中排放了污染環(huán)境和危害人類健康的廢水、廢氣和廢渣，已成為
一個重污染行業(yè)。
在處理廢水中的重金屬時，常用方法不能分解破壞的，而只能轉(zhuǎn)移它的存在位置和轉(zhuǎn)變它的
物理和化學(xué)形態(tài)。即經(jīng)化學(xué)還原沉淀處理后，廢水中的重金屬從溶解的離子狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變成難溶解化
合物而沉淀下來，從水中轉(zhuǎn)移到污泥中，再經(jīng)離子交換處理后，存在于再生液中，總之重金屬廢
水處理后形成兩種產(chǎn)物，一是基本上脫除了重金屬的處理水，二是重金屬的濃縮產(chǎn)物——污泥。
重金屬濃度小于排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的處理水可以排放，如果符合生產(chǎn)工藝用水的最好回用。濃縮產(chǎn)物中的
重金屬大都有使用價值，盡量回收利用，沒有回收價值的，要加以無害化處理。

印染廢水處理工藝流程圖

工藝特點印染工業(yè)用水量大，通常每印染加工 1 噸紡織品耗水 100-200 噸，其中 80%—90% 以印染廢
水排出。常用的治理方法有回收利用和無害化處理。
回收利用：（1）廢水可按水質(zhì)特點分別回收利用，如漂白煮煉廢水和染色印花廢水的分流，
前者可以對流洗劑，一水多用，減少排放量。（2）堿液回收利用，通常采用蒸發(fā)法回收，如堿液量大，
可用三效蒸發(fā)回收，堿液量小，可用薄膜蒸發(fā)回收。（3））染料回收，如士林染料可酸化成為隱巴酸，
呈膠體微粒，懸浮于殘夜中，經(jīng)沉淀過濾后回收利用。
無害化處理可分：（1）物理處理法有沉淀法和吸附法等。沉淀法主要去除廢水中懸浮物；吸
附法主要是去除廢水中溶解的污染物和脫色。（2）化學(xué)處理法有中和法、混凝法和氧化法等。中
和法在于調(diào)節(jié)廢水中的酸堿度，還可降低廢水的色度；混凝法在于去除廢水中分散染料和膠體物質(zhì)；
氧化法在于氧化廢水中還原性物質(zhì)，使硫化染料和還原染料沉淀下來。（3）生物處理法有活性污泥、
生物轉(zhuǎn)盤、生物轉(zhuǎn)筒和生物接觸氧化法等。為了提高出水水質(zhì)，達到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或回收要求，往往需
要采用幾種方法聯(lián)合處理。

制藥廢水處理工藝流程圖

工藝特點把高濃度有機廢水采用 UASB 進行預(yù)處理后再進入總調(diào)節(jié)池，與低濃度有機廢水進行混合，
再進入主體處理工藝系統(tǒng)。從數(shù)據(jù)可見，高濃度有機廢水采用厭氧處理中的 UASB 反應(yīng)器進行處
理，效果是好的，CODcr、BOD5、SS 等去除率均較高，因此它不僅可用于制藥廢水的處理，也可
用于豆制品等其它高濃度有機廢水的處理。有資料報道，該廢水處理中，高濃度廢水采用 UASB
反應(yīng)器進行預(yù)處理，混合廢水進入 AS（活性污泥法）處理（稱為 UASB+AS 法）與全部直接進入
AS 法處理比較，UASB+AS 法比 AS 法節(jié)省曝氣電費 68%，節(jié)省污泥處理費 59%，沼氣還可利用；
與 SBR 法比較，運行費和污泥處理費也比 SBR 低。
