and her dearest friend. Heidi is the winemaker for

several of the hottest cult wines in California, including

Robert Parker. Produced by Heidi, Amuse Bouche has the top quality

that can challenge Pétrus and Le Pin in Bordeaux.

Its labels are all designed by world-class artists and

printed by hands with a hundred-year-old printer

in Paris. The wine is the perfect combination of

technology and art.

South Africa is located in the southernmost

part of the African continent. The cold current

from the Antarctic makes it cooler than the

hot regions of the same latitude. The strong

monsoon blowing from the southeast all year

round brings fresh and dry air to the vineyard,

which reduces the harm of mold. The unique soil

gives the South African wines diverse styles.

As early as 1652, the Dutch established their

first vineyard in South Africa. Today, more than

300 years later, the status of South Africa wine

can't be ignored. South African wines combine

Capelands is located in Stellenbosch, next to Cape

Town. Johann Innerhofer, the owner, is from the Italian

film family. When he was young, he has tasted a lot

With the keen sense of world-class wine, Johann's

Cabernet Sauvignon achieved the \"Top 100 South

Leopard's Leap was founded by the famous South

African business leader, Anton Rupert, who owns the

Richemont group with Montblanc, Cartier and some

luxury brands. Because of the pursuit of the art, Anton

bought Leopard's Leap.

The name of winery was derived from cheetah which

often appears in the vineyard. Hence, the winery is also

working with the South African Cheetah Conservation

Fund to protect them. Like the cheetah, the winery

is full of vitality and its wine has a rich floral and fruity

aroma, sweet, which is popular among young people

in UK and the United States.

Rockburn was a leading winery in Central Otago, a

region with clean snow mountains and lakes and burnscarred landscape, which gave birth to the name of

Rockburn.

competitions, especially its Pinot Noir. \"It defines

Central Otago\", praised by Bob Campbell MW.

Besides, Rockburn has another fresh and fruity series

called Devil's Staircase, targeting the young market.

Located at the east of Andes, Argentina has the highest

average elevation of vineyards around the world. The

mountains stop Pacific breeze, so here has a typical

continental climate. Thanks to perennial sunlight, the grapes

can reach high maturity and the wines are fruity and fullbodied. Besides, high altitude and large temperature

difference make the wines balanced with great acidity.

Argentina is famous for its star varieties, Malbec and

Torrontés, as well as an annual event--National Grape

Harvest Festival. Every year, visitors from all over the world

Vi?a Cobos is a pioneer of Argentina fine wines. It was

founded by Paul Hobbs, one of the top 10 influential

winemakers in the world. He was the winemaker of

Opus One and produced lots of full-marked wines.

Cobos uses the snow water from the Andes to irrigate

its vineyards. The wines are bottled without clarification

and filtration so their styles are fresh and rich. Every

wine under Cobos won 90+ points from different critics,

and Cobos Malbec won 100 points for several times,

which made it one of top wines in Argentina.

Weltachs was born from a century winery called D.

Maurer & Sohn GmbH & Co KG. In 1987, Maurer family

wanted to establish a new wine brand to expand their

portfolio and that's when Weltachs came into being.

The philosophy of Weltachs is very simple. In order to

make sweet wines with high quality and characters,

choosing the perfect variety is the key point. Therefore,

the winery gave up those popular international varieties

and insisted using local grapes, combining modern

technology and equipment, to make fine wines.

Dr. Deinhard was established in 1849. At that time, its

huge success not only helped Pfalz become one of the

top wine regions in Germany, but also promoted the

foundation of The Verband Deutscher Pr?dikats (VDP).

It also became one of original members of VDP.

In 2009, Dr. Deinhard won the \"Best White Wine

Producer of Germany\" in Decanter World Wine Awards.

Now, the winery is renamed as Von Winning and

Fürst von Metternich belongs to Henkell & Co.

Sektkellerei, the biggest sparkling wine producer in

the world. The winery is located at Johannisberg, the

best Riesling region in Germany. In 1864, Austrian royal

house gave this land to Prince Metternich, the prime

minister of Austria. Since then, one tenth of everyyear production has been sent to the royal family as a

tribute.

This tradition passes down to now. In memory of the

history, its wines use the painting of Prince Metternich

as the labels. Besides, the other sparkling wine brand

of Henkell, called Schloss Rheinberg, was the tribute to

German imperial house before. Now, it becomes one of

the most popular sparkling wines locally.

Portugal is near the Atlantic, so the coastal area has a

typical maritime climate. But the mainland is hot and dry

with continental climate because plateau blocks out ocean's

In 1758, Douro was listed as the first wine appellation

worldwide, since then, Portugal has been a key role in the

world wine industry. Portuguese wines are very distinct

thanks to nearly 250 local varieties. But the greatest wines

really should be proud of are fortified, especially Madeira

from the south and Port from the north.

Established in 1670, Warre's was the first British Port

company in Portugal. Since the early 20th century,

Warre's has been run by the Symington Family, which

is a powerful port family as well as a member of

Primum Familiae Vini.

Warre's has always been a royal wine. There is a

sentence on its label as \"Purveyor to hm the queen

of denmark's household\". In 2015, When Elizabeth II

set a banquet to welcome President Xi, Warre's 1977

Vintage Port was the dessert wine. Besides, Warre's

was also the wedding wine for Prince Harry.

Oremus has the first vineyard in Tokaji of Hungary and

began to make wines as early as 1620. The winery

was purchased in 1993 by the legendary Spanish

winery Vega Sicilia. After the re-excavation of terroir, it

produced many sweet white wines of high-quality.

Oremus follows the traditions and culture of Tokaji

and mixs international vision and superb winemaking

techniques of Vega Sicilia. Today, Oremus is the largest

and most famous winery in Tokaji. In addition to the

noble rot wines, Oremus is also the first winery to make

dry white wine in Tokaji.
