項(xiàng)目將成為地標(biāo)性的綜合體目的地。

潤(rùn)和創(chuàng)智中心是中國南京軟件谷北園核心區(qū)的一個(gè)重要項(xiàng)目，建筑形態(tài)借鑒

雨花石的造型，占地面積約 3.7 萬平方米，總建筑面積約 144000 平米，由六

棟塔樓結(jié)合而成的四棟獨(dú)立單體建筑所組成。潤(rùn)和創(chuàng)智一期地上面積 1.9 萬

平方米，二期 1# 樓地上 4.10 萬平方米，二期 2# 樓地總用地面積 37360.81

平方米，總建上 1.37 萬平方米，二期 3# 樓地上 2.23 萬平方米。一期和二期

地下共 4.7 萬平方米，機(jī)動(dòng)車停車位 1202 個(gè)，非機(jī)動(dòng)車停車 1945 輛。

Runhe Creative Center is an important project in the core area of Software Valley North Park in Nanjing, China. Its architectural form draws inspiration from the shape of Yuhua Stone, covering an area of approximately 37000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 144000 square

meters. It is composed of four independent single buildings formed by a combination of six towers. Runhe Chuangzhi Phase I has a ground area of 19000

square meters, Phase II Building 1 has a ground area of 41000 square meters, Phase II Building 2 has a total land area of 37360.81 square meters, with

a total construction area of 13700 square meters, and Phase II Building 3 has a ground area of 22300 square meters. The first and second phases have a

total of 47000 square meters underground, with 1202 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1945 non motor vehicle parking spaces.

污水廠位于南京市寧連高速和馬汊河交界處 , 旺鑫路以南、園西路以東、寧

連西路以西、馬汊河以北。景觀設(shè)計(jì)中引入多種本土藤本植物，營(yíng)造藤本展

示園的獨(dú)特空間。植物上除了基調(diào)樹種，還注重植物多樣性的配合，營(yíng)造多

形式、多層次、多組合的植物配置，促進(jìn)生態(tài)平衡。在共生理念的指導(dǎo)下，

將污水廠的環(huán)境品質(zhì)提升，使其能與周邊環(huán)境進(jìn)行有效的互補(bǔ)，從以往兩者

相互隔絕的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄嗷ソ涣鞯年P(guān)系。整體從改善污水處理轉(zhuǎn)換為人群服

務(wù)的角度出發(fā)，解決環(huán)境問題，為我們的生存空間增添色彩。

Dachang Sewage Treatment Plant

The sewage plant is located at the junction of Nanjing Ninglian Expressway and

Macha River, south of Wangxin Road, east of Yuanxi Road, west of Ninglian West

Road, and north of Macha River. The introduction of various local vine plants

in landscape design creates a unique space for vine display gardens. In addition

to the key tree species, plants also pay attention to the coordination of plant

diversity, creating a multi form, multi-level, and multi combination plant configuration, and promoting ecological balance. Under the guidance of the concept

of symbiosis, the environmental quality of sewage treatment plants will be improved to effectively complement the surrounding environment, transforming from

a previously isolated relationship between the two to a mutually communicative

relationship. Starting from the perspective of improving sewage treatment and

transforming it into serving the people, we aim to solve environmental problems

and add color to our living space.

吾悅廣場(chǎng)、區(qū)人民醫(yī)院、和安湖濕地公園、政務(wù)服務(wù)中心等配套

成熟。

The Vientiane Center is located in the eastern new city of Ganyu

District, Lianyungang City. It is adjacent to the main urban road of

Huanghai East Road to the south, Haibin Avenue to the west, and Guihua

Second Road to the north. The project has a superior geographical

location and convenient transportation. It can reach the central urban

area of Ganyu 1.8 kilometers to the west, and is surrounded by mature

supporting facilities such as Ganzhong Education Group, Wuyue Square,

District People’s Hospital, He’anhu Wetland Park, and Government

Service Center.

設(shè)計(jì)方案嘗試從庭院的公共性和景觀性出發(fā)，以草

木、置石、水流為核心，結(jié)合場(chǎng)地內(nèi)行進(jìn)路線、視

線變化和建筑布局關(guān)系進(jìn)行造景，并最終形成了下

沉庭院的景觀環(huán)境。

The Nanjing Fengsheng Five Season Hyatt Zhenxuan

Hotel is located at the intersection of Andemen Street and

Software Avenue in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, on the south

side of the Tianlong Temple subway station. The design plan

attempts to start from the public and landscape aspects of

the courtyard, with vegetation, stone placement, and water

flow as the core, combined with the site's route, line of sight

changes, and architectural layout relationships to create

a landscape environment, ultimately forming a sunken

courtyard.

Jiangsu Yixing Cultural and Creative Industry Park is

production, and living services. The park is located on the south side of Donghe Road in Yixing City,

顯化禪寺位于大別山南麓羅田縣三里畈鎮(zhèn)尤河村和古塘河村境內(nèi)，海拔 400

余米，距離武漢市 100KM，距離黃岡市 56KM，距離羅田縣 12KM。始建于唐代，

相傳唐王李世民南巡途徑顯化寺、留宿華桂山顯莽，至今有古樹為傳。顯化

禪寺坐北朝南，依山傍水、群山環(huán)繞、風(fēng)景如畫、氣候宜人、交通便利。東

接羅田義水河，北眺天堂河直下巴水干流、義水河同巴河匯集此處，如兩條

蛟龍緊纏顯化寺、雄氣可觀。

he Xianhua Zen Temple is located in Youhe Village and Gutanghe Village, Sanlifan Town, Luotian County, at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains, with

本次設(shè)計(jì)主導(dǎo)思想以簡(jiǎn)潔、大方、自然，美化環(huán)境為主，體現(xiàn)以人為本的原則，使得綠化和周圍建筑相得益彰，相輔相成。建筑周圍的綠化

形式與建筑相協(xié)調(diào)，為方便師生通行，采取規(guī)則式布置；在建筑物的四周，考慮到室內(nèi)的通風(fēng)、采光的需要，靠近建筑物栽植了低矮灌木和

宿根花卉，喬木遠(yuǎn)離建筑物，不遮擋建筑物采光，在建筑物的背陰面選用耐蔭植物。校園內(nèi)樹種豐富，并掛牌標(biāo)明樹種的名稱、特性、原產(chǎn)

地等，使整個(gè)校園成為普及植物學(xué)知識(shí)的園地。

The main idea of this design is simplicity, generosity, naturalness, and beautification of the environment, reflecting the principle of people-oriented, so that greenery and surrounding buildings complement each other and complement each other. The greening form around the building is coordinated

with the building, and in order to facilitate the passage of teachers and students, a regular layout is adopted; Around the building, considering the

needs of indoor ventilation and lighting, low shrubs and perennial flowers have been planted near the building. Trees are kept away from the building
