The year 2020 was bound to be an unforgettable one, as the COVID-19 pandemic
engulfed the world and changed the way of life we had taken for granted. Against
such a backdrop, JZFZ still made extraordinary progress in creative development.
Through the joint efforts of all staff, JZFZ has paved the way for a promising future.
With creative teams successively built and enhanced in Shenzhen and Shanghai, JZFZ
has now completed a comprehensive layout nationwide and started a new journey.
Founded in 2002, JZFZ has witnessed 19 years of continuous development. In an age
advocating “creativity + ultra experience”, to improve urban space and community
life, we need to upgrade the established concept of urban planning and residential
design and make our living environment more visually appealing, user-friendly,
ecologically sustainable and intelligent. The shift of battleground to inventory for sale
also redirects the housing industry from rapid expansion to high-quality development.
In the face of the increasingly demanding clients and the cut-throat market competition,
we keep improving our design philosophy and approach through innovation and
iteration so as to meet the needs of the market, clients and urban development.
Meanwhile, we also respond appropriately to individuality and pay special attention to
service quality and taste.
In 2020, we launched a total of 20 small boutique projects to mark the unforgettable
year. Step by step, we are turning our passion into reality. Through self-evolution,
JZFZ is delivering tangible results. While creating corporate values and realizing the
vision, we also constantly follow the latest development of the ever-changing market
environment, address the real-world problems and needs facing China today, and
work hard to create a beautiful urban environment featuring unique local culture,
human care and architectural vigor.
