卡式系列鉸鏈的特征是其快裝的功能，先將鉸鏈插入到底 1- ①，然后用
指尖在鉸臂上輕輕一壓，使其鉤到鉸鏈的底座上，您可以清楚的聽到咔嚓聲

鉸臂通過 5 個(gè)支點(diǎn)安全地鉤在底座上，原則上快裝過程是通過從上到下，
前端鉤扣緊底板完成，最上部的鉸鏈承擔(dān)門全部的重量；拆卸過程正好相反，
是從下往上進(jìn)行的，通過輕拉 3- ②彈簧扣將鉸鏈卸下。
通過同樣的過程，鉸臂從底座上取下 3- ②，這樣門就可以從前面挪開了
The feature of clamp-on style hinges is with the function of clip-on inserting the hinge
into the base (as it shows on 1- ① ), then pressing the arm of hinge with your finger
tips lightly to hook the base, you can hear a clear click sound (as is shows on 1- ② )
The arm of the hinge can be hooked safe you to the base by 5 supports, Basically the
process of clip-on can be done through hooking the fromt part into then base from
top to bottom. The upper hinge is bearing all the load of the door.
On the contrary the process of dismantling is done from bottom to top.Puling gently
the spring pin (as it shows on 3- ② ), to dismantle the hinge.In the same way, the door
can be removed from the front by taking of the arm from the base 3- ②

素。在實(shí)際的操作中會(huì)出現(xiàn)的由于各種情況的不同而不同，所以右圖所列的
鉸鏈安裝方案只能作為參考，在情況不明的時(shí)候，建議先作一個(gè)試驗(yàn)，出于
穩(wěn)定性方面考慮在鉸鏈之間的距離應(yīng)盡量大些。
