After the outbreak of novel coronavirus, the medical staff

members fighting in the front line of anti-epidemic are

undoubtedly the soul of the times, and light our way. In

order to express our great respect and support for the

continuous anti-epidemic of medical staff, Guangdong

anti-epidemic public welfare action donated anti-epidemic materials to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of

“沒有人是一座孤島，自

成一體。”十七世紀英國詩人

約翰·唐恩的名句在全球抗疫

期間得到生動體現(xiàn)。今年3月

31日，“萬里尚為鄰 相助無

遠近——廣東中醫(yī)藥支援全

球抗疫公益行動”在廣州啟

動，當仁中醫(yī)為承辦單位。包

括當仁中醫(yī)在內(nèi)的11家愛心

企業(yè)參加了公益活動。參加活

動的愛心企業(yè)大力支持當仁中

醫(yī)的全球援助公益行動。數(shù)月

"No one is an island, entire of itself." The

famous poem of John Donne, an English

poet in the 17th century, was vividly reflected during the global anti-epidemic period.

On March 31, this year, Dangren TCM (TCM)

was launched in Guangzhou, with Dangren

TCM as the organizer. Eleven caring enterprises including Dangren TCM participated

in the public welfare activities. The caring

enterprises participating in the activity

strongly supported the global public welfare

action of Dangren TCM. Over the past few

months, the campaign has raised more than

12 million yuan worth of anti epidemic

materials and rushed to 13 countries. The

activity also donated anti epidemic materials

to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of

traditional Chinese medicine and Southern

Hospital of Southern Medical University.

Most of the epidemic prevention materials

donated by the activities are scarce. This

public welfare action enhanced China's soft

power, extended the experience of traditional Chinese medicine to many countries, and

practiced the concept of a community of

shared future for mankind.

“買櫝還珠”已經(jīng)夠傻了，但你一定不知

道，現(xiàn)代社會，還有更傻的“買櫝送珠”。

偏偏這個事情，還發(fā)生在一位知名企業(yè)家

身上。

偏偏這事情，還是我參與策劃并負責執(zhí)

行。

不信？

新冠一役，中醫(yī)強勢崛起。這自是振興中

醫(yī)的絕好機會。一天接到馬來西亞華人企業(yè)家

胡瑞連先生電話，拉我一起創(chuàng)辦一個專門推廣

中醫(yī)藥文化的平臺。

說干就干，很快成立了“當仁中醫(yī)”，取

“振興中醫(yī) 當仁不讓”之意。

要干就干票大的。時值國內(nèi)疫情初定，國

外疫情四起。在廣東公共外交協(xié)會常務副會長

傅朗先生支持下，我們計劃向四大洲13個疫情

嚴重的國家進行捐贈中醫(yī)中藥。我們有個小九

九，“現(xiàn)在西醫(yī)比中醫(yī)更有強勢地位，如果中

醫(yī)藥在國外受追捧，讓西方人用上中醫(yī)，可以

促進中國國內(nèi)的人更加接受中醫(yī)藥?！?/p>

這是一招“墻外開花墻內(nèi)香”，原本以為

可以耍得虎虎生風，誰知道一出招卻發(fā)現(xiàn)是個

“啞炮”。

與部分各國駐廣州總領(lǐng)館的官員交流后，

發(fā)現(xiàn)他們首先需要的其實是口罩，部分國家甚

至禁止中醫(yī)藥出口，對中醫(yī)藥根本不CARE。

這可怎么辦？胡瑞連闖蕩世界各地，自然

明白其中的難處。但這位倔強的男人并沒有退

縮。

“既然你看重的是口罩，我看重的是中

藥，那么我先滿足你口罩的需要，讓你接受

我。就像要送粒珍珠給你，你看重的是盒子，

沒關(guān)系，我買個盒子把珍珠裝進去送給你?！?/p>

于是胡瑞連自掏400多萬元腰包采購口罩和

額溫槍，每個國家10萬個口罩，我們順利地坐到

了各國總領(lǐng)館面前。

這其實是典型的“買櫝送珠”——這詞絕對

是我原創(chuàng)，希望若干年后能收入《成語字典》。

其實每次拜訪各國駐穗總領(lǐng)事館，都成為了

一個非常好的向世界推廣中醫(yī)藥的機會。胡瑞連

每次都會帶著中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品，親自示范，不停地游

說。游說成功了，自然高興。不成功，胡瑞連也

不氣餒，“至少讓他們對中醫(yī)藥留下了深刻印

象?！逼渲杏袃晌豢傤I(lǐng)事，盡管因為國家對中醫(yī)

藥的管制而拒絕了，聽了他的介紹，要求他介紹

中醫(yī)給他們做健康顧問。

智利、伊朗、烏干達等國家順利地接受了中

醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品。而在廣東公共外交協(xié)會傅朗的協(xié)助

當仁

中醫(yī)

下，再通過各國的民間社團等途徑，中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)

品也順利地送達了更多的國家。

但凡執(zhí)著，必有執(zhí)念。

之所以起名“當仁中醫(yī)”，這與胡瑞連內(nèi)

心一個情節(jié)有很深的淵源。

和胡瑞連一樣，眾多馬來西亞華裔對“當

仁不讓”這四個字有種特殊的情感。

1955年，大馬華人民間籌款興建南洋大學

（現(xiàn)新加坡南洋理工大學），掀起了聲勢浩大

的華教運動，并拍攝了極富勵志情感的紀錄片

《當仁不讓》。2008年汶川大地震那年，胡瑞

連先生拉我去馬來西亞參加“萬人宴”籌款，

并考察馬來西亞的公益文化。在雪蘭莪州中華

大會堂，特意給我播放了這部紀錄片，當時陪

同我看的幾位大馬華人仍然淚目。

其實對于中國文化，尤其是傳統(tǒng)文化，海

外華人甚至比國內(nèi)人看得更重。馬來西亞更是

華文化保存得最好的海外之地。

當仁不讓，承載了大馬華人對保護中華文

化的使命感。作為重度中醫(yī)愛好者，胡瑞連常

說，中醫(yī)是老祖宗留下來的寶貴財富，我們不

能讓他丟了。中醫(yī)中藥是真正讓老百姓看得起

病吃得起要的寶貝，在中醫(yī)日漸式微的年代，

我們更應該如孟子所言，“雖千萬人，吾往

矣?！?/p>

100天很快過去，我?guī)е』锇閭兯奶幈?/p>

走。有歡樂也有憂愁。越深入了解，越發(fā)現(xiàn)中

醫(yī)的寶貴。但推廣踐行過程中，也越發(fā)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)

振興之路的荊棘四布。所幸的是，現(xiàn)在國家越

來越重視中醫(yī)，民眾也越來越意識到了中醫(yī)的

可貴。

這100天，只是當仁中醫(yī)的開始。為答謝

小伙伴的付出，我們?nèi)ソT臺山的下川島團

建，并進行了15公里徒步。夏日炎炎，每次回

頭，都看到小伙伴們不離不棄地跟在后面。

總有一種感動，那是一種信任，更是一份

信念。

路很長，有荊棘，更有鮮花。

以此，開啟下一個100天，抑或，100年。

valuable beads" is silly enough, but in modern

society, there are "buying caskets and getting

beads".

In the battle against the novel coronavirus, the

status of traditional Chinese medicine has risen

strongly. This is a great opportunity to revitalize Chinese medicine. One day I received a call

from Mr. Woo Swee Lian, a Malaysian Chinese

entrepreneur, who asked me to create a

platform promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture.

I soon established the platform when the

domestic epidemic was serious. With the

support of Mr. Fu Lang, executive vice

president of the Guangdong Public Diplomacy

Association, we plan to donate traditional

Chinese medicine to 13 countries. We have our

considerations. Western medicine is now more

influential than traditional Chinese medicine. If

many Westerners take Chinese medicine, it can

promote the acceptance of Chinese medicine

by people in China.

After communicating with officials of some

countries’ consulates-generals in Guangzhou, we found that the first thing they needed

was masks. Some countries even banned the

export of Chinese medicine.

Woo Swee Lian traveled around the world and

naturally knew the difficulties. But the

stubborn man did not flinch.

"Since you value masks and I value Chinese

medicine, then I will satisfy your mask needs

first and let you accept me. It's like sending you

pearls. What you value is the box. It doesn't

matter. I will buy a box. Put the pearl in and

give it to you."

So Woo Swee Lian paid out more than 4

million yuan to purchase masks and forehead

guns, 100,000 masks in each country, and we

sat in front of the consulates-general of various

countries.

This is actually a typical "buy a casket and get a

bead"-this word is definitely my original, I

hope it will be included in the "Idioms Dictionary" in a few years.

In fact, every visit to the consulates of various

countries in Guangzhou has become a very

good opportunity to promote Chinese medicine to the world. Woo Swee Lian often

promotes Chinese medicine products. Sometimes he was unsuccessful, but he was not

discouraged. “At least they left a deep

impression on Chinese medicine.” Among

them, two consul generals listened to his

introduction and asked him to introduce

Chinese medicine, although their countries

ban Chinese medicine.

Chile, Iran, Uganda and many other countries

have successfully accepted Chinese medicine

products. With the assistance of Fu Lang from

the Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association,

and through various channels such as civil

society organizations, Chinese medicine

products have been successfully delivered

to more countries.

The reason for the name "Dangren

Traditional Chinese Medicine" has a deep

relationship with Woo Swee Lian's heart.

Like Woo Swee Lian, many Malaysians of

Chinese descent have a special sentiment

towards the words "do your part".

In 1955, the Chinese people in Malaysia

raised funds to build Nanyang University

(now Nanyang Technological University in

Singapore), which set off a huge Chinese

education movement and filmed a very

inspirational and emotional documentary

"Do Yourself". In the year of 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, Mr. Woo Swee Lian took

me to Malaysia to participate in the "Ten

Thousands Banquet" fundraising and to

observe Malaysia's public welfare culture.

At the Chinese Assembly Hall in Selangor,

this documentary was shown to me. The

Malaysian Chinese who accompanied me

at the time were in tears.

In fact, overseas Chinese greatly value

Chinese culture, especially traditional

culture. Malaysia is the place where

Chinese culture is well preserved overseas.

Doing my part bears the meaning of

mission of Malaysian Chinese to protect

Chinese culture. As a serious Chinese

medicine enthusiast, Woo Swee Lian often

said that Chinese medicine is a precious

treasure left by our ancestors, and we

cannot lose it. Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure that people can really

afford to take care of. In the era of Chinese

medicine declining, we should be like

what Mencius said, "Although there are

tens of thousands of enemies, I will face

them."

As soon as 100 days passed, I ran around

with my friends. There is joy and

sorrow. The deeper the understanding,

the more valuable Chinese medicine is

discovered. But in the process of

promotion and practice, more and

more thorns on the road to revitalization of Chinese medicine have been

discovered. Fortunately, the country

now pays more and more attention to

tradition Chinese medicine, and the

people are more and more aware of the

value of Chinese medicine.

These 100 days are just the beginning

of being a Chinese medicine doctor. In

order to thank our friends for their

dedication, we paid a visit to the Xiachuan Island in Taishan, Jiangmen and

walked 15 kilometers.

There is always trust and belief. The

road is long, with thorns but also

flowers.
