designed to OEM for HOUSETEC, topfve Japanese bathroom

項目案例 綠地南翔威廉公館

Greenland Nanxiang William Mansion

中國“百年住宅”示范項目，采用SI分離設計理念，戶型隨需而

變，展示個性化創(chuàng)意改造和空間科學創(chuàng)新。科逸作為綠地集團的

戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，本次以集成服務商身份供應整體浴室，工業(yè)化內

裝工藝、快捷干法施工，空間布局合理并達到干濕分離的效果。

As first “Centenary Housing” demo，Wiliam mansion

adopted SI seperate design concept， the house type can

be changable， which showed personality and space

technology innovation. COZY，the Greenland Group’s

strategic partner，worked as integrated service provider

this time to supply prefab bathroom unit. Adopting industrialized interior decoration，with dry construction，high-efficiency，reasonable space layout，which also achieve dry

and wet seperation.

萬科營口海港城

vanke yingkou harbour project

萬科，中國住宅工業(yè)化的倡導者。2008年伊始，科逸攜手萬科

對整體浴室在精裝修住宅中的應用予以研究。2013年，科逸整

體浴室正式批量應用于萬科營口海港城項目。

Vanke，the initiator of China residential industrialization. At

the beginning of 2008，Vanke worked together with

COZY，explored to use prefab bathroom unit in refined

decoration housing. 2013，COZY prefab bathroom unit

started to use in Yingkou Harbour project.

濟南萬科城市之光項目

Jinan Vanke City Lights

濟南萬科城市之光分一、二、三期，建筑面積達52萬平米，周邊

交通便利，醫(yī)療設施完善，自然景觀優(yōu)美，是濟南地區(qū)中高端住

宅項目。該項目于2017年動工，2020年完工，所有衛(wèi)生間均采

用科逸SMC整體浴室作為衛(wèi)浴系統(tǒng)，共計5000余套。科逸整體

浴室滴水不漏、穩(wěn)定堅固、質感溫潤、方便清潔等優(yōu)點獲得了萬

科及業(yè)主的一致好評！

Jinan Vanke City Lights is a middle and high end residential

project, with 3 phase works, 520,000 sqm, convenient

transportation, complete medical care and beautiful scenery. This project was started in 2017 and finished in 2020,

all bathrooms, more than 5,000 sets are provided by Cozy.

Cozy unit bathrooms receive high evaluation from Vanke

and owners because of waterproof nature, stable quality,

warm feeling and easy cleaning etc.

萬科雙月灣

Vanke Twin-moon Bay

位于惠東縣稔平半島雙月灣旅游度假區(qū)，項目總占地面積約75萬

平方米，總建筑面積約130萬平方米，包括了高層住宅、公寓、

花園洋房、別墅、紅樹林公園、五星級酒店、游艇會所和商業(yè)街

等完備的配套設施，是萬科打造的一個深海度假社區(qū)，在深圳萬

科布局東部海洋戰(zhàn)略中具有重要的里程碑意義。

該項目秉承尊重當?shù)匚幕?、保護性開發(fā)的原則建設，建筑特點十

分適合工業(yè)化施工，科逸自2013年至今為該項目供應累計高達

The project is located in Twin-moon Bay Resort, Huidong

country, the total area of the project is about 750,000 ㎡,

and the total construction area is about 1.3 million ㎡,

including residence, apartment, mansion, villa, mangrove

park, five-star hotel, yacht club and commercial street etc.

Hangzhou Longfor Zijing Harbor

杭州龍湖紫荊港商業(yè)公寓，周邊配套設施齊全，交通便利，是龍

湖在杭州地區(qū)重點打造的項目，旨在打造長壽化、高品質、低能

耗的新型可持續(xù)性商業(yè)公寓。科逸根據(jù)項目戶型，匠心設計五款

不同規(guī)格的整體浴室，采用科逸最新研發(fā)材料復合陶瓷薄板為墻

Hangzhou Longfor Zijing Harbor apartment is a key project

in Hangzhou with complete facilities and convenient transportation, aimed to create a long service life, high quality

and low energy sustainable commercial apartment.

According to the door models, Cozy designs 5 types unit

bathrooms for longfor, using latest ceramic panels and

other composite materials as wall panels, color coated steel

sheets as cellings, SMC& ceramic panels as shower pans,

improving the quality and feeling of bathrooms. What’s

more, unit bathroom can be installed easily and fast to

shorten the construction period and save labor cost!

Wanda Group transits from residential real estate to

commercial real estate and cultural industries. It went

through three times of generations innovation in 16 years，

Yida Huichuang center is located in Jiangbei new district,as

a high end community, the future of Nanjing, focusing on

business and trade, science and education, research and

development, culture and entertainment, health care,

tourism and leisure and other high-end services. Cozy

provides high quality and efficient prefabricated decoration,

including integrated design, industrialized products, onsite

assembly installation.

北京青棠灣

Beijing Qingtang Bay

青棠灣是北京首個綠色建筑三星標準的公租房項目，于2017年

年底竣工，為創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供3790套公租房，解除其居住的后顧之

憂?？埔菀约煞丈痰纳矸荩巳渍w浴室和集成廚

房，采用裝配式技術，開啟科逸工業(yè)化內裝的新紀元。

Qingtang Bay, the first 3-star green building public rental

housing project, finished by the end of 2017,provides 3790

houses for entrepreneurs and solve their living problems.

As an one-stop facilitator, Cozy provides unit bathrooms

and system kitchens for this project.

獨墅湖高教

Dushu Lake Higher Education

蘇州獨墅湖高教區(qū)位于蘇州城東獨墅湖畔，規(guī)劃總面積約11平方

公里，規(guī)劃總人口約20萬人，至2015年，已擁有24所入駐院

校，是江蘇省蘇州市發(fā)展高等教育，大力培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才，增強城

市綜合競爭力的重要建設項目。學校關注每一個學生的身心教

育，成長環(huán)境，不斷對學校進行優(yōu)化，學生公寓采用多個型號的

科逸整體浴室，設計時尚簡約，功能齊全，其現(xiàn)代化、輕奢化風

格更能吸引注重個性化的學生群體。

Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Zone is located on

the bank of Dushu Lake in the east of Suzhou City, with a

planned total area of about 11 square kilometers and a

planned total population of about 200,000 people. As of

2015, it has had 24 settled universities. It is an important

construction project to vigorously cultivate innovative

talents and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of

the city. The school pays attention to the physical and

mental education and growth environment of each student,

and continuously optimizes the school. The student apartment adopts multiple models of Cozy’s integral

bathrooms, which are stylish and simple in design and

complete in function. Its modern and light luxury style can

attract more attention to group of students who lay emphasis on personalized services.

鄭州大學人才公寓

Zhengzhou University Talent Apartment

為引進高層次人才，鄭州大學投資8.5億建設人才公寓，總用地

面積達45602㎡，建設內容包含人才公寓、科研配套、公共服務

用房等等，其中示范建筑為新建高層裝配式人才樓共計12棟。公

寓實行統(tǒng)一裝修，成品交房，讓高層次人才實現(xiàn)拎包入住?？埔?/p>

為該項目供應三百余套整體浴室，干法施工，綠色環(huán)保，助力鄭

州大學人才公寓達到二星級綠色建筑標準，為鄭州吸引更多高層

To introduce talents, Zhengzhou University invest 0.85

billion yuan to build Talent Apartment, total area is 45,602㎡,

including apartment, supporting facilities for scientific

research, public areas etc. The demonstrating 12 buildings

are decorated with prefabricated materials which allow

talents live directly. Cozy provides more than 300 unit

bathrooms for this project to help Zhengzhou University

Talent Apartment meet the standard of two-star green

building and introduce more talents and promote the high

quality development of Zhengzhou.

成都吉利學院

Chengdu Geely University

成都吉利學院辦學用地2000畝，規(guī)劃總建筑面積120萬平方米。

按照百年高校的建設目標，秉承人與建筑、自然和諧共生的理

念，以規(guī)劃建設中國智造的創(chuàng)夢校園的先進理念，建設現(xiàn)代化、

國際化、生態(tài)化的智美校園。成都吉利學院二期宿舍新建項目均

采用科逸整體浴室，為校舍建設提供了極其便利高效安全可靠的

一體化實施方案。

Chengdu Geely College covers an area of 2,000 mu, with a

planned total construction area of 1.2 million square

meters. According to the construction goal of a century-old

university, adhering to the concept of harmonious coexistence of man, architecture and nature, and planning and

constructing the advanced concept of a Chinese-made

dream-creating campus, we will build a modern, international and ecological Wisdom Campus. The new dormitory

南京大學

Nanjing University

南京大學仙林國際化新校區(qū)，位于江蘇南京仙林新市區(qū)九鄉(xiāng)河以

東白象片區(qū)西南部，校區(qū)規(guī)劃用地4910畝，總建筑規(guī)模約120萬

平方米，科逸為校區(qū)供應一千余套整體浴室，均采用干法施工，

裝配化安裝，為項目節(jié)約了諸多人力成本，縮短了施工工期。

The new Xianlin International Campus of Nanjing University

is located in the southwest of Baixiang District, east of

Jiuxiang River in Xianlin New Urban Area, Nanjing, Jiangsu

Province. The campus has a planned land area of 4,910 mu

and a total construction area of about 1.2 million square

meters. The rest of the integral bathrooms is all adopted dry

construction and assembly-based installation, which saves

a lot of labor costs for the project and shortens the

construction period.

三亞崖州灣科技城

Sanya Yachzhou Bay Science and Technology City

三亞崖州灣科技城位于海南省三亞市西部，毗鄰南山文化旅游區(qū)

和大小洞天風景區(qū)，規(guī)劃面積為26.1平方公里，重點打造“一

港、三城、一基地”（南山港、南繁科技城、深?？萍汲恰⒖平?/p>

城和全球動植物種質資源引進中轉基地）。該項目建設時采用科

逸整體浴室作為衛(wèi)浴體驗系統(tǒng)，化繁歸簡，臻材打磨。助力崖州

灣科技城項目打造南繁深?？苿?chuàng)標桿，爭創(chuàng)一流產業(yè)營商環(huán)境。

Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City is located

in the west of Sanya City, Hainan Province, adjacent to

Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone and Daxiaodongtian

Scenic Area, with a planned area of 26.1 square kilometers.

The focus of the project is to build a “one port, tri-cities

and one base”city,(Nanshan port, Nanfan science and

technology city, deep-sea science and technology city,

science and education city and the transfer base for the

introduction of global animal and plant germplasm resources). In the construction of this project, the integral bathroom

of Cozy is used as the bathroom experience system, which

is simplified and polished. Cozy’s product helps the

Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City project to create

a benchmark for scientific and technological innovation in

the deep sea of Nanfan, and strive to create a first-class

industrial business environment. 南寧吉利學院

Nanning Geely University

南寧吉利學院項目是由吉利人才發(fā)展集團有限公司和廣西民族大

學合作辦學，轉設廣西民族大學相思湖學院為獨立設置的非營利

性民辦本科高校項目?？傉嫉孛娣e2000畝，規(guī)劃總建筑面積100

萬平方米。該項目采用近三千套科逸整體浴室，秉承“綠色低

碳、健康環(huán)保、安全耐久”的設計理念為學院師生打造精致、舒

The Nanning Geely College Project is a non-profit private

undergraduate university project jointly run by Geely Talent

Development Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi University for

Nationalities, and transferred to Acacia Lake College of

Guangxi University for Nationalities. The total area is 2,000

mu, and the planned total construction area is 1 million

square meters. The project adopts nearly 3,000 sets of

Cozy’s integral bathrooms, adhering to the design

concept of \"green and low-carbon, healthy and environmentally friendly, safe and durable\" to create an exquisite

and comfortable space for teachers and students of the

college.

哈爾濱劍橋學院

Harbin Cambridge College

哈爾濱劍橋學院占地面積72.29萬平方米，建筑面積44.78萬平

方米，建有各類實驗室(中心)159個、校外實踐實習基地211

個，建有校企協(xié)同就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新示范實踐基地等國家級示范基

地?？埔荼帧熬G色低碳、節(jié)能環(huán)?！钡脑O計理念，為院校師生

營造更精致、更舒適、更環(huán)保的沐浴空間。

Harbin Cambridge College covers an area of 722,900

square meters and a building area of 447,800 square

meters. It has 159 laboratories (centers) of various types,

211 off-campus practice bases, and a school-enterprise

collaborative employment, entrepreneurship, innovation

demonstration base and other National Demonstration

Bases. COZY adheres to the design concept of \"green,

low-carbon, energy saving and environmental protection\"

Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School Caishi Campus

濟南歷城二中彩石校區(qū)總投資9億余元，占地面積145畝，建筑

面積約12萬平方米，建有藝體樓、實驗樓、圖書樓、教學樓、餐

廳、學生活動中心等設施。校區(qū)學生公寓、教師公寓均采用科逸

整體浴室，為院校師生提供了溫馨、舒適的品質生活。

Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School Caishi Campus has a

total investment of more than 900 million yuan, covers an

area of 145 acres, and has a construction area of about

120,000 square meters. It has an art building, a laboratory

building, a library building, a teaching building, a restaurant

and a student activity center, etc. The student apartments

and teachers' apartments on the campus all adopt the

Beijing Daxing International Airport

北京大興國際機場航站樓形如展翅的鳳凰，是4F級國際機場、世

界級航空樞紐、國家發(fā)展新動力源。作為祖國的新國門，北京大

興國際機場秉承節(jié)能環(huán)保理念，采用綠色建筑材料建設，是中國

第一個節(jié)能建筑3A級項目。

科逸作為中國住宅部品服務商，以裝配式內裝專業(yè)技術與部品從

眾多競爭對手中脫穎而出，參與了大興機場的建設，為該項目配

套了近萬套整體浴室，充分符合大興機場節(jié)能環(huán)保的要求，為機

場運行提供了有效、舒適的后勤保障，為機場的投入運行奠定堅

實基礎，助力”金鳳凰“翱翔天際。

The Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal is a 4F

level international airport, World-class aviation hub, which

like a phoenix spreading its wings. As the new gate of

China, it is the first energy-green 3A project, adhering to

the concept of energy-green and environmental protection

by using green building materials. Cozy, the facilitator of

prefabricated housing products, competes with many

opponents, has the honor to participate in the construction

of Daxing Airport by providing roughly 10,000 sets unit

bathrooms, which provides the effective, comfortable and

strong support for the airport operation.

鄭州健康驛站

Zhengzhou Health Station

位于鄭州市航空港區(qū)，占地面積225畝，總建筑面積27.8萬平方

米，是河南省首個“平疫結合”建設項目，是鄭州市重點工程、

一類民生工程?？埔轂樵擁椖抗?520套整體浴室，設計簡

約、施工便捷，更快完善配套設施建設，助力應對嚴峻復雜的疫

情環(huán)境。

Located in Zhengzhou Airport Area, it covers an area of 225

mu and has a total construction area of 278,000 square

meters. It is the first \"combination of epidemic control\"

construction project in Henan Province, which is an essential project and a first-class livelihood project in Zhengzhou.

COZY provided 2,520 sets of integrated bathrooms for the

project, which has simple design and convenient construction. It can improve the efficiency of the construction of

supporting facilities, and help to cope with the severe and

complex epidemic environment.

廈門國際健康驛站是廈門市強化疫情防控、筑牢“外防輸入”防

線的重要舉措，選址于湖里區(qū)高崎機場北側，用地面積13.6萬平

方米，建筑面積35.88萬平方米。項目采用裝配式浴室2100套，

在保證工程質量的同時，突出便利化、安全性，實現(xiàn)節(jié)能環(huán)保、

降耗提效。

Xiamen International Health Station is an important measure

for Xiamen to strengthen epidemic prevention and control and

build a defense line of \"foreign defense import\". It is located on

the north side of Gaoqi Airport in Huli District, with a land area

of 136,000 square meters and a construction area of 358,800

square meters. The project adopts 2100 sets of prefabricated

bathrooms. While ensuring the quality of the project, it

highlights convenience and safety and achieves energy

conservation, environmental protection, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement.

廈門國際健康驛站

Xiamen International Health Station

濟南泉城健康驛站

Jinan Quancheng Health Station

總建筑面積6.81萬平方米，建有3棟隔離公寓樓，隔離用房1800

間?？埔轂樵擁椖抗?84套整體衛(wèi)浴、384套室內裝配式墻

面，均采用干法施工、裝配式安裝，不僅節(jié)約了人力成本，更為

疫情防控搶占了寶貴的時間。

The total construction area is 68,100 square meters, with

three isolation apartment buildings and 1,800 isolation

rooms. COZY provided 384 sets of integrated bathrooms

and 384 sets of indoor prefabricated walls for the project. All

used products were constructed by dry construction and

prefabricated installation, which not only saved labor costs

but also seized valuable time for epidemic prevention and

control.

The construction land area is 100,000 square meters, and

the total construction area is 293,000 square meters. COZY

has configured 1,196 integrated bathrooms for the project,

which fully meets the needs of epidemic prevention and

isolation. Through efficient and effective construction

methods, it promotes rapid construction, effectively shortens the construction period, which provides comfortable,

healthy and convenient logistical support for the epidemic

prevention war.

The construction land area is 80,000 square meters, with a

total covered area of 240,000 square meters and a total

capacity of 4,400 people. The project adopts 1,800 sets of

Cozy’s integral bathrooms. Taking the urgency and

particularity of the project construction into account,

Cozy’s bathrooms practice the concept of safety and

convenience in construction, dry construction, green and

low-carbon, ready-to-install and ready-to-use, to build a

safety barrier for the epidemic prevention war.

After the COVID-19 outbreak, COZY ? responded quickly

and contacted Fire God Mountain hospital & Thunder God

Mountain hospital actively. To meet their requirement of

Anti-slip, anti-fall and anti-bacteria in bathrooms, COZY

developed a convenient, safe and cost-effective unit

bathrooms. What’s more, COZY staffs resumed production during the Spring Festival to provide bathrooms for

Xiao tang shan hospitals nationwide. Up to now, COZY has

provide more than 6,000 unit bathrooms for more than 60

hospitals in China.

The bathrooms COZY developed for hospitals and the aged

meet the requirement of normal epidemic prevention,

enhance the safety, comfort, convenience of the bathrooms

and improve the life quality. COZY has been highly recognized by the society by means of our powerful production

capacity, quick respond on non-standard products, professional and effective construction, brave and responsible
