如果您的新機(jī)型和舊機(jī)型相同，就按照安裝順序倒序拆除舊機(jī)

器即可。如果不同，請按照以下步驟操作。

A. 用工具將排汙管從處理機(jī)的排水口彎管處擰下（見圖1A）

B. 向左轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)入水口處支撐環(huán)，將處理機(jī)從水池上拆下（見圖

1B）。如果轉(zhuǎn)不動(dòng)，請用錘子輕輕敲打支撐環(huán)上突起部分。

有些型號(hào)上有洞形突起，也可以插入螺絲刀以加長力臂

（見圖1B）。有些型號(hào)的機(jī)器需要拆除螺栓（見圖1C）。有

些機(jī)型則需要拆下夾子。

注意：進(jìn)行這些步驟時(shí)請拖住處理機(jī)，以防卸下時(shí)機(jī)器落地。

C. 取下安裝在水池上的剩餘部分，鬆開安裝螺栓，向上推支

如瓶蓋、聽罐、鋁箔或餐具、熱的油脂、整根玉米芯等。 撐環(huán)，在其下方是鎖緊圈。用螺絲刀將其取下（見圖1D)。

8. 在不使用本產(chǎn)品時(shí)，請將水池塞子塞好，以免異物落入

本機(jī)器內(nèi)。

10. 本產(chǎn)品需有效接地。

11.如本產(chǎn)品電源線或插頭出現(xiàn)損壞，須由本品製造商、售

2. 洗碗機(jī)連接方法

如果您家裡暗黃了洗碗機(jī)，請按照下列步驟連接。如不連接洗碗機(jī)，則繼續(xù)第3步。A.

用一個(gè)螺絲刀，把小塑膠塞完全敲掉（見2A)。小塑膠塞掉進(jìn)機(jī)器內(nèi)時(shí)，您可以將

它取出，也可以在開機(jī)後將它攪碎，不會(huì)對處理機(jī)產(chǎn)生損壞，但會(huì)花費(fèi)一些時(shí)間。

B. 用軟管夾將洗碗機(jī)軟管和處理機(jī)相連接（見圖2B）。確定所有接頭是否牢固，是

否符合排水連接的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法則，試查漏水。

3. 安裝組件

開始操作前請通讀

提示：落水口元件在出廠前已組裝好，請注意每個(gè)元件的順序（見圖3A)，

請仔細(xì)對照在圖3G中的防震密封圈的安裝方法。

提示：請?jiān)谶M(jìn)入水池下方的櫥櫃安裝

之前練習(xí)，以便瞭解所有部件

是如何組裝起來的。

A.向左轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)（順時(shí)針）拆卸鎖緊圈，將

落水口組件從機(jī)身上取下。

B.將鎖緊圈向上移動(dòng)，以便摘下防震

密封圈，再取出鎖緊圈。在實(shí)地安

裝前，您需要先試著安裝防震密封

圈，請參看H部分和細(xì)節(jié)3G中的

說明。

C. 將支撐環(huán)從落水口上擰下，再取下纖維墊。這樣安裝組件就只剩下落

水口和橡膠平墊了。

D. 橡膠平墊可以用來取代不銹鋼水池上的油膩?zhàn)印５珜镀渌N類的水

池則需要使用油膩?zhàn)印?/p>

E. 在不使用油膩?zhàn)拥那闆r下，直接將落水口套上橡膠平墊，插圖水池的

排水口中。一旦插入就不要再轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

F. 當(dāng)您需要使用油膩?zhàn)用芊鈺r(shí)，您可以在落水口凸緣的下部塗滿一圈油

膩?zhàn)樱ㄒ妶D3B），再插入水池的排水口中，使勁向下壓，擠出多餘的油

7.操作指南

A. 請將本產(chǎn)品與正確的家用交流電源連接。

危險(xiǎn):不正確的連接地線可能會(huì)引起點(diǎn)擊。如果您不確定系統(tǒng)是否正確

接地，請向合格的電工或服務(wù)人員核實(shí)，當(dāng)插頭與插座不匹配時(shí)，

請不要擅自改裝垃圾處理機(jī)的插頭，請找合格的電工為您改裝

插座。

B. 本產(chǎn)品必須接地以免在機(jī)器出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)使用者遭到電擊。我們的電線

配備接地導(dǎo)體和接地插頭，必須保證插在依據(jù)本地的用電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)

正確接地的插座上。如果電源軟線損壞，為了避免危險(xiǎn)，必須由製造

商、其維修部或類似部門的專業(yè)人員更換。

A. 把排水彎管連接到處理機(jī)上（見圖5A），擰緊螺釘後繼續(xù)進(jìn)行第六步

（見圖5B)。

B. 如果您需要連接洗碗機(jī)請參閱2B部分，如果不連接洗碗機(jī)，請確定

所有的管道連接時(shí)密封的，並符合給排水的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)，可以試水

查漏。

如果鎖緊圈很難轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，您可以在研磨罩的最上端塗一些肥皂水，會(huì)更容易擰緊。

葉輪首次轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生“哢噠”的聲音，這說明它們工作

正常。

A. 拿掉水塞，打開水流至中速。

B. 把開關(guān)擰到開的位置，您的機(jī)器會(huì)全速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，並可以使

用了。

C. 倒入殘羹剩飯、果皮、瓜皮、小骨和咖啡渣。若想讓處

正確使用的小竅門

A. 使用洗碗機(jī)前，要確認(rèn)處理機(jī)內(nèi)是空的，以便正常排汙。理機(jī)工作更快，請將大塊的骨頭、瓜皮、玉米芯等切小。B. 在不使用處理機(jī)時(shí)塞上水塞以防止異物落入。

大骨和含纖維較多的食物垃圾需要較長的處理時(shí)間，所

以與其他垃圾一起丟棄更為便利。如果機(jī)器在工作中轉(zhuǎn) C. 您的處理機(jī)堅(jiān)固耐用，處理正常的食物垃圾，可多年無需

服務(wù)。但是機(jī)器不能處理以下垃圾，例如：塑膠、聽罐、速減慢，不必?fù)?dān)心，此時(shí)處理機(jī)實(shí)際上正在產(chǎn)生高扭矩，鋁箔、瓷器、貝殼、魚鱗、橡膠、玻璃、皮革、布片、繩

即提高研磨力，此時(shí)的工作狀態(tài)是正常的。子、羽毛或毛髮等長纖維物，及其他非食物垃圾。

請不要自行潤滑您的處理機(jī)！

電機(jī)已被永久潤滑，處理機(jī)在每次工作時(shí)有自潔功能。請不要往處理機(jī)內(nèi)倒入化學(xué)清潔劑和堿液等，以免內(nèi)部的金屬

件受到腐蝕。如果您這樣操作，被損壞的部分很容易鑒定，將導(dǎo)致保修無效。不銹鋼制的研磨盤上會(huì)沉積一些水垢，看

起來像生銹，不必?fù)?dān)心，不銹鋼研磨盤在正常使用情況下是絕不會(huì)生銹的。

11.故障檢索

當(dāng)您遇到問題需要尋求修理或更換零配件之前，我們建議您進(jìn)行如下檢查：

噪音過大（處理骨頭或果核時(shí)除外），在使用垃圾處理機(jī)處理垃圾時(shí)，可能會(huì)有勺子、瓶蓋或其他物體掉入處理機(jī)，此

時(shí)首先應(yīng)關(guān)閉電源和水，待處理機(jī)完全停止後，去下防濺罩，用長柄工具將物體取出，再蓋回防濺罩。

無法啟動(dòng) 首先請拔下插頭，或關(guān)閉牆面電源開關(guān)或使配電箱處於關(guān)閉位置，取出防濺罩，用長柄工具撥動(dòng)研磨盤，查

看是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)自如。如果轉(zhuǎn)盤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)自如，蓋回防濺罩，再檢查“恢復(fù)鍵”是否脫離?！盎謴?fù)鍵”是紅色的，在

機(jī)器下部側(cè)面。按動(dòng)：“恢復(fù)鍵”，直到恢復(fù)鍵能夠保持在按下的狀態(tài)。

如果“恢復(fù)鍵”未脫離，請檢查處理及的連接電線是否斷開。檢查電源開關(guān)、保險(xiǎn)閘或電流斷合器等。如果

連接和電氣部分都完好，就有可能使處理機(jī)內(nèi)部的問題，需要修理或更換。

轉(zhuǎn)盤不能自如轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng) 請關(guān)機(jī)，然後檢查處理機(jī)的研磨盤與研磨環(huán)之間是否有異物存在，用長柄工具撥動(dòng)研磨盤取出異

物（參看圖10A）。如果沒有異物，則可能是機(jī)器內(nèi)部的問題

滲漏 如果機(jī)器滲漏，可能是以下原因?qū)е拢?/p>

1. 落水口安裝不合適（墊圈位置、膩?zhàn)印⑹欠駭Q緊）。

2. 支撐環(huán)未完全擰緊。

3. 防震密封圈有問題或未安裝到位。

如果機(jī)器從排水彎處滲漏，則可能是此處的螺絲未擰緊。

WARNING – When using electrical appliances,

basic precau ons should always be followed,

1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.

2. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used near children.

3. Do not put fingers or hands into a waste disposer.

4. Turn the power switch to the off position before

attempting to clear a jam or remove an object from the

disposer.

5. When attempting to loosen a jam in a waste disposer,

use a long wooden object such as a wooden spoon or

the wooden handle of a broom or mop.

6. When attempting to remove objects from a waste disposer use long-handled tongs or pliers. If the disposer

is magnetically actuated, non-magnetic tools should

be used.

7. To reduce the risk of injury by materials that may be

expelled by a waste disposer, do not put the following

into a disposer: clam or oyster shells; caustic drain

cleaners or similar products; glass, china or plastic;

large whole bones; metal, such as bottle caps, tin

cans, aluminum foil or utensils; hot grease or other

hot liquids; whole cornhusks.

8. When not operating a disposer, leave the stopper in

place to reduce the risk of objects falling into the disposer.

9. DO NOT operate disposer unless splash guard is in

place.

10. For proper grounding instructions see the ELECTRICAL CONNECTION portion of this manual.

11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by

the manufacturer, its service agent, or authorized person in order to avoid hazard.

Before star ng this step, turn off electrical

power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.

Unplug disposer.

Caution: Be sure to support the disposer while performing this step or it may fall when the mounting ring

is disconnected from the mounting assembly.

IMPORTANT: This is a good time to clean out

the trap and drain lines by running a drain auger

or plumber’s snake before installing your new

disposer.

If your old mount is the same type as the mount on your

new disposer, just reverse the assembly instructions found

in section 3. If your new mount system is different, follow

these instructions:

A. Use a pipe wrench to disconnect drain line where it

attaches to disposer discharge elbow (see 1A).

B. Remove disposer from sink flange by turning mount

ring to the left clockwise (see 1B). If you are unable to

turn the mount ring, tap on one of the extensions from

the ring with a hammer. Some mounting systems have

tubular extensions. Inserting a screwdriver into one

tube will provide additional leverage for turning the

mount ring (see 1B). Some disposers may require the

removal or loosening of nuts from the mount screws

(see 1C). Some disposers may require the removal of

C. To remove remaining mount system from the sink,

loosen mount screws, push mount ring up. Under it is

the snap ring. Use screwdriver to pop off ring (see

1D). Remove mount ring, protector ring and gasket

from sink flange. Some mounts will require the

unscrewing of a large ring holding the sink flange in

place. Pull sink flange up through sink and clean off

old putty from sink.

2. DISHWASHER CONNECTION

If you are utilizing a dishwasher, complete the following

procedure. If dishwasher is not to be connected go on to

section 3.

A. Using a blunt instrument (steel punch or wooden

dowel), knock out entire plug (see 2A). Do not use a

screwdriver or sharp instrument. (When knockout

plug falls into disposer, you may remove it or grind it

up when the disposer is used. This will not damage

the disposer in any way, but may take some time to

grind).

B. Connect dishwasher hose (see 2B) using hose clamp.

Make sure all plumbing connections are tight and in

accordance with all plumbing codes and ordi- nances.

Run water and check for leaks.

3. INSTALLATION OF MOUNTING ASSEMBLY

READ COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING

NOTE: Pay close attention to the order of mount assembly parts, as

they have been correctly assembled by the factory (see 3A). Also, reference the cushion mount detail in illustration 3G for the proper

position of the cushion mount.

NOTE: Try practicing this assembly before you get under the sink to

get the “feel” of how the parts fit together.

A. Disassemble mount assembly from disposer by turning mount

ring to the left (clockwise) and remove.

B. Raise mount ring toward top of sink flange. Remove cushion mount.

Remove mount ring. You may want to practice installing the cushion

mount at this point before you are under the sink. See paragraph H.

Also see the “Important Notice: Cushion Mount Detail.”

C. Unscrew support ring from sink flange and remove fiber gasket. You

are now left with sink flange and rubber gasket.

D. The rubber gasket is used instead of plumbers putty with stainless

steel sinks. Other sinks will require putty.

F. If you use putty instead of the gasket, form a ring

around underside of sink flange (see 3D). Insert

flange into sink opening, press down hard to

squeeze out excess putty (see 3B). From under

sink, trim off excess putty flush with bottom edge of

sink opening.

G. From underneath sink, slip fiber gasket onto exposed sink flange.

With arrows pointing up, screw support ring onto the sink flange, hand

tighten until the sink flange will not move. At this point you may want

to insert stopper in sink and fill with water to check sink flange seal

and ensure there are no leaks.

H. Place mount ring over sink flange and hold in place while installing

cushion mount (large side down) so the groove on the inside of cushion mount fits over lip on sink flange, similar to putting the lid on a

plastic container (see 3E, 3F & 3G). Please read important notice

below.

I. The disposer must be installed so that the reset button is readily

accessible.

4. ELECTRIACL CONNECTIONS

A. Connect disposer to appropriate household current

only. DANGER: IMPROPER CONNECTION OF THE

EQUIPMENT-GROUNDING CONDUCTOR CAN RESULT

IN A RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. CHECK WITH A

QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR SERVICEMAN IF YOU

ARE IN DOUBT AS TO WHETHER THE APPLIANCE IS

PROPERLY GROUNDED. DO NOT MODIFY THE PLUG

PROVIDED WITH THE APPLIANCE IF IT WILL NOT FIT

THE OUTLET. HAVE A PROPER OUTLET INSTALLED

BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

FOR WASTE DISPOSERS EQUIPPED WITH A

GROUNDED PLUG-IN POWER CORD.

B. This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a

malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path

of least resistance for electric current to reduce the

risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped with

a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and

a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an

appropriate outlet that is properly installed and

grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. If the supply cord is damaged it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or

similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

5. ATTACHING DISCHARGE ELBOW

A. Connect waste elbow to the disposer (see 5A), proceed to step 6

and then connect bottom of the elbow by tightening the slip nut

(see 5B).

B. If you are connecting to a dishwasher, return to section 2B. If not,

make sure all plumbing connections are tight and in accordance

with all plumbing codes and ordinances. Run water and check for

leaks.

6. CONNECTING DISPOSER TO MOUNT ASSEMBLY

A. Line up disposer under mounting assembly. Guide

hopper projections into mount ring slots. Turn mount

ring about 1/4” to right so that disposer is temporarily

supported (see 6A).

B. Turn mount ring and disposer until disposer elbow

lines up with trap (see 6B).

C. Turn mount ring to the right (counter-clockwise) until it

reaches the locking position as shown (6D). Hopper

projections must be to extreme left of mounting slots

(see 6C & 6D).

D. If mount ring is hard to turn, you may add a small

amount of petroleum jelly or liquid soap to hopper projections. Run water and check for leaks.

7. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The An -Jam Swivel Impellers make a clicking

sound as they ini lly swing into place. This

indicates normal opera on.

A. Remove sink stopper. Turn on a medium flow of cold

water.

B. Turn switch to ON position; your motor is turning at full

speed and ready to use.

C. Scrape in food waste. Down the drain go table scraps,

peelings, rinds, seeds, pits, small bones and coffee

grounds. To speed up food waste disposal, cut or

break up large bones, rinds and cobs. Large bones

and fibrous waste require considerable grinding time

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL OPERATION

and are more easily thrown away with other trash. Do

not be alarmed that the disposer slows down while

grinding. The disposer is actually increasing torque

(grinding power) and is operating under normal conditions.

D. Before turning disposer off, let water and disposer run

for approximately 15 seconds after shredding or

grinding stops. This assures that all waste is thoroughly flushed through trap and drain.

E. It is not recommended to use hot water while running

disposer. Cold water will keep waste and fats solid so

disposer can flush away particles.

A. Be sure disposer is empty before using your dishwasher so it may drain properly.

B. You may want to leave the stopper in the drain when not in use to prevent utensils and foreign objects from falling

into the disposer.

C. Your disposer is ruggedly built to give you many years of trouble free service. It will handle all normal food wastes,

but it will NOT grind or dispose of such items as plastic, tin cans, bottle caps, glass, china, leather, cloth, rubber,

string, clam and oyster shells, aluminum foil or feathers.

8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LUBRICATE YOUR

DISPOSER!

The motor is permanently lubricated. The disposer is self

cleaning and scours its internal parts with each use.

NEVER put lye or chemical drain cleaners into the disposer, as they cause serious corrosion of metal parts. If used,

resulting damage can be easily detected and all warranties

are void. Mineral deposits from your water can form on the

stainless steel turntable, giving the appearance of rust. DO

NOT BE ALARMED, the stainless steel turntables used will

not corrode.

E. If it is necessary to connect the overflow pipe, the

baffle of the branch pipe should be knocked off first(see 6E).

1 . TROUBLESHOOTING

Before seeking repair or replacement, we recommend that you review the following:

LOUD NOISES: (Other than those during grinding of small

bones and fruit pits): These are usually caused by accidental entry of a spoon, bottle cap or other foreign object.

To correct this, turn off electrical switch and water. After

disposer has stopped, remove splash guard, remove

object with long handled tongs, and replace splash guard.

UNIT DOES NOT START: Unplug power cord or turn

either the wall switch or breaker box switch to “OFF” position, depending on your model and wiring configuration.

Remove stopper and/or splash guard. Check to see if

turntable will rotate freely using a wooden broom handle. If

turntable rotates freely, replace splash guard and check

reset button to see if it has been tripped. Reset button is

red and located on the front of the disposer. Push button in

until it clicks and remains depressed.

If reset button has not been tripped, check for shorted or

broken wire connecting to disposer. Check electrical

power switch, fuse box or circuit breaker. If wiring and

electrical components are intact, the unit may have internal

problems that require service or replacement.

IF TURNTABLE DOES NOT ROTATE FREELY: Turn off

disposer, then check for any foreign object lodged between

the turntable and grind ring. Dislodge object by rotating

table with a wooden broom handle (see 9A) and remove

object. If no foreign object is present, there may be internal problems.

LEAKS: If the unit leaks at the top,

it may be due to:

1. Improper seating of sink

flange (gasket centering,

putty or tightening).

2. Support ring not tightened

properly.

3. Defective or improperly

installed cushion mount.

If unit leaks at the waste elbow,

leak may be due to improper tightening of elbow flange screws.

CONNECT WATER AND POWER SUPPLY /

Important! First water, then power.

重要！先通水，后通電。

Important! Risk of product damage. Carefully align the thread of inlet pipe

with that of the bidet seat. Do not break the threads or overtighten the joint.

To fix the joint, tighten it with your hands and twist it a 1/4 turn with a tool.

重要！產(chǎn)品損壞的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。小心對正進(jìn)水管與便蓋的螺紋，不要破壞螺紋或

過于擰緊接頭。為了擰緊接頭，用手?jǐn)Q緊后用工具再擰緊 1/4 圈。

■ Directly connect the tee joint with the bidet seat and the inlet pipe.

Attention! For newly installed piping systems, before connecting the inlet

hose to the tee joint, the system must directly drain water for

several seconds to remove sand and dirt from the pipeline.

直接將三通與便蓋、進(jìn)水管口連接。

注意！對新安裝的管路系統(tǒng)，在將進(jìn)水軟管連接至三通以前，須直接排

水?dāng)?shù)秒，以清除管道內(nèi)沙石，污垢等。

■ Use the hose provided to connect the tee joint and the bidet seat.

Attention! It is required to use the new hose assembly attached with

the appliance. Do not re-use the old one.

用提供的軟管連接三通和便蓋。

注意！必須使用隨器具附帶的新軟管組件，舊軟管組件不能重復(fù)使用。

■ Tighten all connectors.

擰緊各處接口。

■ Open the water supply system.

Attention! Be sure to thoroughly rinse the water supply pipe to

remove impurities from the pipeline. Use drinkable tap

water as the water source. Do not use industrial water,

wastewater, sewage or sea water.

打開供水系統(tǒng)。

注意！一定要先徹底沖洗供水管以清除管道中的雜質(zhì)，使用水源為飲用

自來水，切勿使用工業(yè)用水、廢水、污水以及海水。

■ Plug power cord into socket. Bidet seat generates one short beep,

wand extends and retracts once, and the indicator on the side panel

blinks until initialization completes.

The seat is designed to be seat-on

detection mode. A wet towel shall be

placed on the right of the seat at the 1/3

position away from the front end (sensing

area).
