Stop operation and contact with insurance company immediately if major accident occurs.

? Talk with local hospitals to have a nurse and first aid kid in the working vehicle during the test drive
? Train all drivers/staff on the emergency procedures i.e. first contact the VKC Manager and in the event of the emergency on the road, the working vehicle will “pick the car up”
? Contact local tow company to have emergency numbers on hand

? Brief all guests about the safety procedures
? What they should do in an emergency, who they should contact, what the other guests should do
? Nurse and first aid kit will be riding in the working vehicle behind all the guests
